My wife & I bought a power recliner chair from American Signature Furniture, in Daytona Beach, FL on 1/26/2019. We bought the 5 yr extended warranty in case any of any damage & stuff. In Dec 2019/Jan 2020, we had to call them because the seat sank, in the back, where it meets the back rest of the chair. The chair is not sat in all that much, maybe 1 – 2 hrs at the most, on any given day. We contacted AS, who advised us to fill out a claim form. We filled out the claim form and it was approved. They sent someone out to evaluate & look at the chair. The gentleman sent, agreed w/the claim, took the chair to their repair shop, where they a 2 inches of padding to the seat area in the back. Chair was brought back, was fine for less than 30 days. We called them again on 3/27/20, advised again to fill out the claim form, this time w/the extended warranty company, Uniters, taking pics & uploading a video of the chair. On 3/28/20, they denied the claim because they claim it was "Because of a Loss of Resiliency" and that cores going flat are not covered. Why did I pay over $700 for a chair & extended warranty for, if their not going to honor what if a defect in the chair/materials appears. We tried calling the Corp Ofc as well, was left on eternal hold… This is garbage & we will never buy another piece of furniture there or any extended warranties either. My advice to you all, Don't buy from American Signature. They do not stand behind their products they sell.

My experience with American Signature Furniture has been very disappointing to say the least. I found a chair I really loved in May of this year and I still have yet to receive the correct chair after 3 (YES I SAID 3) different deliveries! The chair was ordered from the Kennesaw GA location. The first order was entered in the computer wrong therefore I received the wrong color chair. I politely returned to the store and the order was placed again, I was assured by the manager that it was now correct and in two months I would receive it since it was a special order. Well the delivery finally came and it was the wrong color AGAIN! So I politely returned to the store AGAIN and reordered the chair – watching the lady type in the color I wanted! IT CAME AGAIN IN THE WRONG COLOR!!
I have been told that it will take another 2months … it is now October and I still don't have my chair! Its unbelievable.
There is no sense of urgency to get it taken care of and it doesn't seem like anyone knows what to do or cares about getting the job done correctly.
I am so disappointed.

The absolute worst experience ever!
I ordered a sectional and paid in full did not get my items deliverer until a month later and was still missing pieces. Was told the day of delivery that one small pillow was missing and it was the entire left side chair. The customer services is a zero star I have no idea how this company is still in business. Was suppose to get the second part today and it was not on the truck. Take your money somewhere else to save yourself the headache.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. My wife and I ordered a couch and a kitchen set from ASF Brandon in early January. We had to wait six weeks for our furniture to be delivered because they keep a very short supply on hand. Not only was our delivery a day late, but when it came the sectional couch was the wrong orientation (we ordered a right oriented, and a left oriented one showed up). Also, the new table that we had ordered had scratch marks on it. We immediately contacted customer service about the mishap. We were told that a manager would call us back, which they did not . We had to call back FOUR times to actually speak to someone that could help. When we finally did speak with someone, we were told that it was the salesman's mistake (which it was not- we have the receipts to prove it) and we would have to wait another 6 weeks to get the furniture that we paid $2500 to purchase. The lady offered $100 off for our trouble. This is absolutely ridiculous and the furthest thing from good customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I recommend that you do the same.

This has been by far the worst furniture purchase I have ever had. American Signature Furniture is unprofessional and don t care about there costumers. Can't talk to anyone from there cooperate office. Very Disappointed and Dissatisfied. I will never purchase there again.

I purchased multiple pieces of furniture from the Duluth GA, location and the when the delivery came, I received incorrect pieces, as well damaged pieces of furniture. I called the store to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for a very long time, finally, when the customer service rep returned on the line she said the manager couldn't speak to me right now but will be in the office until 4:30 p.m. and can return my call later. I told customer service rep that I was on my way to the store to see the manager. I received a phone call on my drive there that the manager was leaving. I was beyond frustrated by this time, the manager Larry got on the line, I explained the problem with delivery and he seem not to really care, I mentioned the pieces that were damaged and missing, he said the sales rep did not sell me the correct pieces of furniture, that the chest I was supposed to get was already sold to someone else. At this point he said nothing he can do that he will send a truck to pickup the rest of the furniture in a little over a week. I explained I cannot have money tied up for over a week since I need to purchase another bedroom set and he said sorry that's the best he can do.

Stay away from this store. Its been a nightmare. I bought 3 items in December 2017 and its been 4 apt. to drop them off and still waiting on getting all of them. I got the chair, one sofa, and one love seat. they all was to been auto. the sofa came with a bent frame and I had to have the tech to come out to tell me they won't replace it until late Feb. 2018 and when they gave me the love seat, they gave me the wrong one and took it back the same day. I again won't get this until god knows when. Every one of these came seperate and I had to spend an entire day waiting and still am waiting for my order.

All I can say is wow! I dodged a bullet. The ASF in Alpharetta has a pompous manager. He kept reiterating that he needed to be shown proof for him to price guarantee. What did I want? For him to take off the delivery fee, which was $79. I advised him that once I left the store that I wouldn't come back, and he said that's fine. I left the store, and I explained to Macy's the issue. They not only price matched with better quality furniture – they also reduced the price enough to "remove" the delivery fee. Glad I didn't go with ASF after reading these comments. Not only did they lose a customer, but I am making sure none of my friends are going either.

Not very happy about my receipt showing my delivery date but now being told my delivery will be three months from now!!! What, are you hand carving each piece?!?!?! I hope you honor the best sale/discount during the next three months.
