    Dear food city I am still concerned about the hot food server changing the time on the hot chicken (changing 2's into 5's PM and also 3's into 8 pm … I have been sick from your chicken before and have brought this up to the managers last month . they took my name and info . still no changes or POS results . next I will contact the Health dept and see what they suggest.
    I have pictures from today's chicken once again being retimed … you need to have the time on the original print out ticket and that will solve the time issues. until then I guess more folks will have food poisoning like myself. too bad you can't follow through . rest assured I will.

  2. I have a complaint on the store #0436.Today I went into the store and brought a few things to the register . The cashier called code7 3 times and no manager came . And a manager Theresa Stamper walked by 3 times and ignored the code7. I believe you all should either hire employees of to sale all the products in the store or get some new managers in that store . I am a very loyal customer .

  4. Its beyond disturbing that someone has the authority to fire a worker, without allowing them to explain a situation!! How dare Debbie Chapman, from store #475, think that's an acceptable way to "manage" a store. I personally hope that the newspapers & news gets a hold of this. SHE should be fired for going on a complaint, that was obviously taken out of context. Any manager, with common sense, would have let them both explain what had happened. Brandon Bowling deserves his job back! I hope that you take all of these complaints seriously! Until then, I will make sure that everyone I know` knows about this- we will refuse to visit your store- I will be giving wal mart my business, and hope everyone else does too. Who knows- a face book page dedicated to this or a picket line may be a good way to go too! I hope that your one grouchy, & complaining customer buys a lot there- because you can thank Debbie for losing you a TON of business!!!

     
  5. I would like to say that I am shocked that you would fire an employee (BRANDON BOWLING) for being so kind to a boy with special needs. Your so called store manager fired this young man due to a customer saying that he was making fun of this boy. I would be ashamed to have Debbie Chapman as a manager of my store. I will not shop at Food City anymore and I will tell all my friends not to shop there either. This boy was working to support his family and treating employees and customers with nothing but kindness. I hope you will resolve this situation immediately this is unacceptable for any manager to act like this. I hope that the boy is re-hired and is compensated for the time he lost from work. He should be commended for actions and apolozied to by your so called store manager. Thank You

     
  6. Yes I would like to make a complaint on one of your main Pharmacist's her name is Pam Mullins and she is the laziest pharmacist that I have ever encountered. I was at your store a couple of weeks ago and had walked up and ask a technician if I could speak to the pharmacist and she said yes just one moment. I seen her go and tell the pharmacist that a customer has a question and she looks up over the plastic glass and say's what were you needing? I heard her tell the technician that she could just come out and help me because she new just as much about the products in front of the pharmacy as she did. I commend the technician she truly was a wonderful girl and was most helpful as she could be, but she could not anwser questions that I would have liked to asked the pharmacist. I have never been to another pharmacy that the Pharmacist hasn't always come out and talked to me or helped me with anything I needed. I thought that's why Pharmacist's went to school and made $100,000 dollars a year so her Pharmacy Degree could be used to help the customer's. I hope that you will address this situation and try to fix it. If all of your Pharmacist's have this kind of attitude that they do not want to get up off their butt, then you need a new Pharmacist. Thank You, A displeased customer.

     
  7. I would like to comment on the firing of an employee yesterday at Food City 475. I was told that Brandon Bowling was fired yesterday for hugging a special needs boy who was a close friend of his. The store manager Debbie Chapman was the one that fired him I would be totally ashamed to have her as a manager of my store. I will not shop at Food City anymore until this situation is resolved and I will also tell my friends not to shop with you either. This young man has a family to support and with the way jobs are here in our area it is hard to find a decent job. He should be commended for his attitude toward special needs people. He is an outstanding young man and should be re-hired and also given the pay that he has lost due to your so called manager

     
    1. I don't blame you guys a bit food city is the most hateful place ,their rude. I've had many bad experiences myself, I would like to see Publix roll in here and blow Food City out of the water, all food cities I'd like to see shut down

Hello my name kim ,i have a complaint on a Debbie chapman for firing a boy yesterday ( BRANDON BOWLING) FOR HUGGING HIS CLOSE FRIENDS WHICH IS SPECIAL NEED,UNTIL YOU ALL FIRE HER,I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH FOOD CITY UNTIL YOU REHIRE THAT YOUNG MAN BACK,TO ME THATS DEBBIE CHAPMAN WAS DISCRIMATING AGAINST SPECIAL NEEDS PEOPLE,I GUESS MY HEART IS ACHING AND HURTING FOR THESE 2 PEOPLE…PLEASE OPEN YOUR HEART AND HELP THIS YOUNG MAN WHOM HAS A FAMILY

    2. i would like to know why a 3 time felon can be over human resorces at the store in hazard especially when an investigation that resulted in the termination of alot of deli workers yet this lady over human resorces was removed from the deli just prior to these people being fired when she should of been terminated with the rest of these workers yet she gets promoted to save her job so i have to wonder if this was an inside pull to save someone that a certain store manager found easy on the eyes
