The treatment I was given at Hawthorne suites in Milford ,MA is inexcusable. The disgusting excuses for desk clerks are here because they are obviously too ignorant to get an actual employment opportunity. I got charged for a king suite but they did not have any. So I had to settle for a queen suite on third floor as opposed to a king suite on the first floor. Rate did not change. I am a senior and was treated with great disrespect by these poor excuses for humans. I would urge all seniors to stay clear of Hawthorne. Even howard Johnson would seem preferable.

I paid $720 for 2 suites at the Hawthorne Suites Philadelphia Airport on Dec 30 for check in on 1/15/2016-1/17/2016. When I arrived I advised the clerk that I was checking for both suites and that the 4 people staying in 311 would be by my room to receive their key. 30 minutes out they called so I ran by the store and McDonalds to pic up food for us before we headed to the Ramada Inn down the street for the network convention. Before I pulled in I was called back to be told that we were being kicked out for having more than 6 people in our room (keep in mind 4 were picking up their key from me to go to room 311). I pulled in and the security officer gave us 20 minutes to vacate. I went to the front desk were I told the new clerk what was going on. She told me that if we didn't leave she was calling authorities as though we were a group of thugs (keep in mind I am a minister in a veterans & active duty motorcycle club going to a network convention). I have called their travel lodge, corporate office, Wyndham's corporate office and I'll I received back was $70 out of $720. I have contacted a lawyer, DAV, and our base commander on this issue. I'm not going to tell you not to stay their but if you are military or just someone who rides motorcycles I suggest its not a good idea. I will see them in court
The Hawthrone Suites in Jacksonville FL on Baymeadows Rd is horrible. The service is bad, and the room had big roaches,. My complaint was never addressed and when I spoke to the general manager. She was defensive and acted as I was lying. Then she ignored me service another customer with even saying excuse me. Finally she offers me a refund but not from the hotel but from the company that exterminates the hotel. She refused to give me their info and she refused to put any of her promises in writing. Dont stay their!
I also do not know who owns and manages the Hawthorne suites in Tempe, AZ on the 101 &southern, but they are horrible to their guest and very unprofessional.at first I thought the hotel was ok until I was bit by bed bugs and they did nothing about it. They did not switch me rooms or even give me a discount! Bed bugs is very serious. And they didn't care! To top that off when I asked for clean towels they were stained and dirty as as the sheets! I highly recommend you don't stay there!!!
I DONT KNOW WHO OWNS HAWTHORNE SUITES BUT THE ONE IN NORTH CHARLESTON IS DISGUSTING MY DUGHTER BOOKED 5 ROOMS TO CELEBRATE HER BIRTHDAY 2-13 /2-15/15 AND HAD FRIENDS FROM CHARLOTTE AND NEW YORK. MADE RESERVATIONS IN JULY 2014.
COULDNT CHECK IN UNTIL 430. ONE OF THE ROOMS HAD SOMEONE LIVING IN THERE CLOTHES ALL OVER ROOM. OUR ROOMS WERE DIRTY DISHES IN DISHWASHER SMELLING. SINK STOPPED UP AND COMPLAINED DIDNT DO ANY GOOD. WORSE 3 DAYS EVER SPENT ON VACATION. DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE. MY DAUGHTER IS A TRAVEL AGENT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP EVER AGAIN.
Hawthorne Suites in Jacksonville off Baymeadows is very bad. I agree. The breakfast is the worst!!!I mean the worst! Some kid is running the show and obviously has no care. I guess the corporate facility or if this is individually owned, just dont give -a -f***. never again will I even step foot on their property.I have faced book this to all my clients and we ALL are switching hotels for our business travel. Thank GOD!
wow!!! I have been staying at the Hawthorne Suites off Baymeadows in Jacksonville, FL. what a freakin' discrase. It is so, so, so bad starting with their service all the way to the most aweful breakfast. I have no idea who they are hiring but it's been this way for months….Many…and I mean many people have said they will never stay here again. I thought Hotels rely on repreat business. I guess not…what a freaking joke. Milded bread, cold…i mean ice cold eggs and burny, dried out sausage….wow!!! Bellu-up very soon….
Hawthorne suite is a nightmare the first night we were there a bottle of Bacardi came off the top shelf of the closet and hit me in the head while the guard was standing there and she's only 6 then later on the same night a mirror fell down on the wall and almost hit my boyfriend and on the third morning there while we were laying in bed this think started to overflow from the drain and I called management immediately and he asked us to leave saying that this stuff doesn't just happen as if we wanted to do this to enjoy ourselves not everybody that bored Hawthorne management.
Never ever stay at Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham in Green Bay. Normal rate is $79 for a Saturday night. If it's a Packers game weekend they rape you $250 a night! Plus $15 a night in case you use the room phone. Typical pathetic corporate money mongrels!
VERY disappointed in the Hawthorne Suites off of I-10 and Bluemel in San Antonio, TX. Been staying there for years and it has gone to pot. The sink leaked, took 2 days to fix it, the a.c. wouldn't work right, kept freezing up, room not cleaned, had to go ask for towels and then bag them ourselves (dirty ones). Had to change rooms one night because of a.c. Trash not emptied, waste basket in kitchen was bathroom size. Noise at night, people rattling my door handle @ 2 a.m.
