  • Terrible experience, I were accuses of smoking in my room that NEVER happen. The manager not only accuses me she put me and my family OUT… And called the police for no reason no weed were found. I will file a civil suit due to a charge on my card. I ask that NO ONE STAY THERE…I have call cooperated several of times with no success. I repeat DO NOT STAY AT COUNTRY INN SUITES!!!!!

     
  • AVOID FOND DU LAC Country Inn and Suites, the manager James Montie was accusing me and my husband of stealing a lamp shade (just 1) and leaving a crack pipe in the room. I have asked for camera footage of us leaving with the lamp shade and pictures of this pipe. I am a Marine Corp Veteran – never ever have i been accused of such crap. The room was disgusting, found food still on the floor from people before us and toilet and bathroom were gross. NEVER EVER WILL YOU GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN!!!

     
  • I stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Tucson AZ recently and want to recognize the general manager, Christopher Leon, who is an amazing gentleman, cares about his customers, respectful and helpful. The front desk staff are also friendly, efficient and helpful. Excellent room and nice bagged simple breakfast. Great place with great people.

     
  • Bad experience. Was not dog friendly but the housekeeping supervisor brought 5 grown pit bulls in after hours to a room for the night along with her Male mate. Had piss stains on comforter that I addressed and desk lady said her girls clean and i was wrong, I tried to explain just give me a clean blanket and insisted I move room when had a 10 yr old that had casts on both feet and a 13 yr old sleeping. Made us feel like we were picking on housekeeping when all I ask for was a clean blanket. Floors were dirty and all the staff did was sit outside smoking. Horrible experience for the pay. Front desk lady was nasty as if we were a inconvenience for her. Our toilet wouldn't flush cause knob broke. Horrible and we had to be there 3 days.

     
  • Stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Clive, IA November 6 & 7, 2020 – I will never stay there again and I will not stay in any Country Inn & Suite in the country.

    Obviously they observed that I went outside to smoke periodically and decided, AFTER I HAD LEFT, that they were going to "discover" a cup with water and a cigarette butt in it by my bed. I obey rules, I always went outside to smoke and have witnesses to that effect.

    I have cautioned all of the other guests that I was there with for a wedding that weekend to check their credit card bills carefully for charges that were applied AFTER CHECKOUT. I called the hotel on 11/22 and was told I would have to speak with a manager who would not be on duty until the next morning. I called and was told about the supposed "cut of water with a butt" in it. When I advised I would not have done that, was told that he would have to check with assistant manager and would call me this afternoon. As of 3:22 pm 11/23/20, I have not heard from anyone. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card and I will be placing this post on every social media place I can find that reviews Country Inn & Suits and on Facebook.

    My advise, NEVER STAY AT ANY COUNTRY INN!!

     
  • I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Cedar Rapids, Iowa restoring power after a big storm in August 2020. My company paid for all the rooms. Even though my company paid for the rooms they said that they needed a credit card # to hold it. I disagreed and finally gave in so I could get a room and a couple of hours sleep since we were working 7-17 hour days. They charged my credit card for $879.72 and when I questioned them I was told it would go away. My company paid for the room. I also was charged for the room and they would not credit my card. They got double paid. I have called many times, talked to the front desk and left many messages. Not one phone call from the manager. NO Country Inn and Suites ever again!! I will pass this message on to all the lineman I know.

     
  • We stayed at your country inn – suites in brunswick ga.right off I95. Took four rooms before we would even touch anything. One room had poop in the toilet. Another had never been cleaned, another was just so dirty with beds made that's scary. ,4th room we took and were so scared slept in our clothes on top of covers. No one offered a refund or discount which I don't want a discount I'll never stay at any of your hotels again

     
  • We stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Martion IL-We have stayed here many times over the years and always liked it. This time it was different, I think they changed ownership or have different management. Our first room was not good-didn't appear that it had been cleaned & it smelled musty. The bathroom floor had dirt/dust on it & the bathtub was VERY dirty! The front desk said some of the tubs are stained and they are aware. They moved us to a different room and that room seemed better, but the bathroom was not great again. We will not be staying here any more in the future when we visit the area. Was not worth the money! Very disappointing!

     
  • I had the pleasure of staying at The Comfort Inn & Suites in Rocky Mount, N.C. recently. I checked in for an extended stay during August. The staff was above and beyond wonderful! Each member of their team was: professional, friendly, kind and very hard working. I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Kimberly and Ms. Marquita at the front desk. Also, a special thank you to Ms. Degra (my housekeeper) and Mr. Scott (who works in maintenance). Each of these special people treated me like a member of their family. They consistently checked in with me to see if I needed anything and to inquire as to how I was doing. Even though I was alone with no family or friends in the area, I never felt alone. I felt cared for and safe day and night. So often when I stay in hotels, I see a friendly face and hear a friendly voice at check in and then I am never checked upon again unless it is something negative. This team is top-notch and should be used as a professional model for the rest of the company. I highly recommend that the corporate office acknowledge this amazing team of customer service experts.     I have patiently waited a week ! for the charges on my card to "drop off," as I was repeatedly told they would.
    Stayed at your hotel on February 4th (Reservation number VJ7VYDQ) and at the time, was asked if it would be OK for a hold to be placed on my card for $20.00
    To cover 'incidental' fees. I agreed, as long as it would come off — I was told "3-5 days, tops."

    When I checked out, I also told the front desk that a $40 charge was placed on my card, in addition to the previously mentioned hold.
    I was told this was an error, as I stayed for redeeming points, that charge was supposed to go to Radison, not my card.
    Again, I was told it would drop off and the matter would be handled that day (February 5th).

    When I arrived home on the 6th, I called the hotel, spoke to Brianna, who informed me she "knew all about it" and would send me a receipt showing that neither charge was billed to me. I confirmed my email address with her and Brianna send she was sending it…
    I still have not received anything from Brianna or the hotel.

    Now?
    A week later, February 11th, and both charges, one for $20.00 and one for $40.16, are still pending and tying up over $60.00 of my money.
    This is unacceptable and outrageous !!!

    I want the funds refunded, credited back to my account today.
    A written apology from Brianna for failing to live up to her word, her promise made to a customer.
