  1. I would like to speak with a manager with a complaint on your store located on San Fernando store. An employee talked to me in a demeaning way after I’m using the WIC payment! I’m extremely upset and the 2 managers I spoke with has no idea how to handle this. One day that cashier most likely having a bad day!

Siempre que voy la superficie de RIALTO es lo mismo se tardan en la crecería para atenderte y si te quejas con el manager te hace ver que esta arreglando el problema pero lo único que hace es estar platicando con alguien mas ignorando tu queja no vuelvo a comprar aquí se que eso no resuelve el problema y hojalata este comentario les sirva a otras personas y lo tomen en cuenta antes de comprar en el super

Hello headquarter people….I want two address two simple problems that I think the store manager with his/her "employees" are capable of doing: (1) teach some employees (cashiers) to have some customer skills when handling the items we buy; (2) to make sure the fruit and veg. are thoroughly clean so we don't face too many "FLIES" over these fresh produce, or, throw away the bad stuff. I am sure if the Health Dept. walks in, they would have the same advise because it is UNHEALTHY. I am talking about of EL Super located south of Euclid and Crescent in Anaheim. I am asking you to oversee this matter and find a solution to these simple problems.

  6. Es una decepcion muy grande, al entrar a una tienda hispana y mirar que las cosas son tan distintasa otras tiendas… Y no para bien sino todo lo contrario!
    No frecuento mucho estas tiendas pero cuando lo hago, me es muy vergonzozoal mirar que somos muy distintos y nos comportamos a la manera de como se nos hincha o nos vale!!!
    Hace ya 2 semanas fui a una tienda "El Super" hubicada en el 1000 N Mountain Ave. Ontario CA. Y me encuentro que absolutamenteTODAS LAS BALANZAS (o basculas) de peso estan descalibradas desde la 1a. ves que estuve ahi.
    Y me pregunto que si sera por que en nuestra cultura todo nos vale madre?
    Y si todas las balazas estan desniveladas por supuesto que las de las cajas registradora estaran igual o peor. Y me pregunto si a la hora de que nos pesen nuestros productos. no nos estaran cobrando de mas por la descalibracion de sus instumetos de peso?
    Nuestra gente solamente entiende ya cuando las autoridades toman cartas en el asunto.

  7. I AM A HANDICAP PERSON THAT NEED THE STORE HANDICAP CART TO DO SHOPING. EVERYTIME THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE BREAKES DOWN IT TAKES MONTHS FOR REPAIRS ALMOST A YEAR DON'T HTEY UNDERSTAND PERSONS LIKE US DEPEND ON THEM TO DO OUR SHOPING. THIS IS THE STORE IN SANBERNARDINO ON 2ND STREET. ALL THE EMPOLYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND THE STORE IS CLEAN. MANAGER STATES HE IS TRYING AND HAS ORDERED FROM CORP. BUT HAS NOT RECIVED ANTYTHING. THEY REALLY NEED TWO AT LEAST. THE STORE IS ALWAYS PACKED SO I KNOW THEY MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO ORDER SOME.

LONG AS IT'S IN THE BAG AND HAS THE TAG OF THE MARKET THEN AN EXCHANGE MUST BE MADE!!!! JUST SO YOU IGNORANT CLOWNS KNOW ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG.
