I just went to a Chillis in Jacksonville,fl on 11101 san jose blvd. it suck our waitress was terrible she walked by just 2 times and did not offer to refill our drinks. then we sat there for over 20 minutes and she did not bring our appetizer . so when she brought us our lunch we had to remind her that we still needed it and she said are you sure you still want it??? REALLY

Hello I've recently purchased a vehicle from Route46 Jeep Dodge Chryler in little falls NJ. This dealership is horrible!! I love Dodge vehicles and really don't think this dealership should be affiliated with your name. This dealership is involved in serious auto dealership fraud , the customer service is horrible, & the entire establishment is a scam please look into this location asap! The reviews on yelp and on the Better Business Bureau website should be enough to at least consider an investigation. Thank you!
I am writing for my cousin who stayed at one of your locations in Erie Pennsylvania last night. She stopped at your hotel to get some rest before having to drive a van load of people over a thousand miles. she didn't get any rest because she was awoken in the middle of the night by getting bit by bugs she called down to the front desk,your front desk clerk asked her if she had fleas, are you kidding me? this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. He then proceeded to tell her there was nothing he could do for her, so she went down to the front desk he did change her rooms but she could still not sleep. In the morning a maintenance man came up to speak to her. He went down to get the general manager ,the general manager refused to speak to my cousin.this is ridiculous they blamed it on her said that she brought bugs into your hotel this is so unprofessional and unacceptable.
the only reason that I am writing for my cousin is because she is driving these people halfway across the country with no sleep. I hope you're prepared for the onslaught of negative social media attention you're going to get, the video of the bed bugs will be posted to every website that I can find .my friends will post it and it will be shared all over the place. The way my cousin was treated was totally unacceptable you lost the business of a really big family due to the way your night auditor handled this situation. I think it is pitiful, that the maintenance man, was the only one to show any compassion. The address if this location is 8040 Perry hwy erie, pa. The g.m. or more likely franchise owner should lose your flag. This is disgusting, the treatment she received on top of being bitten up by bed bugs, and now losing all of the clothing that she and her granddaughter brought inside of your hotel! Disgusting!
Hawthorn Suites by the Wyndham on Island is the worst place to stay! The front desk staff is very rude,and ignorant their mannerism towards customers that’s already in a bad situation from a lost from their homes,is not taken in consideration! The manager Michelle Yost is intimated by her staff so she does nothing about a complaint! The way they talk to children that’s playing on the basketball court is outrageous. You would think they would have some sympathy for a child that out of their home and away from their friends it’s hard to adjust to a place that’s not friendly. I’m surprised at how the way my family and I was mistreated I couldn’t even get sheets while my housekeeper was off! The front desk person said and I quote “oh we ain’t doing this today! The cabinets is not in place right I had a terrible experience here and I hope people tske my complaint serious and don’t place your family here!
I said it was someone in Bakersfield California and there is spider webs the toilet door it looks like someone busted it and just feels haunted so I left I didn't care about the money. Did not know this room was that bad Hotwire does not give you any details whatsoever and then when you act so strange another room they won't do it they want more money and they won't refund you your money back
What us going on with the taco bell on plano pkwy the colony tx? It is funny they just remodeled that store that is barely a year old. The need to remodel the staff. For the second time in 2 months. I went and drive thru wrapped around building. I go inside and it has 2 customers inside. Still took over 45 mins for 2 nachos deluxe. Really? Not acceptable.
I ate in Bojangles in Mocksville yesterday. I will not eat there again. One employee with long braids no hat or hair net was working around food with her hair swiping all over equipment where food was being prepared. She is also part of management.
I was do disgusted. Also the chairs in dining room was rusted and nasty. All in all a very good place to get sick between long black hairs and rusty nasty chairs.
Corporate needs to check into the Taylor Blvd. Louisville Ky. store. Drivers hours are getting cut. Others standing or sitting and hiding to get out of work. A 15 minute job lasting all day. People at the downtown warehouse office are turning their heads.
