I HAVE BEEN WARNING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY ANY FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT!!! THERE IS NO APPLIANCE COMPANY WORSE THAN FRIGIDAIRE. THEY PRODUCE THE MOST INFERIOR, FLIMSY PRODUCTS AND HAVE VIRTUALLY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE YOURSELF AGGRAVATION AND HEADACHES!
I have had my Frigidaire refrigerator for a few years now and had trouble with it from Day One. I won't go into it but I have warned two people I know NOT to purchase anything made by Frigidaire as they are the worst company to deal with. If they bother to respond at all, they usually lie to the customer and the bottom line is they won't do anything to back their product or help the customer. A word to the wise is sufficient!
I've had the new Frigidaire refrigerator for 5-6 weeks. The refrigerator started going out about a week ago. I called the customer service number and was placed on hold for 51 minutes. Finally spoke with an agent and he set up a service call for the morning of March 30th. That time came without anybody showing up. I was put into contact with an individual named George. He stated "they tried to contact you and couldn't reach you, it has been rescheduled for Tuesday April 5th". I had to initiate the call. Not sure how I would have found out it was rescheduled. I ask him to have his superior contact me in a timely manner, one hour and the said "yes". I still have not heard from him or his superior. I again called customer service and was on hold for 26 minutes. That young lady gave me the number to the local service team. She gave me my contact number provided by Frigidaire and it was the wrong number. Frigidaire obviously has no respect for there customers and does not believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
