similar problem, they have been taking money from my account, have got the fraud squad invooved, because when you contact them they say there is no recording of cancelling, they also claim they have sent goods and left in an outbuilding, that's clever as we don't have any!!! really not happy, now getting lawyers involved as they really don't want to give me money back

I sent an complaint via e-mail to Guthy Renker Customer Service Tuesday 6-19-12. As of today (Friday 6-22-12) I have not received a reply. Therefore, I will mail the complaint to Corporate Escalation. If I do not get a reply and satisfaction, I will contact my lawyer and file a fraud complaint with the FTC.
Did you ever get a response? I'm trying to get my money back and have tried numerous times. This is a rip off company and I will fight until I get back what I deserve back.
