  • what a bunch of lying garbage. our joey lost signal after 2 hours of the technician who you could barely understand. An appointment was set for the hours of 8 and 10 am no one showed. I have a small business to run took time out to be here. They were all too eager to take my money for technicians to show up. Get back on the phone and we caught the representative in multiple lies. Shame on you Dish when contract is up we are done never to return. By the way I fixed it myself a animal had chewed through the cable because installers didn't give a crap to do the job right. I should send dish a repair bill.

  • I requested my call and concernes to be escalated and was denied, I tried calling corporate and everytime was rerouted to the customer service number. I was offered a package by a representative and the company is now tring to charge me full price and was told that the representative was wrong in offering it. They have no offered any resolution that is fair and then was denied the right to escalate the issue and blocked from getting into or speaking with corporate.

     
  • Does your financial CEO know that Bank of America charges every employee that cashes a check drawn on your payroll account a $6.00 charge simply for cashing their checks? Do the math, that is a lot of money. They should not be charging a fee for doing this, as the check is drawn on your payroll account. When contacting the bank of America financial manager in a neighboring town, he stated it was the way Dish set up their account. This charge deducts from the hourly wage that you pay your employees and while this amount may not seem like much to you, it is to a low income person. Dish should care about this. Some people do not have checking accounts because they cant afford the fees, yet they are charged to cash a check for wages they have worked minus $12.00 fee charged monthly to cash their checks. Called your corporate office and the representative was not at all understanding and borderline rude. She put the blame back on the Bank. This is not right, no matter whom it falls back on!! Please check into this and make an across the board change with all of your banks that have your payroll accounts. This is not fair to your hard-working employees.

     
  • The Dish corporate office is a joke. I tried reaching out for help and no one cares to help. Dish Network has the absolute worst customer service ever. They refuse to see their mistake and correct it. How does it take an instant to auto draft my account (after the bill was paid in full the previous day) but 33 days to return that money. I spoke with "management" and "corporate customer service". They see no issue with this and then argue with me when i try to cancel my service.

     
  • DN somehow got my home number listed for an unpaid bill for some chic I don't even know, they've harrassed me via automated call for 2 years, despite me calling them on 5 different occasions asking to be put on their do not call list!??!?! I've never had Dish, & never will!

     
  • DISH SUCKS AND I'M TIRED OF TALKING TO STUPID REPS…I TRIED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND GUESS WHAT,THE CALLS ARE ROUTED BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE(800-333-3474). AND THEIR COMMERCIALS ARE ALL LIES MY BILL GOES UP EVERY YEAR AND I HAVE THE TOP 200 PKG BUT THEY'RE DUPLICATE CHANNELS NOT 200 BUT ABOUT 150 CHANNELS..THEY JUST RIP YOU OFF AND THE FCC LETS THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS. WE NEED AND ADVOCATE TO HELP ANY SUGGESTIONS?

     
  • I am tired of dish making me pay for their screw ups.Their people are rude,customer service sucks and they think they can get one over on all of us.I'm a disabled vet and its a shame they screw over people that can't afford to pay for their mistakes.SHAME ON YOU DISH NETWORK.you all there are big times crooks and rude as hell.I hope you piss off the wrong person and they dish out justice on you all.Never again will I recommend your awful service or lack of service to anyone.Hope you get what's coming to you.fick you all.

     
  • February 9,2015 Not a customer and tried to order service. What happened is I had talked with someone in Idaho named Eric. He needed the new address to check and see if he could provide me with internet. I told him I would call back with the info, so I did. The number is 973-436-4841. They answer with automated message stating leave the name of the person you talked to with your number and they will call you back. I called 2/5/15 and 2/6/15. Today is 2/9/15 still no call back. I tried to call the corporate number to speak with someone in that office only to be transferred to the Phillipines, called back again only to be transferred to the Phillipines. I again called back and the same thing happened. After nine attempts I contacted other offices, you know the ones you get in the mail and online and asked how to get in touch with corporate, and not one person could answer. They don't have an executive to address issues. After my experience today and reading all the other bad reports people have put on here you wonder why don't they fix their problems. After today I don't think people are making this up.

     
  • I am keeping this comment short because the two others I went into detail on mysteriously disappeared when I hit publish. Was with DISH for over 4 years, cancelled my acct. and they send me a red highlighted "account past due-pay immediately-service-will-be-interrupted"… notice with my final bill. This arrived 5 days after the tech came to remove the piece off my sattelite…not the whole thing mind you, just a part. Pus I have always been on autopay so how can I be late? Crappy service, can never get an English speaking person I can understand on the phone, phone reps tell you one thing and the in person service tech flatly tell you the opposite. Hate this company and all it stands for. I'm using a Foxfi app through my unlimited data plan smart phone along with a Roku and getting great channels and movies for a fraction of what DISH charges. Avoid this company at all cost.
