TERRIBLE customer service. Actually NO customer service. Holding times over 40 minutes. Promises to call back ignored. I am not a fan. This company has wasted over 10 hours of my time due to their computer system crashing that prevented my return from going through at a Nordstrom Rack store. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare!
Do not order from Hautelook! They have terrible customer service, and they do not ship your items! I've reported them to BBB because they ripped me off and never shipped my items. Terrible move Nordstrom Corporation for partnering with these thieves!
