I have banked with BU for some 10 years and my in-laws before me about 25 years. I received a phone message from a Vero Beach Branch Manager that my accounts are no longer welcome at BU. At my urging/request, the Branch Mgr. met to provide me with a letter (dated Jan. 21, 2016) A letter composed at their 7825 NW 148th Street, Miami Lakes Office, and that letter did not contain so much as one reason for their actions. In fact, the letter wasn't even signed but the Branch Mgr. not able to clarify the reason for the letter, blindly signed it.
Today I phoned the Corporate office asking to speak with the CEO John Kanas and of course that was not possible. I was told I I could speak with his executive Asst. Well, three voice mail messages later I have still not received a call. This Bank does not realize the consequences of falsely angering a retired past banking executive.
About 2100 E. Atlantic Blvd. Pompano Beach, FL 33062 branch. They do not care about customers. Disable veteran deposited a cashier's check, but nobody could not say when the money is available. They imposed 10 DAYS HOLD, what created delinquency and big loss for the customer. Disgusting and unprofessional service ! Shame !
Worst Bank I have ever seen,very incompetent,runaround since i joined it for my ss money to be deposited,nobody can give me a straight answer on where my paypal refund will be availible……. 754-235-1217
