  2. I have stayed at the Comfort Inn,Joplin,Mo.at least 4 to 6 times per year when traveling between my home in New Mexico and the Chicagoland area.My wife and I along with our dog stayed in a pet friendly room.I stayed just recently,3-23-18,to be exact. We always stayed in a inside room{#117].We always reserved this room for the last 2 years without a problem.Today I attempted to reserve this room and was told I couldn't because it was not pet friendly.I explained that I just stayed there less than a month ago, plus I've been going there at least 4 to 6 times a year using the same inside room #117 with no problem. The Mgr.said she has been there for two years an d it never was pet friendly.Absolute LIE.Plus her attitude was tough S–t.You have lost a long time customer who also belonged to your CHOICE PRIVLAGES PROGRAM. I'll stay at your competitor LA QUINTA,next door'

  4. I had reservations at the Comfort Inn on 360 Airport Road, Fall River MA. I had made the reservations at least 2 weeks prior to my arrival date. However when I arrived the counter person said that they were not certain we were coming so our room was not ready. We had to wait until 4pm for the room to be ready. The following night, the counter manager allowed a large group of people to party in the lobby near our room. We asked him to quiet down the party because we had to leave very early the next day. He did not. At 11pm my husband asked the party guests to quiet down. Insteadd of quieting down they pulled the fire alarm and we had to evacuate. We evacuated to a second fire alarm at approximately 2:45am. We asked for a discount but????????

  5. Comfort inn triadelphia west virginia avoid…I travel for work and stay all over the usa. Recently I stayed 2 nights for work during some music festival I had no idea. Not only was my room jacked up an extra 30 dollars a night, the manager charged my card for smoking in the room and I do not smoke. Tried numerous times to reach the manager and she never calls back. Poor management left me in no doubt not to stay here ever again.

  6. COMFORT INN Texas Wichita the Worst place To Stay The STAFF Does Not Care About The HANDYCAP They Let People Park There Horse Trailers in HANDYCAP Parking Spots

  7. I booked a room at the Comfort Inn Suites on May 22, 2017 for May 26tjh, along with several other parents from our fastpitch team. Two hours after booking the room, I called back the hotel and advised the employee to please cancel my reservation, as I had acquired a room at the team hotel. The employee told me she would cancel my reservation. A week after the initial booking I saw on my credit card statement that the hotel had charged me the full amount for the room on the day of the booking, and had charged me again for the actual date I had reserved; again, I had cancelled my reservation. I called the hotel and explained to the employee that not only had I cancelled my one night reservation, but they had charged me twice for the initial booking. The employee told me that she could not find a cancellation notice so she would not refund me for the initial booking. I asked to speak with the manager, and the employee advised she would have the manage call me back after her lunch break. I did not receive a phone call back, so I called four more time throughout the day, but the manager was never available to talk to me. I again called to talk to the manger the following week, and got the same employee. I told her who I was and asked to speak to the manager, and she told me that the manager "does not want to talk to me". The manager refused to speak with me and they refuse to provide me a refund. I spoke with a parent from the team about this issue and she advised me that several other parents had billing issues with their reservation as well and were very upset. My daughters team travels every weekend throughout the non rainy months and we stay at many hotels, and have never received such poor customer service. Unbelievable. Oh, when I disputed this with my credit card company the rep told me this wasn't his first time hearing about billing issues with Comfort Inn.

  8. Comfort Inn should take off the word Comfort out its name. On April 02, 2017, we stayed at the hotel on 2001 N Bolton Ave in Alexandria, La. After we checked in, this was BEFORE, it was only raining lightly outside and their lights went out. I used BEFORE because this was before the tornados touched down in Alexandria Louisiana. The front desk personnel told us it would be an hour before the lights will be back on. We went to our room and four hours later the wind started to pick up. Another guest started to walk up and down the hallway praying for GOD to protect us. She was yelling and screaming as the winds swung the trees outside and lighten strikes touched down close by. The rest of our time there was BAD. No sleep. All the staff had left the hotel. NO ONE was there but the guest all night. We had to go to the Dollar General down from the hotel to get candles because NONE of the lights worked not even the emergency lights. People were sitting in the hallway again when the winds picked up later in the night and still NO staff. We only knew a tornado had touched down in Alexandria because one of the guest told us in the hallway. The Manager named Masheka came in around 5am when the lights came back on. She was mad because it was her day off. She was told to tell the guests if they complained from the General Manager Don Pospisil “What happen was an ACT OF GOD and there was nothing they could do.” Additional
Your staff leaving was not an “ACT OF GOD.”
Your hotel having no backup generator is no “ACT OF GOD.”
Leaving your guest without security and knowledge of what was happening when you had no lights was no “ACT OF GOD.”
UPDATE: Talked to the General Manager Don Pospisil was told they only had backup power for an hour. He kept repeating the words “What happen was AN ACT OF GOD.” He could do nothing about it. No apology, no talk about what his staff did only excuse after excuse. If you want your family to stay at a place with security and protection this is not the place. You cannot depend on this Hotel.

  10. ALERT! Do not stay at Comfort INN in Chambersburg PA, owned and operated by Andy Patel. The building is a complete disaster and not within safety code. The electrical outlets are overloaded with extension cords, pool area is under construction (looks like a project started a few years back, but never continued, NO room service and that's no joke! We found ourselves trapped in this dump and after returning home made a week long calls to the corporate costumer support team, and no real solution! Comfort Inn shame on you! Building inspectional services should make a visit, I'm sure the entire building would be closed down or eventually torn down. Nothing more can be done from my perspective, but I can warn future travelers. Thank you,
