Yesterday 8/29 I had lunch in your Seal Beach restaurant. I waited over a half hour for a table. Once seated it took a long time for a waitress to take our order. We ordered potato skins and a chicken salad sandwich. While we waited for our food the waitress came to our table to explain the another waitress had taken the potato skins order to a different table and we would have to wait for a new ordered to be prepared. At the end of our meal I ordered the Chicken and Rib combo to go. The order was to consist of 1/2 chicken and ribs, a vegetable ( cream corn), mash potato, and parmesan bread. When I got home with the meal it was missing the cream corn, and the parmesan bread. I called the restaurant and spoke with George. He offered a pie to replace the missing items. He also tried to blame me for not checking the order. However, the order can packaged to our table, as were had to eat out side the wind was blowing things off the table. There should have been a quality check before the items were packaged to make sure all items were in the bag. I live a long way from your restaurant but over the years have made special trips to frequent your restaurant both in your old location and new location. I feel a more appropriate offer would have been to invite us back to the restaurant for a comped meal of equal or lessor value.
