  2. THERE A HOT MESS . 17 DAYS 7 CALLS OVER 5 HOURS OF MY TIME SPENT AND STILL NO FIX IN SITE . I PAID 6 DAYS EARLY AND THERE COMPUTER WITHDRAW AUTO PAY ANYWAY . WHEN I ASKED FOR THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY, SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A CHECK IN 3 WEEKS , NO CHECK AND THEY SAY IM LATE WHEN I PAID TWICE ……B/S REFUSE TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT IN USA , THATS WHAT WE MUST DO

They are and illegal company and we are doing our best to recoup consumer loses. Again, They are an illegal organization.

THE REPS ARE RUDE, THEY CUT YOUI OFF WHEN YOU TALKING. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME JUST TO COME BACK AND REPEAT THE SAME THING. YOU CANT NEVER GET A SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE. PAID MY CARE OFF AND THEY STILL TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME FOR WHAT I DONT KNOW. ITS LIKE THEY BE MAKING UP CHARGES.*******WARNING, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLY BANK******

     
  6. Worst bank ever. They will not give me my money that I have been saving forever. Calling the CEO, Jeffrey Brown tomorrow at 866-710-4623 Hope to get some action,, but hope is futile.

     
  7. My car was totaled and altho I had GAP insurance, I still ended up owing them some money. I tried to do the right thing and called them to try restructure my loan so that I could pay it off, at 10.5% interest rate. I spent 45 minutes on the phone was tossed from one department to another like a rag doll. At the end the absolutely denied it. I was also threatened with 3-4 calls a day to collect. I put them on call block and now only get their VM. They even had the audacity of calling my work. DONT EVER FINANCE ANYTHING WITH THESE THEIVES. BTW all their emlplyees are from Phillipines. I have never talked to anyone in their call center that I could completely understand the first time!

     
  8. I AGREE WITH THE ABOVE COMMENTS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CHECK ON MY CD FOR 16 DAYS.
    I CALLED THEM ON 4 OR 5 OCCASIONS AND THE TOLD ME THE CHECK WOULD GO OUT "ON TIME".
    BEING CAUTIOUS, I ASKED THEM WHICH ADDRESS THEY WERE SENDING IT TO MY OLD OR NEW ADDRESS. THE ANSWER " MY NEW ADDRESS".
    TURNS OUT THAT THE TRUST DEPT. DID NOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS SO MY CHECK IS FLOATING AROUND SOMEWHERE. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH ALLY AGAIN.

     
  9. I just have to agree with all the other reviews. I will never do business with Ally again……No customer service, no follow thru, no help. It's like the take secret glee in holding you hostage.
