  1. I worked for this company at their Cape Cod Office, when I refused to work full time they let me go and did not pay me the nearly $900.00 they owe me, and I can not get to their Corp Office. I now am forced to sue them in Massachusetts for 3 times as the Massachusetts Law allows….very sad company hurting their workers.

  2. I rented a Hyundai accent and was charged over $100 per day. The car wouldn't start and was in the process of arranging to have it towed. That evening the car was towed without my knowledge and all my belonging were inside the car with gps trackers on my tools for work. I rented the car in Bel air MD and the car was towed to BWI airport which I clearly tracked with the GPS trackers connectednto my tools. This was in November 2021 and now it's April 2022 and can not get ahold of anyone who has authority to deal with this situation. All I keep getting is emails saying, sorry your items have not been found. Absolutely absurd !!!

  3. i need to be contacted about a repossession that took place that I am being charged for. I was told Avis would take care of the bill because of the mistake they made repossessing it and leaving me stranded. I look forward to your response and resolving this matter.

  4. I bought a 2020 nissan pathfinrder from avis car sales pompano beach location 12/10/21. I returned the car for service repairs the rear liftgate stopped working on 12/12/21.I havent seen the car since.the manager mark cohen refuses to return the car to me.every time i call he gives me the run around.after 2 1/2 months of stalling by him i stopped calling.my son continued calling him after that.he finally asked for a refund end of february.havent seen any refund yet.I had to make the third payment on a car i dont have.i finally hired a lawyer to issue a demand letter to avis.im still waiting after third installment paid by me.worst car bying experience ever.dont ever buy a car from avis,biggest jerk offs ive ever seen.mark cohen is a runaround moron.tks donald woods

  5. Avis just sent me an email allegedly from their emergency road service specialist stating after 22 days that I had an accident and would be charged $660 for an accident that NEVER HAPPENED!!! When I called them after waiting 30 minutes a Rep. stated that I had a missing headrest. I was horrified. He directed me to take it up with LAX. I couldn't reach anyone there to dispute this false claim. I spent two hours of my time trying to reach customer service but to no avail. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT. When you talk to anyone the call center is in Mexico. Avis rentacar is a joke. I called Parsippany NJ the National headquarters and left a name requesting a call back. I am not holding my breath

  6. I rented a 16 foot truck for 5 days, unlimited mileage. My confirmation amount was for $370.37. I was charged over $500. Refuse to reimburse me. My reservation was made online months in advance. No one answers at corporate, just a recording. Beware what they say you will pay on your confirmation it is totally different than what you are charged. This is a deceiving the customer.

    1. There is zero customer service. Their employees do as they like. They can add charges to your credit card with no recourse other than dispute the payment with your bank,

  7. Avis rental Car Company has won my business for life. Joe Buccheri has made sure of that. I arrived in Los Angeles on Aug. 16th, 2018. I had made reservations for a rental car thru Avis to be picked up at the downtown LA center. I called the day before to arrange a shuttle to pick up us at the airport and to be taken to the site. I was told to get on the red bus and I would be taken. I did so and when the bus stopped at the airport pick up site I was told that the shuttle could not take us there. The shuttle driver suggested I speak to a manager. I was put in contact with Joe Buccheri, District Manager of Los Angles Avis at the LAX. Mr. Buccheri could not have been more helpful and considerate. He is the ultimate example of customer service and one of Avis's greatest asset. He made my experience with Avis one I will always remember. He went above and beyond to help with our reservation. He apologized for any confusion,secured a car for me, honored the rate quoted by the off site center, and gave me his card with contact numbers in case I had any trouble while in California. Mr. Buccheri should be recognized for his work ethic and performance while in your employ.
