The store on Airport Blvd in Mobile Alabama needs immediate attention. The shelves were empty on Friday. This is unacceptable.

Aldi Head Office - What a SHAME!!

Faithful customer here until 2 stores close by us were being constructed or renovated so I stopped shopping with you until you reopened. I’m so happy that YOU achieved your goals with bigger is better and you can now compete with surrounding grocery practices and volume. However, it is a sad and the most miserable experience I’ve ever had at your stores trying to stay optimistically positive. So much so that I’d place orders solely for pick up and I would minimize whatever I needed. WHY??? You’ve turned it into the most unpleasant shopping experience ever and I’ve asked other shoppers as well- it’s a RUSH JOB FROM HELL!! Your employees are miserable and stocking shelves like they’re on a timer, the shoppers miserable because it’s a madhouse, and finally new registers for self-checkout even nag you verbally out loud to hurry along while the only checkout manned with a person is yelling out loud to go to self-service registers— what a mess. The message I took with the last few experiences was “It’s just not worth it to save here and be rushed throughout your store with rushed employees and then rushed through checking out “You need to reevaluate the monster you just created because MANY OF US ARE TALKING !! Used to be a nice place to save and have some fun being part of the Aldi family but now it’s a living hell to shop in your stores. Hope you do something fast because I’m not the only one watching this

Aldi Quality Has Gone Up

Since it states above that this site is not associated with ALDI, hope this isn’t a waste of time….there was an address for the international office, but have no clue what country it is, so guess this is a start.

live (unfortunately) in Akron Ohio and have been going to ALDI since they first opened, years ago…have to say the quality of everything has gone up exponentially!!! am STILL an ALDI shopper.

there is a store on “Romig Road” in Akron Ohio. In the last 3 years, have had two unfortunate incidents…..one day I borrowed a friend’s car because my mind was in the shop, so stopped at that ALDI but could not figure out how to lock all the doors….after shopping, put a few items in the back seat and looked away about 5 seconds….to return the cart. In that short time, whoever was watching stole the groceries out of the back seat. never saw a thing. Of course no witnesses….

the next incident at that same store — a few months ago — a nut case followed me into the parking lot and got out of her car screaming that I hit her. She took a bunch of pictures of my license plate so I did the same thing. took pictures of her car, which was banged up all over….she came at me, yelling that I had no right to do that, and started punching me, knocking my glasses off, I finally grabbed her by the neck to get her away from me. Again, no witnesses, but I was in shock and went back into the store; no security cameras, no security at all….at least the girl at the register listened to me….When I got home, discovered my phone was broken in the altercation, so the pictures of the license plate were a lost cause. In hindsight, this woman was evil, and the police said, you are lucky she didn’t shoot you.

a few days ago, I went back there….a guy was standing outside and almost looked like a security guard; I asked him and he said, yes, he is there from 1 p.m. till closing. I grabbed him and hugged him, so thankful that FINALLY, the store realized what an unsafe area it is and ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING. hope that ALDI headquarters become more proactive in customer safety.
