  • This is the 2nd time I purchased a microwave and they both sparked for the side where the bulb is and were ruined.I didn't have the 2nd one for more than a year. I'm done with their cheap junk

  • There are no replys here. Hamilton Beach doesn't operate to provide customer service here…scroll through, you will see it is so…sorry to deliver bad news. I bought 7Qt Slow Cooker. My 7Qt recipes were overflowing. Finally I measured the crock. It's 6 1/4 Quarts! More than 10% short measured! HB says if you use their magic beans and leave the lid off, it's 7 Quarts, dummy! THAT'S their OFFICIAL STORY! I asked for a crock that's REALLY 7 Quarts. 3 months, 20+ emails…I'm still pounding sand. Each CSR was worse than the previous one. Gonna escalate to CEO. But buy HB? Pretty unlikely, ya think!?? Go ahead…fill YOUR crock with water, to the lid-rest-ledge. See if you got shortchanged by a shyster shopkeeper…Hamilton Beach!

  • Dear Hamilton Beach,
    I have already contacted customer service several times and have not had my problem solved. I received a Hamilton Beach coffeemaker as a gift and as I have read in posted complaints, burnt plastic tasting coffee is a ongoing problem.
    Customer service sent me a replacement, and after awhile the coffee started having the same awful taste. I contacted customer service again, they upgraded the coffeemaker to a flex brew and again the coffee started having the same plastic taste. I called again, this time they made me pay for shipping and they sent me the same flexbrew, same terrible taste.
    Since I was having repeated trouble with customer service and the coffeemaker, out of frustration I thought to return the latest flexbrew and simply by another brand.
    Though the exact same coffeemaker is sold in several stores, the UPC symbol of the Flexbrews you keep sending me cannot be returned in stores.
    The Flexbrew is a expensive coffeemaker, and I was astounded you should charge me shipping for a inferior product.
    I have sent this complaint to you because I am still not satisfied with the continued burnt plastic taste of my coffee!
