I agree with you about their customer service. I have been trying to reach them with some questions about their courses and only receive 1 or 2 sentencers as reply and they don't even answer all of your questions. Which are important ones, because they hinge on whether or not I will travel to take their seminar. It seems that they don't care, and they don't have a phone number to see if you can reach someone. It's sad for being such a large company.
