  • Would have loved a zero star option. Texan Dodge sold a car to me which they had previously fraudulently sold to a thief who had stolen someone's identity to make the purchase. The thief then performed major modifications on the car. Texan Dodge did not disclose this information to me prior to my purchase of the vehicle and I only caught them in their deception because I found the receipts for the alterations inside the car, as well as the Texas Buyer's Tag Receipt with someone else's name on it, not mine. Texan Dodge took advantage of me as a female buyer; they sold a used, modified, altered, and stolen car to me as "brand new," and they refused to accept responsibility for their manipulative and dishonest tactics in selling this vehicle to me. In the sale of my Challenger, Texan Dodge omitted and misrepresented material facts regarding my vehicle; I suffered a financial loss as a result; and I would not have purchased the vehicle if I was aware of the material facts at issue. I have contacted the FTC, Texas DPS, Dodge Corporation, and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. If you are at Texan Dodge in the market for a 2021 Dodge Challenger WB 392 SRT ScatPack (granite in color) with about ~2500 miles on it, be sure to crawl under it to see if it has a muffler delete and ask for an inspection report which was completed AFTER these mods were performed on 1/18/22. Also check exhaust, suspension, and the legality of the window tint, which was not done by the dealership. Lee lied to me about every aspect of this transaction, which I canceled and still have not received the written confirmation of cancelation which I requested.

  • The 2022 RAM 2500 Cummins is easy to steal. Too easy. Once the engine is running anybody can get in and drive away! If the key FOB is present or not! Easy solution: If the transmission is removed from park the engine quits if key FOB is not present.

The fuel filling door is not locked. Bad idea. Any vandal can come along and pour a can of diet Pepsi into your fuel tank or your DEF tank or both! Easy solution: Have a latch that releases the fuel filling door. My 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i (base trim) has a latch recessed in the floor between the drivers left foot and the door sill. Pull up on the latch and the fuel filling door releases. Works really slick.

On the plus side, I like the electronic locking tail-gate. Maybe, you could make the fuel door operate using the same system.

  • I purchased a 2018 dodge durango rt from yalkin dodge in TX. the vechicl drives excellent and I haven't had any problems with the vehicle. Just in the past year I notice my radio was making a beep noise I didn't think nothing of it until I notice the clock adjust window keeps appering and I can't get it to stop. I have tried a soft reset and a hard reset and it still is doing it. It's to the point to where I cant operate my radio and non of the features on it. So I have to turn the rado off so I can enjoy the good driving experience. I have done tons of research and found out that there are numerous dodge customers that have the same problem. This radio issue has made to were I have driving the vehicle and want to get rid of this vehicle and not deal with dodge all together. with that being said through my experience with radio issues I will not buy another dodge again

  • This is our last Dodge truck. Had to get a seat adjuster. with only 4463 miles on the truck. $1231.00 later it was fix. it is a 2017 truck . with very low miles… could not help with the cost. We will get a new truck next year and it wont be from joe cecconis in Niagara falls…

  • I purchased a dodge ram 2500 tradesman brand new 2018 one year ago. It has 20000 miles on it now. I went to the dealership in elko Nevada to have them look at the paint job because there are pin hole sized rust spots coming through on all four side and even the top. It looks like it was painted with dirt on it. They have not popped the paint and you can tell it is under the paint. He took pics and had to get with his regional manager and and after several phone calls to him he just quit answering me and I live 50 miles away. I also filed a complaint with dodge and they where supposed to get to the bottom of it and get back to me and never did (5 months ago)I am thinking new paint I would think they would contact me and figure it out..

  • I have taken my 2011 Dodge 1500 to the Dodge dealership over seven times to get the issues with my truck fixed. The icons and gauges on my dashes starts flashing, the gas and speed gauge stops working. Also, the wipers comes on without me turning them on. The dealership have checked this and that, changed wires, etc. I've been charged over $1200 dollars, but the problem is still continuing. I Google the problem, and it said to check the TIPM sensor. I gave the information to the Dodge mechanic and he stated that wasn't the problem. I love my Dodge truck, don't won't any other truck. What can I do to get this problem fixed.

    Please contact me at jmedlock006@yahoo.com

  • I loved my 2007 Dodge 3500 4×4 DRW 6.7 Cummins until…
This past summer, while driving, the engine quit suddenly in PA. We had it towed to a diesel garage where it stayed for seven weeks while mechanics tried to find a solution to the issue. There was no communication to the ECM. Finally after exhaustive trouble shooting, the ECM was replaced and we were back on the road again.

On October 1, 500 miles later at Fort Wayne IN, the engine quit again and we had it towed to the Dodge dealer in Ft. Wayne IN. Four additional attempts to leave IN failed and we were towed back to the dealership multiple times and we lived at the dealership for 30 days. The truck still resides there. The current mechanic's OBD cannot communicate with the ECM.

To get home before we were required to sign up for voter registration and before the snow began to fall, we began an exhaustive research to buy another truck. And that, we did.

But we need help to get our Dodge truck back.

  • I have a 2014 dodge Ram. The radio stopped working. I can not get it fixed because the people who supply the radio will not give the dealer a date when it will be shipped. It has been a 4 weeks and no word.

  • On 10/17/2018 I was leaving my home (car in driveway) at 6:50am. I unlocked my 2017 Dodge Charger and entered noticing the strong smell of plastic. I looked around and saw soot was covered all inside the vehicle. Then I see that my armrest (center area console) had melted. I assume electrical fire. Also the interior lights cover, in the front interior, was hanging. I assume from the heat of a fire that had started inside my vehicle.
We are thankful the windows were up so the oxygen could not fuel the fire. Otherwise our home where we were sleeping in, during this electrical fire, could have been damaged, as well to the total loss of my vehicle.
The area affected the most is at the cup holder and armrest (front, center toward passenger side). I am not able to open the armrest console due to the damage and also do not want to tamper with anything. My aftermarket IPhone charger was plugged into the USB port (not the one labeled for battery). I had the vehicle towed to Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Greensboro where I have warranty on my vehicle (bought in May 2018). Of course I notified my vehicle insurance company.
Dodge employee at location stated that they will try to blame this on the phone charger that was plugged in to vehicle. However in the manual of the vehicle it does not state to remove it unless you have it plugged into the outlet where the battery is still providing current to it (which it is not). The aftermarket phone charge comes with no paperwork. Only thing in manual states “All accessories connected to the “battery” powered outlets should be removed or turned off when the vehicle is not in use to protect the battery against discharge.” Nothing about USB port that is not battery powered.
Dodge stated that they have to do an investigation (with legal department) before any work can be done on the vehicle. Unfortunately I do not have renters insurance (my stupidity) and Dodge cannot give me a rental unless they find they are at fault.
Also when my insurance company came out to review the damage they stated that Dodge had no idea about my car nor could they locate my car. It took a few hours with several phone calls to figure out which car was mine.
It has been a week without Dodge investigating and numerous calls to 8009921997 & 8885427239. I either get no answer & have to leave a message (7239) and other number (1997) gives me different information each time I call. I feel like I am getting the run around.
Keep in mind I have never been late on my car payment and love my vehicle (dream car). I am still paying for this vehicle and not driving it while it sits at the dealership waiting for the investigation.
All I want is to get the investigation started so I can get my car back. With my household of 4, it is a struggle to use 1 vehicle (3 different jobs to go to and 2 different schools for drop off). We have to result to bumming rides. Dodge please provide the service you would want to have if this happened to you and investigate this situation.
I have contacted NHTSA and CPSC to notify them of this situation. Because if this started due to the vehicle it needs to be investigated before someone or other property is damaged. I will continue to call those numbers listed previously each day until I know the investigation has begun.
In regards to the phone charger being the reason for the fire (I am not a fire investigator); if the charger was the reason for the fire, then why is the charger not completely burned (only small area) or under the armrest where it is connected not melted like the rest of the area… I truly do not feel this is a phone charger fire but an electrical fire caused from the vehicle itself.
Please help get this resolved in a timely manner because a week or longer is not acceptable and if you feel like it is acceptable then live in my shoes.

  • Recalled our 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. We took to dealer that was doing recall. After pick up of truck the check engine light comes on, they had not hooked up a sensor line and of course they were closed. This is the 2nd time we have had one of our Dodges recalled same thing happened on our Chysler 200, sensor light came on about air bag. When we called dealer they told us that it was probably going to happen anyway and not even offer to help.

  • I purchase a 2007 dodge ram 2500 in 2007 I am the original owner but because I missed an inspection so they say .my lifetime warranty is void .Talk abHout getting thrown to the wolves . These folks are experts at it.they love doing this to people

  • I went to purchase a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. The website told me of several "discounts" totaling over $7000.
I went to the local dealer and was told that there is a $2000 discount for people with a CREDIT RATING of UNDER 620 and that i did not qualify because I have great credit.
Since when did being a person who is careless with their money and wasteful become BETTER than a person who is thrifty and responsible?
I guess this is Chrsler's "welfare" system.
Ford and Toyota are looking better and better places to buy a new car.

  • #5 of my complaint
My complaint is too long. I had to break it up into 5 different complaints so that I could post it on here.
I do hope that Dodge makes this right. I have provided my name, phone number, and email address multiple times. As of this morning, I still have not heard anything back from my local dealership where I bought the car.

  • #4 of my complaint

On my way into work Monday, March 19th I actually felt my brakes. It felt as if I was skidding on ice. I tried calling Monday, March 19th at 8:14, I called Cory’s cell and didn’t leave a message. I called the service shop at 8:15, the woman on the other end put me on hold, she came back and informed me that Cory was unavailable and asked if I wanted to leave a message for him. She took my name, number, and a message as to why I was calling. I never received a call back yesterday at all, from anyone.

I tried calling this morning, March 20th at 8:46 and left a voicemail for Kevin Schutter. I explained to him why I was calling. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at the service shop today.

Here I am, a single mother with a very unreliable car. What happens if I break down on the side of the road? Will Rockwall Dodge come right away to pick me up? It has only been in the shop 5 different times in less than 3 years. What happens if I have an accident? Is Rockwall Dodge going to be liable and pay for all damage? Especially since I have been trying to get a hold of people in your shop and no one has called me back. What about all of the times I have had to leave work early so I can get to the shop before it closes? I have been trying to get my car fixed. The lack of concern and lack of communication at this location should embarrass you.

What do I need to do, contact Dodge? I am very displeased with the lack of concern and communication from the service department. I have never owned a Dodge and I can confidently say I will never own another. This has been a very long, exhausting experience.

I am sending you this email because you are my last hope at this location. I do hope that you and I can come to a resolution and that I can get my car fixed before something very serious happens.

  • #3 of my complaint

Friday, July 21, 2017 (mileage 29334) Again, my car was in the shop. Again, my check engine light was back on. I came by on my way after work, as it is hard to plan an appointment around when your check engine light will come on. This time they hooked it up to their hand held computer to check the code, turns out it was an evaporative code. They said they could get me in and I could leave my car. I was not offered a loaner even though I was still under my 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. I was able to pick up my car the next afternoon. I was told that it was a small little leak in the fuel system and that it has been repaired. I went on my way with no cost to me.

Wednesday, March 14, 2017 (mileage 38518) Again, my car was in the shop. Again, my ABS and traction control lights were on. I called on Monday, March 12th and spoke to Chad, he told me to come in Wednesday and ask for Cory. I arrived around 4:00 Wednesday and got my car all checked in. This time knowing there was a strong possibility that I would not get a loaner, I planned my scheduled around my car being in the shop. I didn’t get a call on my car until Thursday around 4:00 to inform me of what was going on. Cory did inform me that normally this wouldn’t be covered under warranty because A) it has already been repaired under warranty once, and B) I am just barely out of my 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Cory did tell me that since it has been less than a year (June 23, 2017 to be exact) and just at 10,000 miles since this part was replaced once already, that he would cover it under warranty. He did inform me when I picked up my car that if this happens to go out again that I would be responsible for the cost, that it couldn’t and wouldn’t be replaced under warranty. He did state that once I pay for it that they warranty their parts for 2 years. I picked my car up on Saturday, March 17th at 11:15. I called Cory’s cell at 3:22 on Saturday, March 17th and left him a voicemail to let him know that my ABS and traction control lights are back on. I made it only 11 miles. I tried calling the service shop at 3:23 and I was informed that it closes at 3:00 on Saturdays.

  • #2 of my complaint

Tuesday, July 5, 2016 (mileage 15210) My car went back into the shop for service. My check engine light came back on and it was idling very low at times, like the car wanted to die. As well as the charger in the front stopped working completely. I showed up first on June 28th after work, so I knew that they couldn’t fix it then, I just wanted to see what the code was for the engine light. I was told no and that I needed to make an appointment, so I did for Saturday, July 2nd. I showed up at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 2nd as that was my appointment time and proceeded to wait (as they said I could). At 10:30, I received a phone call from my sister stating my mom had fallen ill and I needed to go. I spoke to the service desk and asked them where they were at with my vehicle and how much longer. I was informed at that time that my car hasn’t even been moved into the bay. I asked why not, and they said they were busy. I stated that I had an appointment, at that time I was informed that they were overbooked. So, I just told them I needed to leave. While sitting at the hospital with my mother, I decided to write a review online through Facebook about my experience. It was only when I did so that I received a phone call on that Monday from the then service manager. He was very apologetic about what happened, he said he needed to make it right. I was able to get it in on that Tuesday. It took 3 days for my car to be repaired. I was offered a rental car this time. I was informed at the time of pick up, not beforehand, that part of this wouldn’t be covered under my 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty as I was in an accident in September of 2015. Yes, your service shop knew that when my car was in the shop on October 3, 2015 (because they took pictures). Needless to say I was not happy about having to pay $189.82. At this time the air sensor and fuse is what I paid for. There was also a recall on the antilock brake system that was looked at and repaired. As far as the idling really low, I was told there was no problem with that. I went on my way with a total charge to me of $189.82.

Thursday, June 23, 2017 (mileage 28336) Again, my car was back in the shop. My ABS and traction control lights are on. This time my car has jerked a few times while in the middle of driving down the highway. It was like my car just stopped running and then suddenly woke up and turned itself back on, causing the entire car to jerk and make a horrible noise. I was informed that the front left wheel speed sensor was out. I was without my car for a full day and I was not offered a loaner, even though I am still in my 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty.

  • #1 – My complaint is too long, so I have to submit it in pieces.

    Good morning Ron.

With each passing day, my car is getting worse. On my way home from work yesterday and on my way to work this morning, my car doesn't want to pick up and go. It hesitates and then you can feel it kick in and go. This can't be good for the transmission. I do hope that I hear back from you today regarding these issues.

    Thank you,

I am writing you today in hopes of finding a resolution. I know you can look up my car in your system and verify all of the work that has been done on it.

I wanted to give you a brief description of the service that I have received from the Rockwall Chrysler Dodge Jeep location. I am a firm believer that the way a business is ran comes from the top, sadly I don’t know if it is Dodge or just the Rockwall location that has an issue. I work in retail and I would be out of business if I treated my customers this way.

I purchased a new Dodge Journey in July of 2015 from your location, it only had 38 miles on it. Chris (I forget his last name) was very helpful. I did purchase the extended 100,000 mile warranty and I did purchase GAP insurance.

Within two weeks after my purchase, I called Chris. I informed him that my light came on for no washer fluid. He told me to swing on by and he would take care of it. Turns out it wasn’t just the washer fluid, it was the hose. He said it had a nice size hole in it. It didn’t take them 30 minutes to replace it with a new hose. That was just the beginning.

My apologies, I don’t have all of my service receipts in front of me, so I don’t know exact dates. Again, you can look in your system to verify dates and what service was performed.

Saturday, October 3, 2015 (mileage 6696) My car went into the shop for service. My check engine light was on. I was able to wait on my car without making an appointment. All I was told was it was a miscellaneous emissions system. There was no real problem. They cleared the code and the check engine light went off. I went on my way with no charge to me.

  • I have a 2015 Dodge Dart, bought from Haddad Dodge in Bakersfield, Ca. Dec 2015. the first year everything was good, then it started cutting out & acting like it wanted to die, I took it to the service dept only to be told, they couldn't find anything wrong with it, my husband picked it up and on his way home, it did it to him, so he turned around, went back & made the service tech go for a ride with him and he finally understood what we were talking about. The kept the car and put it on there machine & supposedly it came back that it needed a software update, they did the update and car ran fine for a few months, then it started doing it again, then in the middle of a U-turn the car completely shut off! Got it started, all the lights on the dash went crazy, after they went off, I was left with the check engine light on, took it to the service dept, guy got in saw the check engine light on, took it to the back, came back and wrote up the service paper. the tech goes to get the car to hook up to the machine and NO check engine light is on & the computer shows no history of it being on! Talk about frustrating. The said it just needed a new module of some sort & that it should be fine now. Car ran fine for a couple of months & it turns off again while on the freeway (scary) I get it started ALL the dash lights are going crazy again & I'm left with the check engine light on again. I drive it to the service dept, the lady said we'll take it to the back & have someone check it tomorrow. I said no, you'll check it now & I explained what happened the last time. So she got the little adapter & put it on my car, I came back with the code "lost connection" not sure what that meant? They kept the car & the next day, she called and said, my car's oil wasn't showing on the dip stick & that's why it died, to keep the motor from burning up & doing damage! First of all my oil was not due to be changed yet, I had no oil drippings in my garage, where my car is parked or at my place of employment. Where did the oil go?? So my husband has been checking my oil and noticed that my dip stick has very little oil on it, still no oil anywhere I park, my oil change is not due. I called the service dept, only to be told that ALL dodge darts need to have their oil changed before or at 3000 miles, because the engine they have burns oil to fast! WTH a 2yr old car bought new should not burn oil. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

  • I want to personal thank you for being able to build a reliable family and safe car.I was in a car accident last night and my life could have ended but for your making and safety of the car i am alive i am able to see my son wake up im am thankful my car may be totalled and i dont know what else is coming my way i just want to say thank you from a thankful and blessed woman…

  • I traded in my 2016 Ram and was cheated by the dealer on my trade inn. They traded in my truck and gave me $29500.00 and turned around and have my truck on their lot for $44000.00 The dealership is Napleton's Mid River Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in saint Peters Missouri. Stay away from them!

  • I own a 1999 durango an it has stopped on me while im driving down the highway, i take it in nothing is found without a labor intensive wire check, so im asking what is it so i can get it fixed without paying alot of dollars for nothing. And its not the first time it has happened so im letting yall no now Your on Notice.

  • I recently had my vehicle in the service department Melloy Dodge(twice)within a 30 day period with a major vibration(sudden onset)that rattles the entire vehicle! The first time I took it in the service department found nothing except one wheel slightly out of balance, They recommended I try balancing the drive shaft? Neither The mechanic or the service advisor (Joshua) ever said that they thought my rear drive shaft was the cause of the vibration or that the drive shaft had failed, never! All they said was they recommended getting it balanced? I then took the vehicle to the recommended drive shaft balancer (Wilson u-joint and drive shaft in Albuquerque) and evidently all they did was install a U-joint where it wasn't needed and did not balance the drive shaft? After taking the vehicle to Alamogordo, the tremor in the vehicle was worse! I took back to service at Melloy dodge after replacing the tires, having brakes completely redone, and new stabilizer hoping I could solve the mystery shaking and tremor prior to my trip to Alamogordo? I returned the vehicle and explained that the shake in the vehicle was even worse then the first time I had taken it in 3 weeks prior and that I thought the drive shaft was balanced at the recommended location? They took the vehicle in for another road test without front drive shaft off (Joshua text me the tech could not get it to Hwy speed because of traffic on Paseo del Norte but still felt the tremor) and they did another forced wheel balancing! Once the two leaks discovered were fixed, they said they set me to go on a test drive with the shop Forman or head Tecnician (Dave) and he said it was definitely either the front drive shaft or the rear! After they test drove it at hwy speed again without the front drive shaft (this time at Hwy speed), the head technical said it was definitely the rear drive shaft! first of all, who are the quacks I was sent to at Wilson U-joint and Drives shaft where they charged me nearly $150 for a u-joint install?? No one should be recommending places that do not do what they say they are going to do? Then I was quoted $1200.00 to replace the drive shaft? A failed Drive train part and Melloy dodge could not replace at their cost and a nearly $700 service bill to replace a leaking front differential seal and rear seal?? I am not a happy camper? This is my 5th vehicle purchased from Melloy dodge and am very satisfied with the dodge brand but when they do not stand by their vehicle it causes me to wonder if I have been in the right brand all this time? Ive owned this 2011 Dodge ram 2500 4X4 since 2011 and have never had issues with this vehicle till now! I have never taken this vehicle anywhere but highway driving and for the driveshaft to fail that is a "manufacturer defect" that I should not have to pay for whether my 5 year 100,000 mile warranty expired April 2016 or not? How can a dealership not warranty MAJOR DRIVE TRAIN PARTS when they fail without any misuse or failure of the owner? this vehicle is at 94,000 but has never failed me till now! MAJOR DRIVE TRAIN PART not covered, very bad decision to not cover this FAILED PART!

  • I own a 2009 Dodge Avenger and I bought it new I have kept up the maintenance on it because I new it would be the last new car I could afford. However, every time I take it to Commonwealth Dodge in Louisville, KY they seem to have to keep it for 2 or 3 days. This time I have been without a car for over 3 weeks because they said it needed a Crank shaft sensor which cost me $225 but did not fix my problem and now they tell me that it needs a PCM and they can't seem to get this part. So I have been bumming rides from friends to get to doctors appointments and other places I need to go. Tell me why someone would make vehicles and not be able to supply the parts for them this is very stressful and upsetting to me and I was told yesterday that it might be another Month or longer before they get this part. I asked about a rental car and still have not gotten any response, however, chrysler did offer to help pay for the parts and labor and I am very appreciative for that but if I can't get it fixed what good does that do for me I just want my car back and fixed.

I was told by many people that this was a ploy to get customers mad enough to trade in their vehicles and buy new ones but that ain't going to happen here number one because I'm on disability and can't afford another one and number two if I could I would probably try my luck with FORD…

  • I have a 2013 Grand Caravan and for the most part I love it. However, earlier this year, I needed to get an inspection done and a check engine light was on. Star Dodge said it was the head gasket. It was fixed but the same came back, and escalated. My issue is I need a vehicle to get to work and back and was told by autoland that I would have to leave my van for almost a week before it could even be looked at and to get a loaner. I am getting annoyed because the last time I went to autoland for an oil change they said I had to pay when I thought I had it in my package. Two years later, found out I had one more which was to expire a week after I went to Garden City Dodge for the .misfiring problem before I went to Star. Why can't I get a vehicle to use while my van is being worked on. Not cool, not good.

  • I just purchased a used 2007 Dodge Caliber, not a bad looking car. I drove it home from the used car dealer, parked it. The next day I went out to use the car and it wouldn't start, wouldn't click nothing. checked the battery it was good. Called the clown I bought it from and he could care less. I traded a 97 Ford Explorer AWD that ran fine for it. Now I have to put money into a car I never got to know. So I got online and did some research and find out that you've had nothing but problems with this particular model, and the worst part is most of those issues should have been taken care of by manufacturers recall. Most all the complaints I read about this car was the fact that Chrysler Corp. wouldn't even entertain the idea of backing up their products. I've only owned one other Chrysler product and after this one I'll never own another..Shame on you people, Is this how you treat the people who's tax dollars bailed you out and kept you in business…..NEVER AGAIN… WILL THE AMERICAN PEOPLE BAIL YOUR BUTTS OUT AGAIN….

  • I have a 2015 Dodge Durango Citadel, 5.7 8cyl, 37k miles. I need new brakes (no big deal, normal wear, I get that). I pull the pads and rotors off, what do you know, outer pads are beautiful – don't even look used. Inner pads are a different story – there is no pad left on them at all – ok – my thoughts – new calipers…warranty issue. take it in, and they are claiming that the calipers are fine, the wear is not normal but they do not know why they wore like this so they are not going to do anything. Tried opening a claim with Chrysler and nothing. The level of incompetence I am dealing with boogles my mind. I would never, ever recommend this brand to anyone and it's a shame because I really do like my truck. It's time to trade in.

  • ORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT FORT COLLINS COLORADO DODGE DEALERSHIP.I HAVE EVER HAD PURCHASING ANYTHING IN MY LIFE! – BEWARE OF PSYCHOTIC SALES PERSON!
Long Story short due to Character limit, I was shopping for Ram 1500 truck, and was being helped dealership because by an EGOTISTICAL Salesman named Ryan Buller that seemed to like talking about himself more than the Trucks. Regardless, during small talk about how nice Grand Cherokees are, and I told him about the price of one in South Denver, so out of no where he says to Me "YOU ARE LIEING TO ME AND NO ONE LIES TO ME YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW", I seriously thought he was joking until he gave repeated it 5 times with RAGE in his eyes. So I got up immediately to get a Manager to tell them what just happened, I was so mad I was shaking, the Manager did nothing but STARE at me, and asked if I wanted to have a different Sales Person, and I said NO I want you to deal with this INSANE Psychotic behavior of their employee.
I have been a Retail Manager, and Small Business Owner for 30 years and have purchased 25 cars in my life, and NEVER in my Life have I experienced what I did at this dealership. I have already filed several complaints with BBB, and Consumer Advocate groups and will continue to Escalate this until this man is held accountable for his actions and behavior. What a nightmare!

  • I have always owned a Dodge. In March of 2007, I purchased a 2007 Dodge Caliber, which I love… Never had a problem with this car until August of 2016. The front cross beam was rotting out. I brought it to Dodge in Stroudsburg PA. They replace both back and front cross beams, at their cost… no charge to me… The representatives I dealt with, Cori and Paul, went above board to make sure I was satisfied. Now don't get me wrong, I have also dealt with Yonkers Dodge in NY and needless to say I was not happy and had to call the corporate office. So if you're not happy with the dealer you're working with, go to the next one. You might be surprised… Dodge IS a good company.

  • 9 Months ago I bought a 2014 Dodge Caravan from a local dealership. First week of March 2017 it started making a high pitched noise then wouldn't shift. It is still under the power train warranty. Took it to the dealer and the Chrysler warranty people had them replace the transmission pump. A week later I get my car back. Because we were heading to Florida I asked them to be sure it was fixed. Headed to FL two hours outside of town and it breaks down. Still the transmission. Got it towed to a nearby dealership and was told that if it proved to be under my warranty that Dodge would reimburse my rental. This time the warranty people said to replace the valve body. Picked it up on my way back home, drove the two hours home in it and sure enough the check engine light came on. Took it back to the local dealer where I bought it. This time the warranty people told them to replace the pump AGAIN, the valve body AGAIN, the torque converter and AC Compressor pump. Dealer puts all these parts in and it STILL doesn't work. They are telling Dodge warranty it needs a new transmission and Dodge is still giving them the run around. The DEALERSHIP not Dodge has given me a loaner and doing all they can. However DODGE is NOT. They will not reimburse my rental I had to get and are still giving the dealership crap saying that the transmission needs to be 70% bad before they will replace it. Meantime in the last month I have driven my car for only a week. The customer service has been horrible. They offer a warranty but it absolute trash and refuse to make right. I will never buy another Dodge vehicle. I think with the hassle they have caused the least they can do is give me back my money for the rental I had to get. They should just tell you up front that they have a power train warranty but it is horrible and will cause you nothing but a headache. Then add that they really don't care about the inconvenience it causes you. The dealership has been wonderful and I don't blame them. I blame the Chrysler Dodge Corporation. I am always told they are escalating it and I will have a phone call. I have had to call them EVERY time.

  • After reading all these comments I guess I am just completely out of luck. I bought A brand new 2014 Dodge Avenger, within 2 weeks it was in the shop. It has had a new transmission, new lifers, new compartment (twice ), and several other issues. I contacted corporate after the first 3 issues, pretty sure its a lemon. They told me they would just keep fixing it at this point, but let them know about any other issues. I have called every time it went in the shop, and am told I needed to call when it was actually there not when I brought it home, as now they cant make a case. I have never bought a new car, and my best friend loves her Dodge trucks, so I bought this car..worse mistake ever. I can not believe Dodge sells this crap and wont make things right..sure they keep fixing it…but how safe is it ? I have been stranded 3 times, it now has a airbag/seatbealt recall with the parts not available..really ?
I begged them to trade cars in the very beginning, it is metal and can fail, I guess they don't see it that way. I would never buy a Dodge car again and hope I live through all the faulties of this one. I am 10,0000 miles from my warrenty expiring, have called 3 different customer numbers and am told, sorry nothing we can do. I am just beside myself. And Im laughing at the fact posting this it states no personal information..guess that's so they still cant contact you…perfect !

  • Recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey. Upon purchase, I was advised there was a recall on the vehicle and I would need to take it to a Dodge dealership to have it repaired. So I called the closest dealership, Arrigo on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach. The replacement parts were supposedly preordered when I originally called and I was then called back to make an appointment for service. That particular day was a busy one and I was also caring for two children under the age of three. Originally I had requested a rental due to my circumstance but was denied…after waiting a while in the lounge trying to keep my two kids entertained for the sake of the other customers, a shuttle finally did arrive to take us home. I have the shuffle out with two kids and two car seats while everyone watched and only seemed to ask if I needed assistance once everything was basically done (seats brought out and installed in the shuttle). About an 1 1/2hrs later I received a call from my service technical, Alex, who then tells me they do not have the part and one will be delivered in about 2 hrs….the part that was supposedly ordered and confirmed. When I had not heard anything back after some time, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told that "the status is it's not ready yet"…when I asked for a window on how much longer I was told someone would call me back. When someone did finally call me back I was THEN told the parts serial number did not match and my vehicle would need to be kept over the weekend. I would also have to put down a $150 to receive a rental (which I did not have since I had to take off work for the evening due to this debacle). What choice did I have but to scrape up the cash and head down to rent a car. When I arrived I was pointed to the rental department and when I went to hand my cash over I was told by a emotionally sterile woman that they don't accept cash. "Someone could've mentioned the payment had to be made by CC" I literally then cried…at this point I had been dealing with two small children in a confined space all day, got NOTHING accomplished and now I've made my way all the way back up and cant even get the car to rent!! When the service supervisor came over he was blandly told that I was crying (literally) because I was told they didn't accept cash. "No ma'am, I am upset because of how this dealership have shown no competence or customer service all day and I am now at my breaking point!!" The service supervisor asked my service technician, ALEX, if he had advised me the cost of the rental (which he did), I stated he had not mentioned that it had to be a CC and he literally rolled his eyes and shrugged and ACTUALLY SAID "I THOUGHT EVERYONE KNEW THAT AND HAS A CREDIT CARD" How completely presumptuous and disrespectful….not to mention unprofessional and a slew of other descriptive words I will refrain from using. At that point, all I wanted was my car and to get the hell out of there, which I promptly did. While getting my child into his car seat, Alex offered that he had been in worse situations as if I were over exaggerating and my feelings were not warranted. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.
Oh, and to top it off I found someone else's CAR KEY under my seat. So ANOTHER customer was inconvenienced because of the incompetence of their staff. When I brought the other owners key back, it was the other service manager, Bill Digiacomo, that greeted me. As I explained to him my experience the previous week and why I have someone else's key, he was genuinely horrified and very upset. Many apologies were given and he offered a few oil changed on the house. While I appreciate his gesture to rectify the situation, a very bad taste has been left in my mouth and chances are I will probably not return.

  • I just bought a 2015 dodge charger sxt 6 mouth ago and all 4 rotors need to be resurfacing talk to the manger he said not they problem.

  • I'm trying to obtain assistance with recall #S43/NHTSA 16V352; I have had this recall since last year and have been attempting to get it repaired since last year; but, local dealership can't seem to get repair parts required for the repair. Are the repair parts that scarce, that they are not available in almost a year of issuing a recall notice?

  • Just bought 16 Charger Scatpack, and this is my 4th charger,,,very happy…just hearing rumor that 18 Charger will change body style. i hope that Dodge just keep the same style for Charger…and hope that Dodge learn from Mercedes, and BMW…the more often body style changes..the less resell valued that its worth…their Charger market are going way up…there no reason to change body style..which translating to current body style already..why changes….

  • Colorado Springs Dodge, just a bunch of liars. all they want to do is make money and couldn't care less about the consumer. I bought a used certified car off the lot and had to immediately put 4,000 into it. They didn't want to take any responsibility. Never never again will I deal with a dodge dealership again, or for that matter, never buy a Dodge.

  • Happy Holidays!

My husband and I purchased our Dodge Dakota from our local car dealer, Bob from Shaker Valley Auto in Enfield, NH. He picked it up from Capital Dodge in Concord NH in May of 1995. Our truck is an 1995 Dodge Dakota, a V8 with 318 engine, VIN# 1B7GG23Y7SS317109. We just wanted to reach out to let you know that I still drive it to work everyday and the mileage as of today is 299771! We will be looking for a new vehicle in the spring and will keep Dodge as a option.

  • I have had nothing but problems with my 2014 Dodge Charger. When I bought it it had 8000 miles on it. I have had it for 2 years now and it has had 4 recalls, a defective engine that had to be replaced, water pump replaced and radiator replaced, all in a matter of 6 months not even. I have only put 24000 miles on it in 2 years. I am really disappointed. How can Dodge build such lemons.Thank god i have a warranty up to 50000 miles. I don't even feel safe driving it with my kids in the car in fear that we will end up stuck on the side of the road some where. That's pretty sad to say for a car that is only 2 years old. I will never buy another Dodge as long as I live and I will make sure no one I know does either!

  • I have purchased a new dodge Challenger this year 2016, I was scammed on what kind of car I was led to believe it is…. I paid the price for a ….. , then I find out it's a ……. the dealership never informed me of this. So I did my home work and found the information to prove it was not built at the factory ! I have called CUSTOMER SERVICE MANY TIMES asking for proper documentation and either they say they will send it in email and it never is sent to me, or sometimes they tell me to contact the dealership I purchased it from. Customer service is covering up this "scam" for the dealer. That's ok I have absolute proof of the deceitful act of dishonesty , proof that customer service really don't care about the customer at all. I have made many attempts to get resolve , so now I have proper documentation. I will be the winner. These people are very good at lying and putting false information on their website! You will see this story on the news it will be the fire storm they don't want , oh but it's coming. Its for the media to feast on this story , all the while as I protest in front of the dealership (on city property of course)and I will be there every day until they take back this "CLONE" they sold me as the real thing. I also am seeking the right attorney to sue them. This is a serious thing they have done there is no way I am the only person done this way. Others certainly will realize they to have been "SCAMMED" the same way! Hey all you "High and MIGHTY OVERPAID CORPORATE PEOPLE" good luck trying to figure out where this is going to happened. Prepare your "GLASS HOUSE" you set in doing nothing more than looking at numbers and counting your money. Oh yeah and "STEPPING" on the working people. I said all that I want to say for now. I will now take my information to have it become news to all. I am ready to show all those who scam the working people because of there "LOVE for the all MIGHTY DOLLAR", your day is coming !!!

  • I purchased a 2015 dodge dart from puente hills dodge car has given me trouble since first of all they lied to me and said it had a turbo , later told me it didn't engine was burning oil so they thought went back for oil consumption test 5 times they told me the wrong milage to bring it back 4 times my engine never got looked at once between those times finally they lift my plastic engine cover to reveal my engine is leaking oil after 5 months it took them my axle is broken did not offer me a rental just told to bring it back next week ?? I pay 576 $ for a new car that doaent drive right and is unsafe I don't know what else to do I hate dodge with all of heart you guys screwed up my life as of now never again thank you guys

  • I have a 2015 dodge challenger r/t shaker I am highly disappointed at its power it is a 5.7 hemi which I feel should have more pick up and overall performance in speed and torque I am a 23 year A.S.E certified auto technician and feel you could have done much more with this engine the throttle body fly by wire is terrible and not as responsive as cable most techs I know agree highly problematic issue with them also the 5.0 mustang has more horsepower and torque then the challenger and is 50 cubic inches smaller also less expensive maybe not built as well that's why because I have never been a ford person but it is a disappointment that it out performs the 5.7 liter challenger which this engine can produce excessive horse power but you don't build it that way (very sad) you offer a 392 which is a more powerful engine (yes) except its price tag for the s.r.t is exceedingly much higher yet again ford builds a smaller well built 5.0 engine with more power or close to it I like the challenger looks and features I spoke with people at dealership about this and they said well we have the s.r.t we offer but that is not a rational answer cause like I explained to get what the mustang g.t has in power is far less expensive despite even its build quality period . its that simple you lacked very much on what you know that 5.7 350 cubic inch engine can be there is much more I would like to discuss and would really appreciate some one to speak with from engineering or corporate also the Camaro v6 engine is in close comparison to speed as the 5.7 v8 and I have raced both mustang and Camaro v8 and have been beaten both I truly expected more from this (your) car I am thinking very much on giving car back and going else where at 40,000 price tag or more you should be ashamed . the problem is its all about MONEY my e mail is Kristine_deblasio@smithservices.org hope I get a corporate response from dodge on this e mail address soon thank you. my name is Davide

  • Hello my name is Christopher Wagner from Raeford N.C.i recently bought a 2016 ram single cab blackout edition.. I love it but think it would be more awsome, triple black all black interior carpet black dash, door panels , seats, i think you would find customers would buy this over gray interior alot faster…. if you go with this feel free to send me black interior….910-633-7340…

  • 2016 ram 1500. my complaint is the drive train. every time you accelerate or slow down it CLUNKS. i payed 52k for this truck brand new, it has 9,500 miles on it and i hate driving it. it's not safe especially on the highway. it hesitates, lags, when you give it gas to pass someone on the highway. when it warmed up and driving it on the streets it's very jerky on both acceleration and deceleration. they engineered a disaster with this 8 speed transmission. don't buy one.

  • I bought a 2016 Challenger 2 months ago , It has been in the shop a total of 25 days ,5+3 and now 18 days due to an Airbag light no one can seem to figure out .I am soon due to make my 2 nd payment without posession of my car This is a SAFETY issue and I cant understand with just 2400 miles why they wont just give me another car (dont trust this one now ) The factory ,Ive been told has looked at it ,and still NO CAR ,I wish someone would give me some really sound advise .I'M LOST

  • I own 2 dodge trucks 1 is the dodge 30th edition caravan it's a 14 & the other car is a dodge journey it's a 15. All I can say is dodge is garbage both cars have numerous issues and are constantly in being repaired. Dodge knows that there's other problems with the headlights steaming up but refuses to fix the issue, both my cars have issues with window trim coming off on the side of the car, heat & ac issues, my journey has an issue with the front bumper the clips broke and the bumper has shifted but dodge doesn't give a damn and won't fix it. The dealer Dodge Country in killeen TX is the worst both my cars have been in the shop every other week for 10 plus hours and the issues still aren't fixed, I think they need better mechanic's that know what they're doing. I own both my cars and since dodge got their money they don't give a damn. All I can say is stay away from dodge and spend your money elsewhere. Plus thank you dodge for not giving a damn.

  • Hi

I'm in the UK and find it hard to get any information on RAM trucks as I don't have a zip code. I would like to buy a 2017 Power wagon diesel and have it imported to the UK where I will get it converted to right hand drive. Would Dodge as a company consider building right hand drive as special orders or possibly entering the European market as I'm sure there are many people who would buy right hand drive American cars and trucks

  • Dear,

Please be informed that on June 02, 2016 I purchased brand new Dodge charger SE(2015) from United Motors Company(Dodge Dealer in Saudi Arabia) and after two months from using the car i started to hear ticking noise in the motor, so directly i took appointment and went to dealer after two weeks, since as they told me it’s the nearest appointment(24.08.2016).
And after 12 days from giving them my car they called me and told me that your car is ready, I took the car but the ticking sound is still appearing. So directly i told them that, they told me take new appointment and come to us.
So your kind assist is needed to solve this issue specially that my car is brand new and still did not reach 5000KM.
In such case Dodge company should give me another car since it’s not logic that my car millage did not reach KM5,000 and the defected parts are: Valve Lash, Valve Arm and Steering Column, and even after changing them I’m still facing same problem and my car is not fixed.. this means that my car have Manufacturers defect.

Waiting your kind response and support.

Hope you take this into consideration.

    Thanks in advance

    Best Regards,,,

  • I brought my Dodge Ram in because the air conditioner was not working properly. When I called in for the appointment I was given a 3 week appt. It has been in the triple digits and I had to drive my hot truck in that and it was miserable. After waiting three weeks I finally took my vehicle in; I was first in line first one t here. I have an extended warranty and was told that it would be a $50.00 deductible. Being a single woman I don't have alot of money and told them to please let me know before any work is done as I needed to make sure I would have the funds. I had to get the shuttle to take me to work and heard nothing all day from my consultant Tony. I had to call at the end of my work day to be told that they could not get to it that day. Had to find a ride home and a ride to work the next day. The next day I heard nothing and no one called me back. I left a message for the service manager Chris, he did call back but when I noticed the call it was after six and I thought they were closed. The next day I called early and was told that they had found some plastic trash bags that were in my glove box had got sucked into the air conditioning. I asked how can this be as I thought the glove box was sealed and that anything I put in there would be safe from being sucked into the motor. I asked how was I supposed to know that this could happen? I was never informed and further they told me that the warranty would not cover this and that I had to pay the one hour service fee. I told them that I didn't have the money and that after waiting three weeks for an appt and not being told what was the problem until after they pulled the trash bags out I couldn't pay them. Chris said that there was nothing he could do; I said I was upset that something like this could not have been resolved and how could he help me. He acted like he didn't care, he brought it down 15.00 which was still way too much for me., as I had to get a payday loan to pay for this. I told him I wold never buy another Dodge from them and he said. "Thats fine Mam". huh? no trying to work with me ? I will not buy or take my care for service there again. The customer service is bad, they don't care to help you resolve the issues. I am still upset about this. It's not only the money and the fact that I am going without until my next pay day, it's the fact that they don't treat you with good customer service that they should be ashamed of themselves. .

  • Please someone give me a number of a person above a customer care supervisor I have been dealing with customer care since May 27, 2016. They are a joke, just sympathize with me but can't get any progress made to make repairs. Today is August 11, 2016 My 2011 Challenger has been sitting at a dealer. The car died on the highway due to a timing chain recall we knew nothing about. We got a notice a month after it died.

  • On 07/28/2016 I took my 2004 Dodge 2500 Ram truck for some repairs To Greshan Dodge in Oregon. I was told By James Chamlee, He called me that same day several hours later, and told me to fix the 4 windows and replace the A/C control panel would be about $ 850.00. I verbally approved the repairs and was told the work would be completed the next day at 12pm. I received a call from James telling me everything was completed and the truck was ready to pick up. I then went to the Dealership at 1pm and talked to James he said everything is working and to get the truck I just needed to pay the bill. I paid the bill then I got the truck. When I got inside I found only 1 window was working that wasn't before. The A/C panel which they say they replaced was still not working. I then went back inside to talk to James. James then went and talked to the mechanic who told him everything was working when he got done on it. He said leave it here for 2 hours and we will fix it. Jim then called me and said it will take another $ 900.00 to fix what he originally told me was only $ 850.00. Here's where I have a problem. First of all they lied to me twice. Once when Jim called me saying everything was done and then the second time when I met him in person when he again told me it was done. I said I just paid $ 850.00 for the repair of 1 window. He said yes but we now know everything that is wrong. I said I want my money back he said no. He ended up refunding just $ 150.00 so I ended up paying $ 750.00 to get 1 window repaired. So they lied and James said he understood but there is nothing he could do. There system of getting me to pay before inspection was planned and executed very well on their behalf. He knew before I got this that these things weren't working. In addition it looks as though they did some additional repairs I don't think I authorized, recall issues. No charge but don't I need to approve all work? I don't think they did the work, replacing the A/C unit or the Drivers airbag inflator. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint .

For lying to me I want $ 740.00( the full amount of the bill) Just to be clear about why this was a scam. I'm paying $ 130.00 per hour for a mechanic. At $ 130.00 per hour I should be getting the best trained and most ethical service possible. The mechanic fixed only one of the 4 items I asked to be done. Then that mechanic relayed on my paperwork that everything was done and working. They knew it wasn't yet twice they told me it was working so they could get paid they told me everything was completed. This was a lie, and they knew it. Side note and I told James this. I said if you look at your records you'll see we bought 2 trucks from this company, $ 80,000 worth of trucks in the last 15 years, I said all you need to do to fix this is make it right. I said I will never use you again if this isn't solved. He made the decision that my $ 80,000 worth of business wasn't worth solving this. Amazing, to make me happy would have been under 1% of what I spent at this dealership.

  • Thank you Dodge.. Had my Dodge going on 12 years. Over 200,000 miles. Wish could post pic.. It has been great.. Being a roofer and family of seven.. Probably never get new one but if do it will be Dodge all over again and son will get mine..I would be here all night telling you the brutality I put her through and she has took it all.. From payload to unknown territory to pulling load of wait, family adventure and all.. Thank sincerely Dodge. Everyone keep up great work

  • I recently went to Browns Dodge in Patchogue NY. Ifound a 2015 dodge challenger SXT plus that I wanted to purchase. I was willing to pay cash. I was told to receive the advertised price I must finance. So having good credit I said ok. With a near if not perfect credit score they told me I could finance at 5%. I called my credit union who told me they work with this dealership through Groove financing and I should have been offered this as a financing option with interest at 1.9% . The dealership it seems finds it more profitable to receive a kickback from finance companies than selling cars. I would love to own a Dodge but have doubts about the integrity of the brand at this point.

  • obviously this corporate office page is not read or even seen by dodge's corporate offices or even the customer service people. by the number of complaints that have been posted since i posted my complaint i have figured out that this must be a page that they set up to get us unsatisfied customers off their back. i will continue my search for the human being that actually cares and if i find such a person i will post the info in here. i hope that you will do the same.

  • The customer service at the service department of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Bryan, Texas is very poor. I made an appointment to have a recall repair done on my vehicle and was given a time frame for the repair. The time frame came and went and when I called to inquire about the status of the vehicle repair Kale, my service advisor, yelled at me because I brought 4 of the same vehicle in to be repaired at the same time. Mind you, I drive one vehicle, I am responsible for only one vehicle, and that was a totally inappropriate manner in which to address whatever issue the service center was having. I then talked to the service manager who told me that the vehicle maintenance would be started that afternoon and finished the next day, unless there was an issue with the repair. I went to the service station the next afternoon only to be told the vehicle maintenance was not started until that morning and that the car may not be repaired by the end of the day. The service manager had no reason for the delay and told me he could not give me a "down to the minute" estimate of when the vehicle would be finished. The service center overall has a very poor rapport with customers that obviously comes from the top down. I was in the market to buy a Jeep in the next year, this has made my decision for me.

  • Your Antioch dealer ship. The service department is the worst i have ever seen. I made an appointment for 8:00 in the morning and it is now 2:00 in the afternoon. I was told it took two hours to load the software in to my 300 for the parking break. Last time i looked 8 am from 2:00 pm is more than two hours. which means they where putting cars ahead of me. This is not right. just because you messed up on the software doesn't mean i should be punished for it. if i make a 8:00 appointment my car should have in the shop and stared by 8:30. So you have just lost a life time customer of dodge products and new car sales. My next new truck WILL NOT BE A DODGE. I do not care if the others are a piece of s__t. i will buy them before i by another dodge product. Dodge does not care about there customers after they by your new car or truck.

  • Would anyone be interested in knowing that my 1998 Dodge 3500 van has over 601,000 miles on it and still runs great?

  • I bought not one but two cars from Chrysler in 2007. My Dodge Charger R/T Daytona Edition. I've had a few problems with the cooling system such as the water pump failed on me twice and then the radiator was leaking and the drive shaft mount went bad as well.. Now My Radiator Fans are bad and vibrating really bad and they told me my car is not covered on the list of cars that have been recalled for this problem that are exactly the same as mine just not Daytona's are covered because mine is a Daytona it's not covered and I would have to pay to fix it myself.. Right is Right and wrong is wrong… They are the SAME fans and SAME cooling system but Because it's a Daytona it's NOT covered and I think that is so unfair and wrong. I spoke to Clorissa in Dodge Customer Service and she had no idea what the difference was between the two cars she worked very hard to find reason's why Dodge wouldn't cover my car… I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told NO!!! Not until tomorrow… It seems Customer Service is NOT a strong suit in the DODGE world.. Honestly I'll bet no one at Dodge even reads these post and no one cares anything about customer service at Dodge because if they did then they wouldn't have the personnel work really hard to find reasons why they can't help me. First she said the date's weren't right, then she said the cooling system wasn't right and she's wrong… It's the same cooling system and the same fan's thus the same problem… I will be calling the Media and contacting a lawyer. I will try contacting other at Dodge to resolve this matter but after talking to the Customer service rep at Dodge I'm not optimistic of the outcome… Shame on you Dodge!!!

  • Soldotna Alaska, Stanley Chrysler Dodge service center is terrible. Custom ordered a brand new dodge Laramie 1500 diesel truck, console cover wouldn't latch, wouldn't think that would be to hard to fix, 3 months later, I think it may be fixed, but when I took it into them to fix console, (it didn't get fixed, because they ordered the wrong part, after 2 mths of waiting) the day before I filled the truck up and I had diesel spilling out from the bottom of the truck. I told the service guys this and they didn't listen to me. They acted like I over filled the tank and the diesel was coming out of the fill hole.NO THIS IS NOT WHAT I SAID. It was leaking out of the BOTTOM of the truck!!! Pull your head out people!! So Then I went back to get the console lid fixed AGAIN, 3rd time!!! and this time I had told the guy I bought the truck from Mike Love that 'hey, I'm having issues with my screen display, my Bluetooth for my Ipod isnt' working correctly, he blamed it on the fact that it was an apple product. 🙁 Now I have my Bluetooth/aux buttons on the screen not working correctly, they are frozen, from time to time, press them, nothing happens, my preset radio stations that I spent time in saving, completely disappeared, so I reset them, then part of them disappeared, so I turned the vehicle on/off thinking maybe that may reset something, nope, it didn't. So I shut the screen on/off thinking maybe that may reset it. Nope it didn't. then the next time I start my truck, they magically reappeared 🙁 Stupid electronic garbage they keep putting in new vehicles. I am so frustrated that I have spent all this money on a brand new vehicle, and things are going wrong with it and I cannot get the service center at Stanley Chrysler in Soldotna, AK to fix this. These people don't know what they are doing! I just want my truck to be fixed, and right! I am filing a complaint with the BBB also, if this issue doesn't get remedied soon. So frustrated.

  • BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Paid for them to register our new Ram 1500 and we had to pay extra because it was being registered in NC. Been calling for 2 weeks and they have no answer. Finally got Mike Perez on the phone today and he said it's not his problem you can't drive the car it will take a few more days after going back and forth on the phone he told me 'WE CAN DANCE AROUND THIS ALL DAY" … I went down to the dealership to request a loaner car since I can no longer drive my brand new truck with no plates. He didn't want any customers hearing they can't follow through with their job, so he called the police… Apparently they police are at this dealership every week because of the same thing…. They wanted to make my truck payment if I signed paperwork saying they didn't make a mistake and mess up my registration and I was lying about the entire thing… DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP… Corporate will not acknowledge any of this as they told me they are individually owned, so they don't care how the dealerships treat the customers buying their product….

  • Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Airport Polling in Naples Florida service Department is a total rip off. I had my tumbler replaced 9 months ago because it stopped working. This is a 2 year warrantee part and when I brought it back they told me it was covered under warrantee. Yet the service person Paul said a day later because the key was broken off in the ignition it wasn't covered. The key was broken off because it was sticking and I needed my truck for work. I asked him how much it was going to cost and he told me 1000 which I paid 600 9 months earlier. When I asked him why so much more his answer was inflation. Then I said go ahead and fix it but I wasn't the manager to contact me regarding this situation. Needless to say I'm still waiting for a call. I called to speak to the owner and this is the BEST…The owner doesn't take calls. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP of Airport Pulling Pales FL

  • I am very upset. Had to leave the Deland Chrysler dealership with my stearing wheel stuck in highest position!
After waiting just shy of 5hrs for the driver air bag to be replaced (which was under recall and was told would take about an hour) I was handed my keys, car was done. Kids and I go to leave and noticed the stearing wheel was tilted up. I go to move it down and could not. I go back in, he askes if everything is okay i said no i can't move my stearing wheele down. He goes to try and he could not get it to move. After he speaks to technician that worked on my car he told me that my stearing wheel was in that position when they got it. That the technician never moved the stearing wheel position. That the pieces inside the stearing to the tilt lever were broken and pieces fell out when the technician took the steering colum out. That their was nothing they could do about it.
I told them it worked just fine the last time I used it and it was not in that position, and why would I drive with my kids like that it's not safe. I did not leave the stearing wheel that high! I go to talk to technician and was told same thing, never moved the stearing wheel. I asked if the pieces were broken then wouldn't the wheel move when you took it out? He said no. I asked if they took apart the dash did he have to move the stearing wheel up high to get under it? He said no. I said come sit in my car and look at it, how high it is, he said no.
The 1st guy told me all he can do is get a price for me. I said i dont think i should have to pay for this, who can I talk to that is higher than you? he said their wasn't anyone here now but headcorters. I said lets go call them he said he wouldnt talk to them with me. I said why? you dont want to tell your side of the story in front of me? He ended up telling me that i was stretching the truth! He also said he was done dealing with me because my husband hung up in his face. I told him he did not hang up in your face he is not standing infront of you. I am the one here and you should deal with me. I have been waiting here patiently with 4 kids for 5 hours and I'm not yelling at you.
I went to talk to a 3rd person who went to talk to them and he came back saying the technician put the stearing wheel back in the best position to keep it locked.
See! I told them I didn't put it there!
I said they were letting me leave with it broken and no one was going to tell me! And I'm driving 4 kids around! He said they are supposed to tell me when something happens. The only thing they told me while waiting was that the dash was taken apart to fix the wireing that went to the airbar. Never any mention about stearing tilt broken. He told me I can go find and buy a stearing colum at a scrap yard or online, amazon, so I know that he isn't up pricing me on the part. and if my husband or friend cannot put it in then I can call them and have them put it in but for a labor charge. I don't think I should have to pay for this.
I can't believe they lied to me and tried convincing me that I drove my vehicle to them that way. I feel they tried to cover up the mistake the technician made (breaking the stearing tilt, not telling me about it) so they wouldn't be responsible for replacing my stearing colum. That they hoped I wouldn't notice when I went to leave. Is it also because I am a women they thought that I wouldn't notice? I don't feel safe driving my vehicle with my 4 kids now. How do I know the stearing wheel won't drop at any point in time. My view of road and gages are obstructed. The air bag is angled higher up, is that dangerous to me if it was to deploy? There is also 2 screws left in my car. 1 in each front cup holders. Did he forget to put them in or were they replaced? I brought my vehicle in for a recall and recived it back broken. Just not right or safe. Deland chrysler dealership needs to make this right. Dawn Miller. Modernhippie.dm@gmail.com

  • My dear friend has taken his Dodge 1500 Ram Truck to the local dealership to get repaired. He has been there 4 TIMES!! to get it fix!! He still does not have it back!! He works in the landscaping business and has lost clients. He has helped so many people that i lost count!!! I told him to call and write to the BBB, contact local networks and other social media service to get the word out that Dodge does not stand by their work. If the corporate does not contact me within 2 weeks, we proceed with action. carol.brown08@comcast.net

  • I'm sorry, but I really do have to post this information because I really do find it quite questionable that if something occurs to a Dodge vehicle and it is under warranty (even extended) that this dealership does not offer a substitute vehicle while you wait in line to be seen for almost a month and the reason you receive is because they believe that the people within the community they serve commit theft and they have to chase these vehicles down, rather retrieve them with the assistance of law enforcement (which in my opinion, is something you should never express to your consumer aloud in a public dealership within the same community you serve). I find it even more disturbing that for a 59 year old woman, mother to three, grandmother to three, devoted federal worker for over 35 years, entrusting her sole means of transportation to this dealership in April only to now be in the month of May and facing lost wages to be just disheartening. I'm not certain what she can do at this point. Thank goodness she has her family to rely on but what do you think happens when the family experiences lost wages, particularly this veteran? Most certainly this post will not be seen or even deleted but I had to blow off a bit of steam before contacting corporate. I serve the DFW community just as I have served my country and I am proud to do so and would never treat a member of that community with such disregard and disdain. I know you must be overworked, exhausted, bewildered, and down right at your wit's end with consumer affairs. But they are "consumers" and yes, they do deserve your utmost respect and timeliness. On those days when members of my company believe they can take no more, they push through thousands of daily requests, phone calls, inquiries, and the like…they push through the multitude of orders…they push through…until they push through the ceiling. One simple vehicle…one simple gesture…one simple offer that says "while we hold your car for almost a month (not once but twice), please allow us to provide you with this vehicle in the meantime." That one simple "customer relations" gesture avoids one bad taste…avoids one bad review in a world of internet popularity…alleviates and eases the mind of a 59 year old grandmother who depends on your professionalism to keep her working. Not that there is any chance that you will see this as a cry for assistance or redemption but please message me here if you like. Thank you.

  • On 10/21/12 I went to Alan Vines Dodge to purchase a 300 Hemi Dodge sunroof with fog lights, duel exhaust fully loaded. Instead I was forced into a plain 300 horse power dodge charger no sunroof no fog lights no Hemi but was charged $41000.00. The minute I get it home The base panel in the back left door is sticking upward you have to slam the the door close. I went back the very next day and told them to just give me my Buick back that this was not what I wanted. I am disabled with poor vision fog lights are a necessity, and I had to ask why when I came for a new car I was sold a used one why was the left rear door base panel sticking up and if the car is new why are the miles at 2373. Needless to say that I brought the car back 2 x's for the rear base panel and still today it is not fixed I finally got tired and pushed it under the seat. On 1/13 I had my first service done on the car get it home the tire light is on I also notice that when I push on the gas it would go like it did when I test drove it. I took it back the next day. Picked it up it was fine when I got home the tire light came backs on again. I called them back they said to drive it and calibrate it. Well 2014 came around I took the car in to be service their was a problem with it being sluggish again when your purse is in the passenger seat the air bag light will come on. Picked my car up there was no sticker in the top left hand corner, tire light was still on, put my purse in the passenger seat airbag light came on. I called and told them that I wanted my car fixed or replaced. Just bring it back Mrs. Rouson we will take care of it. I brought it back I picked it up still the same thing. 2015 I took the care in for service and demanded that the tire light be fixed. They promised to do so. Pick the car up the tire light is still on. I marched back into the serviced department Scott said just drive it to calibrate it that's all. 04/16 10:42pm I went to take the trash out I drove around the corner the something in the dash started clicking the radio cut off the speedometer went white the car jerk stopped and would not start back up. For a vehicle to jerk stop on you this is very dangerous!!!!
The sad part is nothing about my car was explained to me. I did not no where or how to put my car in neutral. When I purchased my car I was handed the keys and told enjoy your vehicle. Since this last breakdown the alternator was recalled but my car is not fixed I have towed it into them 2x's and I still don't have my car fixed. I called dodge because I feel that they should replace this dangerous contrapment. They don't even know if the airbags in this vehicle are working.
Dodge stated that she wasn't sending it upstairs for a review. I say this whether you do or you don't that is your decision. As for me I am done playing your games.

  • I have a 2013 RAM BigHorn 4×4. When I purchased this truck it said towing pkg. Not true. I had to purchase a brake box from the dealer who also installed it. It has not worked. My trailer hooks up to other trucks and is fine, everything works. I hook up and nothing works, no lights, brakes. I spoke with a CSR Elana and explained this to her and she said it would be taken care of at the dealership. I called and made an appointment and they said I would have to pay for it. I called and spoke with Todd and he said they would take care of it and offered the lifetime warranty. I received this via email and after looking it over called and was told by Scott that it would not go into effect until I resolved the brake box issue. The warranty would be 4200 dollars. I ask to speak with his supervisor and Paul Rieke said it was an after market part and would not be covered now or ever. Dodge put it in at a cost of 400 dollars which is twice what it would have cost me to do it, however, with all the electronics they had to do it or there would be no warranty even when it was new. So, I will be looking for a Chevy or Ford since your company no longer cares for it's customers. I will be posting on Facebook as well my displeasure and treatment as well as telling all of my horse riding friends on what truck not to buy. After owning three other dodges, this will be my last one and I can not wait to get rid of it.

  • Oh I forgot to mention I have rust, serious rust on the passenger side back and a little down the rim of the front door. I am having it painted this spring, anyone else have this problem?

  • Linda Harris
I am from the West suburbs of Chicago, I have a 2006 Dodge Charger bought brand new and overall the car has been reliable, after the warranty was over I purchased the extended warranty from CarChex. In 2012 I was experiencing a scrunching sound when hitting even the slightest bumps in the road. Took the car into Larry Roesch Dodge (very good dealership) they found out I had bad tie rods and stabilizer bar, warranty paid $1100+ they fixed it. In December 2015 right before Christmas I was driving home from work and stopped off by Walgreens to pick up a Redbox movie (3min.tops) got back in my car and would not start no warning, no lights on the dash then it started making all sorts of strange sounds while trying to start then finally nothing. Had it towed to Hawk Chrysler Dodge ok but not great dealership, had problems communicating, my motor was gone. They had to order a new motor from Detroit or at least I think it is new it took 3 months to get the motor, but thankfully I had been having all the regular maintenance work done and the warranty paid for it, $6000! I decided to have the transmission flushed and had to pay for the oil and gaskets not covered by warranty and was out of about $746. If I had not of had the extended warranty it would have ended up in the junkyard. People you pay maybe $2300 for a warranty but it is worth it in the end. I now have my second run with an extended warranty and pray that nothing else goes wrong. Except for the fog lamps wiring and passenger side front door lock. I love my Charger and plan to keep at least another 3-5 years after getting those items fixed.

  • Hi, I purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram "Outdoorsman". This was from the Eureka, Ca. Lithia Dealer. Took truck in for warrantee work, replaced sun roof, which was leaking. When I picked it up there small scratches on the roof from the repair, they said they would buff them out. Earlier about two months earlier I had them change oil at 1500 miles because it looked so black, after the oil change the oil looked just as black. They said it is that way in some pickups. I had the oil changed again at 5500 miles and the dip stick oil looked clear. I do not think the oil was even changed the first time. I am unhappy with the service from this dealership. • Brought a new 2008 ram 1500 quad. no problems except 2 simple recalls. Had only 38,000 miles. We go on vacation to Colorado this march and guess what. the motor goes out. left us stranded. No warning no engine lite on nothing. lucky we were close to a dodge dealer and they picked us up. after they gave me a price to fix I didn't have a choice but to buy a new car .I had to get a journey it was the least expensive. I wasn't able to shop around or really look and hassel a better price because it was 7 and a Saturday night and everything was closed on sun. I will never buy a dodge truck. Truck still looked brand new and drove like it was new

  • i recently purchased a 2014 dodge ram 2500 from a private individual, still under warranty. the paint is flaking off the hood and when i took it to the dealer and they said that it was caused by an outside source and they probably wouldn't cover it. they had it appraised and was told that it would cost $500 to fix the spot (not the whole hood). they also said that they were having trouble with the paint adhering to the aluminum parts and it should be covered by the warranty. dodge insisted that, from the pictures and an untrained (in body work)service person, that it was due to an outside source, such as a stone. there aren't any dings. it is just a spot down to bare metal. i also got another appraisal from a body shop near me and they quoted $434 to redo the whole hood. he also said that it was do to the paint not adhering to the aluminum. i feel that dodge should stand behind their product and paint the whole hood at no charge to me. you would think for this small amount of money they would try to keep their customers happy because i will never purchase another dodge vehicle again and all because of $434.

  • So I'm sitting at home watching breaking news (msnbc) about the Belgium terror attacks that just happened when a dodge charger commercial comes on. It's the dodge charger/batman "villain" ad. I am quoting the words of this ad, it first shows a "villain" loading a big case into a truck then says "In order to have a hero you need a villain, the world needs more villains and villains need cars" This is unacceptable in my view and needs to be taken off the air. Doesn't anyone have any morals any more or is it the money that means more to you people than anything else????? I would like to know who is behind this kind of sick and twisted marketing attempt. The people need to come together to put a stop to these kind of very inappropriate advertisements.

  • My husband purchased me a 2016 Dodge Journey…standard edition with no amenities to speak of…I was not satisfied so he went less than 1 month later and traded it and got me a 2016 Journey fully loaded. This was in December 2015. I have 2,535 miles of use in it and toda . MY TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. I AM NOT HAPPY! WISH I had read all this before purchasing.

  • I purchased a used 2008 Dodge Caravan with only 42000 miles. Basically been a good van. They had a recall on the switch because it would cut off on you just driving down the road, which to me is extremely dangerous. Took me almost a year for the Dodge dealership in Greer to call me and set up appointment to replace, they kept saying they were waiting on the switch to come in. On my original key I had access that opened both back sliding doors and lift gate. Once they replaced my key those options were no longer available on my key. This switch was replace in August 2015 now for the last three weeks I have had issues with the van cutting off again just going down the road, middle of traffic it doesn't matter. Luckily I haven't been in a bad accident. As of right now it is at same Dodge dealership getting looked at but I still have to pay 110.00 for diagnostics test.

  • Purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram (purchased new). This truck now had 61,250 miles. The motor went bad due to a "broken wrist pin". The mechanic told me the wrist pin on this 4.7 motor is made from poor material. He also told me that the motors used today are much better and I would be better off purchasing a new motor. I find this unacceptable. I want Dodge to know what the Dodge people intend on doing regarding my situation. I will be calling and writing a letter. Mean while a lot of people are seeing how fair Dodge treats their customers.

  • I never been so displease, the price was okay , but the van seen to have a default with the odometer /exaulst pipe is smoking to much and its different noises with the van that is not right. I purchases a 2016 grand carvan on January 11,2016 the odometer was at 11,im drove from north east to north phila and the meter read 34 miles I took the car back 1 day before 1 week old and the car was at 101 miles.they were at barbarian auto land at 7810 rosenfelt blv. they egnore me and sent me to service.

  • My experience was horrible with Thornton Road Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Lithia Springs, GA. It was very difficult to get the service department to communicate after taking my vehicle there for the second time within a couple of weeks. They had my vehicle for a total of 2 weeks. After having my vehicle for a week, they didn't know what was wrong and couldn't find the problem, then all of a sudden they found something. I think it was bogus and they are not very truthful. The first and second time they did not get it right but I refuse to waste money so they can guess each time what the problem is. The service supervisor never returned my multiple calls. I left several messages. One courtesy call is respectful. I finally had to contact the parts department so they can put me in contact with my service mechanic. This is very poor customer service.

  • HAS ANYONE WHO HAS POSTED A COMPLAINT EVER HEARD FROM ANYONE ABOUT YOUR ISSUE? DID SOMEONE IN CORPORATE CALL YOU AND IS YOUR PROBLEM RESOLVED?

    • Hello, I stumbled across this thread because I purchased a allegedly brand new 2016 Dodge Durango on last August. Since then my vehicle has been serviced for multiple issues more than 7 times. I've contacted corporate, who's only assistance is to so call monitor your repairs by calling the service center and leave voicemails. Also there is something called a STAR CASE that allows you to request a certified mechanic to look at your issues while at the service center. Although that didn't work for me, the svc mgr claimed he couldn't duplicate the issues I've been experiencing since I initially purchased my SUV. I contacted corporate and the basically told me the same thing. My issues are still not resolved. This is the worst experience ever, my first new vehicle I purchased ended up running like a used vehicle. This is the last Dodge branded product I'll be buying, and I'll spread the word that they don't care about quality anymore!! I could go on and on, so much more to my case.

  • I have owned my Dodge 3500 diesel dually for 5 months and have driven approx. 2500 miles. My truck suddenly decided it only wanted to go 10 mph. I got it up to 43mph but when I got to dodge I am being told the dpf is clogged and subsequently I need to replace both my catalytic converters at the cost of $2600. + Do I need to do this every 2500 miles? what is up with this?

  • I attempted to buy trade my 2015 Ram in for a lifted 2013 ram 1500. It had 20,000 miles on this 13, 6600 miles on my truck. The first day I had the loan approved at 5% with one of their banks. I was not satisfied with the amount of money they were offering me for my truck or how they didn't want to budge on the price for the 2013 ram. I received several offers over the next 6 days from Spirit finally coming close to what I wanted. I went back and sat down with the dealer and was offered everything that we discussed. I then was told that the interest rate was raised per the bank from 5.0% to 6.9% in just the 6 days I held off. Come to find out the bank offered 5.0% and Spirit was going to receive the other 1.9%. per month to compensate for dropping the price of their truck and giving more for mine. (you can look this information up on your own. I'm not allowed to post the website on this review Now I looked at the 2013 at night (my mistake) when I took possession of the truck, the next day I realized that the tires are dry rotted and there was a grinding when I came to a stop. I took it back to the dealer and asked to have the issues looked at and the tires replaced, the owner was very ignorant stating that he bent on the price of the truck far enough and I would have to buy the tires out of my pocket. Then stated "you don't have to buy the truck take the offer or leave it" in a very nasty condescending tone. Needless to say, my wife threw the keys on the table and told them to get our truck keys and the deal was off. As we walked out the front door Jenn Romano walked down from the management area towards the door, looked at my wife and stated "bye Felicia" (whom everyone knows in the movie "Friday" as a crackhead drug user). The sales people refused to secure my tags back on to my original truck (which they took off and I had no screws to secure the tags back on my truck because they took them.) I had to walk into the garage and ask someone that was washing a vehicle to secure them so I could leave. Service here was horrible and very unprofessional. Good luck if you buy from Spirit in Swedesboro, NJ. Watch your interest rate!

  • In an age where there is so much disrespect for what a parent says then you do a commercial…sorry mom but this is…blah blah blah. I hate this commercial that encourages disrespect. I told my husband…you will not purchase another dodge. He agreed.

  • I have exhausted all of the time and patience and money that I have to get an issue resolved regarding a subpar repair at the Thornton Road Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership located in Lithia Springs, GA that is supposedly being handled by my Service Advisor, Sean Ballauf, Service Manager, Billy Hembree and Dodge Customer Service Case Manager, Barbara.

I am not sure who else to call, who else to talk to so I am going to just reach out to someone or anyone in this organization who cares enough to provide the customer service that would be expected by any reasonable consumer and I believe that I have been more than reasonable in this case. If this was you or a member of your family (mother, daughter, sister,) having this type of issue and it has made this type of impact, please tell me what would you do?

    ISSUE

Around November 23th, I had my vehicle towed in for service because of an issue with the coolant system leaking; It was determined by the service experts based on diagnostic that it was the coolant reservoir. I agreed to the service as well as a coolant flush. Paid completely out of pocket for $713 and some change.

On December 8th, It seems as if the vehicle was having the same issue and I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the Service Manager, Billy and explained the issue. I also mentioned that I experienced the same type of service issue (July 9th) when I brought my vehicle for the 90K mile maintenance and it was not serviced properly and it required for me to bring it back in. He had the wrecker come get the car. This time I was informed by the Service Advisor, Sean that the coolant was leaking at the Y connector and that the Part for this is backordered and required the entire Hose assembly kit to be repaired. Same issue that was initially reported in November that should have been diagnosed at that time. On Monday, December 14th, I was informed that the part was in and the repair should be complete. It is December 17th and I still do not have the vehicle in my possession. I have spent days, hours, minutes of time trying to get a resolution with a service department that does not respond in a timely fashion if at all. There is no excuse for lack of communication especially when you tell a customer that you will call them back in a certain time frame.

    IMPACT

The cost and the sacrifices that my family and I have had to endure due to the negligence of the service department in handling a repair that was not diagnosed and/or repaired properly and their failure to at the bare minimum to provide the communication necessary in a timely manner so that I can make the necessary preparations is inexcusable.

Requests for a loaner was ignored so it required out of pocket car rental expenses. When it was finally addressed, I was informed that they only had a a car available. I have a family of 6 with 2 car seats so a car would not have been sufficient. The vehicle was brought into the dealership on December 8th in the early afternoon and I explained that I had a huge weekend celebration out of town to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. I have members of my family that also have jobs and they have had to rely on Uber. I have members of my family who have to attend school for which transportation is not provided.

I have not been able to provide for the needs of my family and the out of pocket expenses that I have incurred because the Thornton Road CDJR service department dropped the ball.

My rights as a consumer has clearly been violated and I am asking for this to be resolved so that I can make the best of the rest of the year and get back to a sense of normalcy. I am requesting a reasonable response to my concerns especially if a callback is promised at a specific time there’s no reason why it should not be made in a timely manner. I run on a tight schedule and I am not merely here twiddling my thumbs waiting on a callback.

  • Very frustrated! My third ram eight years apart. New 2015 ram with 1500 mile and have tire vibration. Long story short, Firestone blames Chrysler and Chrysler says they are not responsible for manufacturing defect. Last told by Chrysler customer service I would have to pay for two new tires out of pocket. Are you kidding me? $60k for a truck and I have to get tires because everybody is pointing the finger at the other guy. What has happen to customer service in this country? Not happy
