Notice how their published "headquarters" phone number is the same as their customer service phone number. When I phoned customer service and told them I wanted to speak with someone at headquarters over a week ago, customer service told me someone would get back to me, but no one has! To me, this means that headquarters doesn't want to speak to their customers!!!
