  • I went to a baskin Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts located at 508 Riverdale Ave 259 street. Bronx , New York I would advise nobody to go their, they are very rude, vulgar and not professional. I bought a Oreo cream cookie cake that cost me $ 43.99 plus tax, when I took it home it smell bad, it was out dated, I took it back with my receipt, they refuse to give me an even exchange, I call the corporate Office, they escalated to the owners, the manager or the owner refuse to call me and a I call back to the Baskin Robbins corporate office, and the person who answer told me the owner was not going to call me, and they couldn't do nothing about it. That the case was close. It's so horrible experience, And loosing your hard earn money. To be treated this way, not only by the owner, but the corporate Office. I was a very disappointment how they treat me and other person's, as if they want your money but no ethic's. I only got from Baskin Robbins Corpoarte was only I am so sorry about your bad experience in the store. Really turns myself off from going to any of their store's and I would advise anyone who reads this to boycott their store's. It will teach them to be more responsible and also the corporate oficce, so why do they have a corporate office for!!!!!!!! And the worse of it all the store's are own and run by people from India. And they are so vulgar, In the store to get my ever exchange of the cake the clerk told me you Americans want everything your way. And to top it off my 10 year old son was their me, and he told us to go F**k and F**k the United States, I was born here and was very disgusted, that this country of ours let's so many immigrant that doesn't care about our country. Just come here own a business and spend the money in their own country.

  • I went to a Baskin Robbins to buy a oreo cookie tierred cake, because my family were coming to see me. The cake had a bad taste, it smell bad. I call the Corporate office they contacted the franchise owner, and this has been going on for over a month now. A manger call me, was very rude and I told him the cake cost me $ 65.00 with tax, I also took the cake back they never replace to another one. The manager send me a paper copy stating he was only offering me $25.00 and it had to be in his store only, after I had a very bad experience in that store with the clerk who also was very rude, nasty and vulgar with me. This place is located at 508 West 259 st. Bronx, NY. it's a donkin donut/baskin robbin location. I call the corporate office again get at least in coupons but I don't want to go back to this store again. The manager call me and was rude too, I serve two tours in Iraq I and came home. This manager told me on the phone to get out of this country. The manager is from India, how dare him tell me to leave out of this beautiful country. I ask him, have you ever serve in the military for this country, he stated NO WAY, F**k the United States. I told him I did, It's enough that our son's daughter's, person's father's and mother's are serving in the military died for the freedom of our beautiful country. To express himself this way. That's an outrage to me and my fellow soldiers who gave their lives, I can home without a leg, to be treated this way.I As I notice many of these Dunkin Donuts/Baskin robbins are own by person's from India. WE have to protect this country of ours, We should boycott as a expression of protest. for their objectionable behavior toward this country/ We should no buy their at all place a sanctions on them too.

  • Please stay away from the Baskin Robbins at 100 1st avenue, NYC. The Manager repeatedly refused to come to the phone to help answer a question re: a cake order I was placing and yelled at her employee who was trying to help me. It was awful and so unnecessary.

  • Hi I'm Jake I'm 13 years old and and have a YouTube channel called HOWLINGCHOW gamer, where I never use profanity or suggestive language in my reviews. Im frequently asked to do reviews on games but would like to transition to food etc. I have always loved Baskin-Robbins ice cream. I would like to review your ice cream would I need permission from this office? And would you consider sponsoring me? Thank you so much for your time and help in advance.

    Sincerely,

    Jake

  • In reference to the Eustis FL store I'm pretty sure that no operational phone is a violation of the fire code. I'll check with the fire marshal for you

  • Dear Baskin Corp,

I have already filled out a survey and online email submission about this issue, but I needed to send a picture of what your Store number 360032, prepared for your advertised "Celebration Cake"

The store is located at 29121 South Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275, I have been patronizing this store since the 1970's. Grew up in this town, and the service I received was awful, no apology !!!nothing,!!!! I barley got my refund. My birthday was June 3rd, my husband picked up the cake and when he brought it home, you will see by the picture why I returned it, needless to say at the last minute, I had to buy another cake somewhere else. On top of that, I had to go back on Monday June 6th, because the girl didn't know how to refund my card from an online order.

When I asked her why the cake didn't look like advertisement, the lame excuse was they are out of stock on some colors, really??? food coloring???..that makes for horrible business and believe me I posted this picture on my Facebook. The people running it don't care!

If this is how these franchises are ran, I will make sure NEVER to buy another scoop of ice cream again!!! Especially from that location. By the way, the staff that used to work there all quit, they were not happy working there. Their attitude sucks in that store.

  • We live in Temple Terrace, Florida and went to the BR on Fowler Avenue. I have frequented it a few times and continue to hope the next experience will be what I know Baskin Robbins is. First – there is never fresh packed ice cream – on this visit May 9, 2016 I stopped with my husband to buy ice cream. We asked first for pralines and cream ( one of the best and signature flavored) and was told they did not have it. We said ok how about chocolate chip cookie dough – no; we said do you have Cookies and cream and they said yes. We then left and when we got home discovered we had mint chocolate chip – WHAT!!!!' I have gone to Baskin Robbins since we called it 31 flavors when I grew up in the early '70's. Baskin Robbins is without doubt the best ice cream, but the service and lack of quality have us not wanting to return. You could be the best, classic business – capturing nostalgia and bring in another generation of people who love you. I am not in market research, but people are enjoying going to ice cream parlors and/ or shops. Please come back to what we know you are. Respectfully – Cindy Boss

  • We went to the baskin Robbins in ellenton FL on hwy 301 today and we were very disappointed. The place was an absolute mess. We stood in front of the counter( we we the only ones there at the time) for a good 5 min. While 3 employees talked to each other and ignored us. We were about leave when one girl came over laughing at something and then asked us what we wanted without ever making eye contact. We just turned to leave and she made a snide remark, like oh well whatever. My husband then asked for the manager who turned out to be some kid who made excuses for the mess and the employee, while she mouthed off about not having an attitude. She was very disrespectful and no one there cared, in fact they thought it was funny. I love your ice cream, but we will never set foot in that store again and I'm sure we're not the only ones. I'm all for hiring young people, but maybe the people in charge should be adults that care about what they're doing.

  • I started working for a franchise owner in Colorado Springs, CO last month. When I was hired, they never had me fill out any paperwork and was like pulling teeth to get a w4 in which didn't happen. They would also make you come in for 1 or 2 hour shifts which in the state of Colorado, is illegal. I finally got fed up and quit after working there for a month without getting any pay. The employer doesnt show any signs of paying me for all the hours I put in for them.

  • Baskin Robins brand name is trashed by your Franchise operator in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Overall image of the Colombo 3 outlet is much below the standard of Baskin Robins outlets in other countries. I wonder why you don't have a quality control system for standardizing the international operation. Without going into details I would like to suggest you to do an inspection of the outlets in Sri Lanka.

  • Hello, My name is Senovia Byndon, Founder of A&S Youth Productions/Host of I.H.U.-I Hear You! WAIF 88.3FM Cincinnati, I would personally like to Thank, your Lead Mgr. Ms. Lori Mercer for her outstanding service and kindness..I had contacted Baskin Robbins on 435 Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio to ask for an possible donation of donuts for my upcoming event Saturday November 7,2015 The Domestic Violence Solidarity Walk & (Stop the Violence Point Blank Period!) which is ran nationally from several states this was are first to represent Cincinnati, which was very successful and will be here again next year. Ms. Mercer did not hesitate to say "YES" and that in it's self is OUTSTANDING and is much APPRECIATED in this day and time, as far as I'm concern if this is how Baskin Robbins trains and expect service to be handled in this fashion then BASKIN ROBBINS will always be on Top and should be looked at by others as AN EXAMPLE for the TRUE meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  • I recently visited your store in Country Club Hills, IL to purchase a chocolate shake on 9/3/15 at 7:30pm. Ashton was rude when she greeted me and my finance, barely listened to my request of having an all chocolate shake like the menu indicated I could request and to what he was ordering. She conveyed the tone that we were an interruption to her. Ashton continued to make the shake the way SHE wanted it with 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla instead of telling me that they were out was out of chocolate which I found hard to believe. When I challenged her on this, she became very curt, disrespectful in her tone and mannerisms as she was slamming the milkshake equipment around. When I declined any further assistance as I walked out of the store, she continued in her extremely poor service as I stated that her service needed to be reported to a manager, she said" well here she is." The assistant manager, Paula was assisting another customer, but asked that I wait so that could express my displeasure in Ashton's service. While I was explaining my experience, Paula asked her to go to another area, but she refused and licked her tongue at me. Totally unacceptable level of service.

I then asked for the store manager's name with whom I will be voicing my complaint on 9/4. I have visited this store numerous times and have received the upmost in courteous service. I do attempt to give the benefit of the doubt, but Ashton clearly escalated this issue by her defensive demeanor and unprofessionalism. I am paying for what I want and the expectation of receiving good service is not something that should be random. What a disappointing experience. Ashton needs to be progressively disciplined and trained on the key elements of good customer service.

  • I havent worked at BR that long( maybe 2 months at that). im already getting thrown under the bus. we all work at the same speed yet im the one being singled out. well the other employees call out "sick" and or are on there phones during work hours. why when another employee got fired for not showing up twice they worked alot slower then me and didnt do anything when told to but they have been there for about a year. why am i being singled out. this is un fair to me. none of the other employees want to work with me and i dont want to work with people who talk about me behind my back. i thought i left that drama back in high school 4 YEARS AGO… i guess not. id rather work back at the amusement park and deal with drunk people on the weekends then deal with this! i guess its time to get another job thats in my career field.

  • Baskin Robbins coupons are next to useless. I had a $3 coupon for an ice cream cake last week. I found what I wanted on line and tried to order it to pick up at my local Baskin Robbins. I found out that coupons are not usable for on-line orders. I then called my local store and was told that I could not use the coupon to order over the phone. I was told that I had to physically go into the store and buy what was made up at the time in order to use the coupon. No special orders, and the prices in the store are higher than those on line.
You have lost a customer over $3.

  • My daughter and most of the employees that work at the baskin Robbins located at: 9151 West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV ‎ (702) 256-8831, are being mistreated by the owner. The real issue is the owner is not paying her employees after their scheduled times. Example, my daughter worked till close, she and another employee were busy on customers during their shift and had to wait to clean up after the store was closed, she left the store at 10:30 but only will get paid till 10pm. I called her one day at 1145pm and asked if she was almost done, I also asked if she was getting paid for working late, that night she was off at 11pm and the store owner stated that she did not pay her employees for time after what the time schedule stated. These kids are 16-18 years old and don't know any better, most still in high school. I have called Baskin Robbins corporate offices and have been told that I would have to take up the complaint with the business owner as they are privatley owned. Not sure if this owner knows the federal laws but I am sure she is breaking a few by not paying her employees. Can you please help me get this story out, and help our young high school kids stop getting cheated out of money they have earned. This has also been sent to the local news agency for a follow up story.

  • Twice this year I have been to the BR in Vineyard Town Center in Morgan Hill, CA. planning to get a couple $25 gift cards. Once in April when I went in they had none. Then today I thought I would give them another try. Went in to buy two more $25 dollar card. Again they did not have any. From now on it will be Jamba Juice or Target gift cards. If they can't better stock something as small as gift cards in their inventory they won't get my business.

  • I do not understand why the Baskin Robbins located at 6725 J.F.K. Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas never has jamoca almond fudge ice cream!!!! Customer like myself have requested it over and over but they never have it. They tell the customers that it sales out as fast as they get it in. Maybe that is true but, whatever happened to supply and demand. We are demanding it but they are NOT supplying it. What is the problem? It really is starting to piss me off so I wont be a customer at that location any longer.

  • I went to the local Baskin-Robbins today to get a 3-scoop sundae. To my surprise, the person fixing the sundae put three CHILD-size scoops into my bowl. When I asked why had she done this instead of giving me the regular size scoops, she informed me that the child-size scoops are the "standard" scoops for a sundae. When I asked her when did that become SOP, she claimed that it has "ALWAYS" been that way!! Now, I KNOW that is BS. I'm sixty years old and have been going to Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid and I have NEVER received a "child size" scoop of ice cream when ordering a 3-scoop sundae. On the contrary, I have ALWAYS received a REGULAR sized scoop. When I told her this and requested regular sized scoops, she told me that I would have to pay "EXTRA" for regular sized scoops!! Can you believe this crap? Now, Baskin-Robbins already charges extra for every topping that you order over the one lousy topping that they give you on their sundaes. Now, they've got the nerve to charge you "extra" for the damn ice cream!! The greediness of these companies never ceases to amaze me. Much as I like my sundaes, at these prices (over $10 bucks), I don't know if I'll be going back to Baskin-Robbins or not.

    • Don't go back to Baskin and Robbins! Money talks to businesses like this, take your money to a better place who will treat you right and give you what you pay for. Dairy Queen, Cold Stone Creamery, TCBY, Brusters, are just to name a few 🙂

    • I live South of O'hare International Airport and we have several BR's in the same stores as Dunkin Donuts. All of them are owned/ran by Indians (dot heads). Went to one in Des Plaines, IL today for the family. The hot fudge machine was not turned on so I couldn't get any, 2 of us wanted 3 scoops, they didn't have any 3 scoop cups, they even used candied cherries like you would find in a Holiday Fruit Cake. This is not the first time either. BETTER TRAINING AND SELL STORE OWNERSHIP'S TO AMERICANS NOT THE FOREIGNERS.

  • I am from Sterling Heights, MI. I go to a few locations in our area, all of which are in Sterling Heights. Those locations are: Hall rd. & Mound, 17 mile rd. & Vandyke, and Canal and Schoenherr. I always order a Reese's layered sundae. Every single time I get this, regardless of the location, it is made wrong. At least one of the items of the sundae are missing every single time and they are always made differently from one location to the next. Making a mistake here and there is understandable, but it is a guarantee that when I order this, it is going to be wrong. As a customer, I should be able to depend on the consistency of your business, and instead, I can guarantee the inconsistency. There are so many ice cream shops in the surrounding areas, all of which, I'm sure, are Baskin Robbins' competitors. There is obviously a lack of training at each of these stores that needs to be taken care of.. One time, the drive-thru line at the Hall & Mound location was so backed up, once I got to the window I found there was only one woman working alone, who could hardly speak English, and literally asked me how to make the layered sundae. I continued to explain it to her… this ended up being the only time my sundae was made correctly. This issue has been going on for years. I am in the fast food business myself, as a manager and a training manager for multiple franchise locations, therefore am telling you this for your benefit. Please consider this message for the sake of your business and the sake of your consumers. Thank you.

    • You're being exceptionally grumpy for someone enthralled in a game @ which you designed, so how ironic that you're the one waiting in the "backed up" seemingly endless line. You touched on the main issue yourself; *there are alternatives*that you may frequent, that's the beauty of being a member of a 1st world democratic country. Back to the issue of frequency, maybe you visit too often with this negative attitude & they remember it just a *tip* (which might help too.

    • Dear Sir/Man

I would like to inform you Acme foods limited licensee of UK Baskin Robbins is exploiting foreign employees, making them work and not paying them. He is habituated of not making payments to employee, He has amazing confidence in delaying payments and giving false commitments (Dates). His practices of holding payment and making payments in parts gets an employee stuck working with him. I am one of his victim with massive outstanding amount and there are other employees . There are many employees who have given up payments on him.

Many employees during employment with him has gone through mental torture while asking for payment. He has given only dates as commitment with more than 100% confidence using word such as ’’Shortly money will be in your account, I am sending you advise slip SOON, I am sending you money from Dubai, America, Money will be in your account midnight, morning, evening or Friday ( Friday because it falls on weekend )’’. All i can say we as an employee have gone through our worst employment of our life with him but in the end people leave this company as BASKIN ROBBINS not as ACME FOODS

If you go to any of his stores, Maximum (Almost 100%) reason for leaving his company is only because of payment even neighbourhood stores are aware of this reason. Baskin Robbins as a brand is known for not making payment not Acme Foods. He has mentally tortured employees to an extent of either leaving payment or simply pay something and leave rest or completely give up on him. He does not even provide salary slip.

We have decided to take strong action against him. I am unpaid from past 8-9 months and there are other employees not paid from past 5-6 months. We have decided to expose him in Social- media and paper media however we are only concerned about BASKIN ROBBINS as a brand. We don’t want to damage this brand on such a serious issue of exploiting foreign employees. This will also affect business of other franchise group. All i can say is, Our payment is delayed from very long time. We want you to action this problem immediately to help us get paid within 1 week from now. We are left with no choice to take help of social media, paper media and other legal delegates. We are helpless from past several months and still we are only left with a date. Please imagine our mental frustration he is putting us through.

We are hoping Baskin Robbins HOD will consider this issue very seriously because someone needs to put end to this problem of him exploiting foreign employees.
