  • Guess what. This is not a complaint. It is a question about your Bass Weejun product line. I have worn Logan Weejuns for over 60 years. For the past few decades I have worn 9.5 wide. The wide sizes are not currently offered. Can you tell me when/if 9.5W Logan Weejuns will be available again.

  • Unbelieveable. Ordered 2 pairs of sandals. For 5 days I would check the tracking number and was told they would be delivered that day and they never were. Finally I call customer service and am told that there appears to be some problem with my local postoffice. I explain at the time I ordered from Bass I also bought items from other vendors which I received no problem. I told the girl I wanted my money back. She refused to refund my money and claimed I had to fill out an insurance form and then wait a couple of weeks for a refund. I google your corporate office and gave them a call wanting to explain to someone why you've lost a customer and was told by the switchboard that unless I have a name they do not transfer calls and do not take messages. When I said this was ridiculous she called me an idiot.

    • Bass I have written twice on email and have received no answer. Should I try duct tape ? What cement should I use? I am anxious at 98.
I began wearing Bass moccasin shoes when I was 9 or 10 years old. I am now 98 years old. About 10 or 12 years ago I bought a pair of Bass Flex shoes and wore them 2 or three times. Then put them in the closet because my walking became impaired. Last Saturday I felt I was in good enough shape to wear them again. When they were taken out of the closet both soles fell off. The uppers look like they did when they came from the store. What can I do to make them wearable? I thought of Duck Tape but do not think that was appropriate with good Bass moccasins. Please tell me what to do to make the beautiful leather useful. Always liked my Bass. Bob Shoemaker
