  • I ordered a Shark Pocket Hard-Floor Cleaner on 7/29/2016, and it came without the carpet attachment on 8/04/2016 and since then I've contacted Fingerhut three times by phone, 9 times by email [email with Barb 144018 and Alexa 463153] and first was told it was being shipped on 8/06/2016, then nothing. Then I was told it was being researched, results, nothing. Then they were out of stock…from a part that is supposed to be in the same box? That on 9/23/2016, they would receive the parts and ship the missing carpet attachment to me…nothing happened and now one of their supervisors and a representative said I have to mail the whole product back to them and that they would send me the return label and that "I" had to find or purchase a box to ship the product back at my cost for their mistake…not going to happen, so once again they said they'd mail me the missing attachment once Fingerhut got them and then it would be up to 3 weeks before it is shipped. total time since I purchased it to the present…is 72 days. I got nothing but lies and excuses. I tried contacting their corporate office…what a joke, nothing but a recording to order products or a catalog and two other items like working for them, etc…. choices and if you press the "0" button for the operator, it hangs up on you. After all of these years as a loyal customer…they screwed me…did I mention I'm a disabled senior that just had a stroke last month and my left vocal cords are paralyzed? Yes I mentioned this to the supervisor because I live alone…total Scam!

     
  • I have only been a member of Finger hut for a short period time. My first order came with out a part. I waited almost 2 months for the part. Recently, I ordered a laptop that my granddaughter needs for school. We opened it today and the mouse is not working making the laptop inoperable. Your track record so far is not good with me. I guessthat I will have to wait a month or more to receive a new one. I will have to incur the cost of purchasing another one today. I pay the bill or timeandpay much more than is required. I'm sure thatyou will not respond because after reading all of the other complaints you really don't care about customer satisfaction.

     
  • They are the only company that calls you the same month your bill is due. They are so annoying! No other company does that. I will never order from them again!!!!!

     
  • This company is totally wrong when they say that they help people!I have been with them for 4 years never missed a payment always on time,but all of a sudden you get in a accident and are unable to work there so called safe insurance you get from them doesn't make good on there word to make your payments you get a late pay on your credit report,what good is this company only to set you back again .I spent 4 hours on the phone with this company only to get the run around,what ever you do stay away from them it's a mail order company that is able to report to the credit bureaus

     
  • Front page of there site says no credit hit if you apply for credit. I did and was alerted by my credit co I had lost 2 points for hard inquiry report. Called the idiots and they can only say sorry. I am going to sue them and will not give them my business and hope all who read this will no longer do business with them

     
  • I place an order with Fingerhut on the 18th of December and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. My order was sent out by Surepost on the 21st. As of today it is still setting in Minnesota. UPS says it will not be delivered until the 29th. How do you tell a child that they have no Christmas gift. Called customer service and got someone overseas who kept reading me the same line over and over and then she finally hung up on me. Chatted with someone online who was in Minnesota and he said I would just have to wait for the item that they had more orders than they anticipated. They will refund me the shipping and send me a 15% discount coupon which I told them I would not use. Been a customer for over 15 years and always paid my bill on time. Will be sending a letter to the corporate office. Looks like my attorney will handle a case of false advertisement for me. GOODBYE Fingerhut.

     
  • I order 14 items from finger hut and they got delivered to wrong address they was deliver at 1130am Monday to the wrong address the man at that address was out of town and did not return back until Tuesday at 400pm my delivery set in the rain for all that time I call finger hut and tried to let them know what happen and to reissue these items for 9 days I have been trying to take care of this problem to no extent I can only talk to people in the phillinees who cant talk English or understand English when I asked to speak to a supperviser I am told no I have been hung up on transferred to other agents and still no help I had order over a thousand dollars worth of stuff I finly talk to some one that could tal;k English afvter 9 days of trying and half of the stuff I ordered is out of stack if they would have takeing care of this when I had the problem I would have had all of my stuff by now now serveral kids are not going to get any thing for Christmas if u order in the usa u spend usa dollors u should be able to speak to someone who speaks english and understands English how would they fell if I paid in phillino money instead of American money after this is over with I am no longer going to deal with this I am also going to post this on my face book and other social media web sites untile this is no longer a issue what happened to being able to trust people the corporate office is in the united states but when u call them u r automatic transformed to someone in the phillipennes why I think everyone that has a problem should write ther congress man a letter and see what can be done sign a very upset x custermer

     
  • This company is the worst company i have ever dealt with… i would not recommend anyone to order from them. their reps are very unprofessional and dont listen. my mother ordered through them with her account to be told she didnt have an account and to be told she needed to apply for credit. We spent 5 hours on the phone with these people just to be told she had an account, she didnt, her order was shipped, her order was canceled… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

     
  • I try to cancel my family members account today, due to the fact that they have passed away, decease. I was told by customers service representative that I could not close this account because I was not the designated card holder.How Stupid Is That, my family member is gone. You need to retrain your worker or change your policy. I will be sending a letter to Minnesota office

     
  • I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FINGERHUT I PURCHASED A TV BACK IN APRIL WITH WARRENTY, AND WHEN IT BROKE I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP THAT I HAD TO GO THRU RCV. FINALLY I SOMEONE HELPED GAVE ME AN ADDRESS TO SEND MY TV AND ONE MONTH LATER STILL MAKING PAYMENT I DON'T HAVE A TV AND NO STATUS THIS IS IT I'M DONE WITH FINGERHUT ALL THEY WANT IS FOR YOU TO ORDER AND WHEN TIME COMES THEY DON'T HELP.
