I ordered the Louisa bar stools and they arrived damaged not once, not twice but three times! This is how shipment #3 of the barstools arrived today. I was promised by Frontgate's supervisor that they would be personally inspected by quality control before being shipped as well as bubble wrapped and padded so this would not happen again. Looks like you dropped the ball again Frontgate. No bubble wrap or padding as promised. On top of that, I had to take the day off work AGAIN to wait for the shipment to arrive. Not acceptable!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! I PLACED AN ORDER ON DEC. 3/15 AND I AM STILL TRYING TO RECEIVE THIS XMAS GIFT, GET INFORMATION ON IT, ANYTHING!!!!!!! WHILE THE TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS I HAVE HAD OVER THIS PAST MONTH HAVE BEEN MORE THAN POLITE, NOTHING IS EVER RESOLVED. WHEN I PLACED THIS ORDER THE ITEM STATED IT WAS IN STOCK BUT LIMITED SUPPLY, BUT IN STOCK! WELL THAT WAS A CROCK OF !!!!. AS AN INTERNET BASED COMPANY, YOUR LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN VENDORS, SHIPPING, IT DEPARTMENT UPDATES FOR CUSTOMERS, IN NOTHING SHORT OF DISGUSTING. I have placed many many orders from your company, have never run into this before. I did not leave this order to the last minute, as I previously stated, and have made so many phone calls and sent so many emails, and still get nowhere!!!!!!!! How will you remain competitive with other internet shopping companies, with this kind of service. the item was in stock when i placed the order, then days after NOt receiving any information regarding shipping etc, i called and was informed that it was backordered until Dec 17th?????? THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT IS VERY BEST!!!!! I cannot express how upset I am, this was a Christmas gift, a little late wouldnt you say????? My only hope is that one day you will realize that there are many grey areas within your ordering system and get it together, like many other internet based companies have.
