  • Las Vegas store and that store manager was the worst ever. Will never spend another penny with this company!Absolutely crap business!!!!!!!

  • The Las Vegas store needs to learn how to treat their employees with and without customers their around. Hearing one of the shop manager yelling at one of the guys for something and then turn around and sit on their phone and smoke made me very uncomfortable. I feel that the tall manager should take a class on how to treat his employees before he runs them off!!!!

  • no need to complain ….I just reported it to BBB ….called Greg Adler and emailed him too …..no response ….customer service says they'll get back with you in 48 hours ….its 9 days order number 1809438 ….there's two orders associated with this number

  • I really think you should check your employees at the Sparks Nv. store. They have their own store selling your products on Craigslist in Reno .Actually met one trying to buy parts from them…………Ethan & Arian are doing a great job stealing and selling parts…Your service at that store is very bad have spent thousands at your store and well never go there again

  • Tucson Arizona store is a mess ! Very unorganized store and there is a serious lack of knowledge with sales people especially the manager Ray. Took over a month to get the lift in when it finally came in we did the car shuffle with the family to make it work . When we went to drop the truck off we were told not all of the parts were there ( maybe be a good idea to put your hands on the kit when it comes in to make sure it's all there ) so wasted an entire morning dealing with that and loss of work . Took two more weeks to get balance of parts ! Asked them to make sure nothing was going to rub , share enough tires rubbed on all sorts of things remember Ray saying when we pulled out ( I test drove and nothing rubs and drives perfect!) So ended up trimming some plastic my self . Then month later got a recall on the lug nuts again scheduled a time in the moring to take care of that little issue ! Guess what!!!! they were short a few lugs and we will have to make another trip across town when ever they might come in . Also I seriously doubt there going to remember what ones still need replaced . I'm guessing there just in for the sale , but do to the lack of knowledge by staff and manager I feel it would be wise not to use this store for your 4 wheel needs and would advise using other local shops .

  • This is addressed to the Langley British Columbia store, I visited the store to order a S-POD, as they are the only ones that sell, it in B.C. I was informed that I would have to pay a $20 fee for freight/shipping charge…WHY the truck that delivers for them I'm sure does so weekly/bi weekly. This is not right I pay taxes on that. Well there a person came in and wanted to know what they had done to his truck, he had a air filter installed, and now his Bluetooth link doesn't work. I don't think I'll deal with them ever again. This is a blight on the 4 Wheel Parts name.

  • I ordered a part on April 7 2016 from the Langley British Columbia store, now a week and day later, no call. I contacted the store on April 14 to ask the status of my order, was told it would be that afternoon or early Friday, still waiting. Why are these items sold here not stocked here? I could have gone down the road from them, to a truck parts store and got the same part, the same time I was there. Lesson learned.

  • I called the local 4 wheelparts San Marcos store after I found a tire that I wanted. "Mike" answered the phone. He told me the tire was no longer available. I then informed him that it was online and they had them in stock at the El Cajon Store. He rudely informed me that I called the San Marcos, not El Cajon. I informed him that I know which store I had called and had expected him to be able to look it up. There was another rude comeback at which I hung up the phone. After a moments reflection I proceeded to call back. At this point I expressed what a POS he must be to treat a customer this way and that he should be fired. He proceeded to tell me to F-off and hung up on me. I then called him back for a 3rd time and asked him if he had made a mistake which he assured me he hadn't by telling me to F-off again. I have dealt with this company for over 10yeras and spent thousands of dollars with them on many different vehicles. They will not get another penny from me as long as they have this class of employee working for them.
