Hi. Your manager, Lenora, at the Sarasota Lakewood ranch location is absolutely terrible. She’s very rude and zero help.

Even Hotels Disappointed

My husband and I live in Sarasota Florida. Recently we had to evacuate our island where our home is, due to Hurricane Ian. Your hotel was filled with local residents who also had to leave their homes. After getting a house ready for the storm and also packing our things to evacuate, we were exhausted when we finally checked in. In the morning I was anxious for a cup of coffee. I was disappointed to find out that we had to pay $6 dollars for us to have a small cup of coffee that wasn’t even very good. It would have been nice to see a little compassion for the surrounding community going through a crisis by having free coffee for us in the morning.
