  1. Blue Shield and Greenberg both made big mistakes when it came to my care. Greenberg called Blue Shield before my appt and got someone else's info. When I went there and handover my card I was informed that my card number was null and void. So when I got home that day and called BS they confirmed my card had expired. I needed a new one. So as soon as I received my new card, I called Greenberg. They didn't want to take my card over the phone. So when I came in for my second and last appt at their establishment,again they refused my card and said its been taken care of. After spending $1,000 out of pocket I get another bill for $600. So I request my paperwork and an explanation as to what this other charge is for. They said I had no insurance and I had to pay full amount. I paid $265 a month for Medical and another $98 on dental. So how can they say I have no insurance. I went to my car after paying yet more. They gave me someone else's info not mine. How can they do this. If they had accepted my card in the first place I would not have gone through this. Also if BS wouldn't have given them the wrong info as well. Very unprofessional. Greenberg in Deltona are a horrible place to goto.

  2. HORRIBLE RUDE IMCOMPETENT STAFF. Have been taking my Granddaughter to this location for 10 yrs. She had necessary dental examination for Invisalign a month ago. We both have tried for several weeks to get an appt with the Orthodontist Pham to no avail. We went in Mt Dora Off this morn and first words out of receptionist mouth is we can not help. You have to call Pham's Office we explained several times that no one answers phones or answers messages or email. WE CAN NOT HELP they are not a part of this office. Well you have a LARGE sign on your window and all we want is for you to help us get an appointment. My Granddaughter purchased your insurance to cover WE CAN'T HELP. Well refund her insurance payment WE CAN'T DO THAT. You cannot talk to one person as another rude foreign speaking girl starts in the conversation. This office used to be a great experience but now every time you go in all new and rude staff. I will NEVER enter that building again nor would I EVER refer another customer. You have left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would label this Office as thieves at best. This is the Mt Dora Fla location

  3. It's a same that the Employees of all the Greenberg Dental Offices are not getting a paid Holliday off this Thanks Giving. Its seems they never get a paid Holiday off. How much is enough money for some Company's. The employees at the Plant City Office and Brandon Office deserve it.

  4. Horrible manners from the current orthodontist at the Winter Garden location of Orlando. Using his staff to avoid financial issues. Will not speak to patient at all regarding finances. Intentional avoidance!! I've never experienced this with any physician in my life. He lacks compassion and is overall extremely rude. While I appreciate Greenberg Dental services. I would personally find another location that doesn't use him as the orthodontist. He's the worst and won't last long there. He's young and inexperienced. It was a dreadful encounter and I would never allow him to treat my child.

  5. My wife went to the Bradenton office yesterday for a root canal procedure.
    The dentist left twice during the procedure to do other consults. After being in the chair for for quite a while the Novocaine was wearing off. So instead of giving her another shot, she squirted some in the cavity. After 2.5 hrs she told my wife I didn't get to the bottom so you will have to come back. Maybe if she hadn't left to do consults, she could have finished. Is it normal for you to leave a patient in pain and then tell them to come back in a month? When my wife started crying they moved the appointment to two weeks out, saying that they were doing her a favour. Is it normal to stop a procedure without getting the nerve all the way to the bottom? Before I start posting online reviews of your practice, I would like to get your comments.
