Isdues need addtesding at the riverbend plant. Upon several. Occasdions i have noted employees clocking in early but continue to sit for lunch. Sometimes up to 1 hour. They appear to be a prejudiced bunch, actually minus one young man, he is quiet nice. They have often made fun of him behind his back. You ser he has a speech problem. Yet does an excelkent job working for them. They hsve been rude at times to. A female caucasion working there. This is unprofessional upon their part. I have encoyraged one said employee to file a complaint. This is very wrong how they did her. They are bully's, disrespectful of others feelings. You ate either in their click or out of it. Sfter completion of their work they sit around on thr clock waiting for quitting time. I wish someone could work and spilk the beans on them. You woukd ne shocked, maybe.

I need a call back regards to work place violence and the actions that are being takin at these offices in my location before I get a lawyer involved thank you
