Reach Out To Bru’s Room Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

This Pembroke Pines location needs to be shut down immediately! Every single time I order from here my food is uncooked! Disgusting! My family and I will NEVER order from this location ever again. You have nothing to offer your customers except for Salmonella!

I am currently at the Coral Springs location and arrived an hour early to secure my normal booth seat for the Dolphins game. There are zero TVs on the entire left side of the bar where the booths are located. In fact of the over 20+ TVs outside only 3 have the Dolphins game on. I asked the manager if he could change any one of the TVs on that side he refused and said he obviously could but would not. I spend hundreds of dollars here each weekend drinking eating and watching football. This will not be happening again and you have lost a loyal LOCAL every weekend customer. I have attached a picture of no one here on that side and zero TVs with the Dolphins game that are even visible from that entire side. In the last 3 weeks alone I have spent over $1000 here and I find this horrible customer service and a rude and argumentative manager.

FOLLOW UP: Woke up this morning vomiting profusely! I am completely disgusted and disappointed in this location! This Pembroke Pines location needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!
