  • I went to home depot with my friend last night and she bought 1,700.00 worth of stuff and wanted to buy a 600.00 Husky tool chest and told the check out woman and she said that she didn't handle that and went on checking the cart items so I went to customer service, lady said she would send someone, waited approx. 10 min. and the check out woman flagged a person whom helped us. BUT GET THIS my friend took took my brother today to buy another tool chest and it took two hours after purchase to get it brought out. The tool chest from the night before was still in the truck. The manager came out and said people steal stuff every day. WHAT??? RUDE!!! $2,300.00 for that treatment. She could not leave as it was paid for. Should I share this? its one button away…

  • HQ,
Please relay to the manager, Josh, and the entire main customer service pickup/return desk crew at 9969 W Camelback Road Phoenix, AZ 85037, (623) 772-1034, for an outstanding and exceptional job they did on 7 March 9, 2018. In short, I ordered a patio table that was assembled free in store, which I certainly appreciated. When I went to pick up the patio set that day, we found some minor scratches on some of the chairs. However, Josh went far beyond to make things right. I was very grateful. Next, upon loading the table in my truck, a couple of the cement top plates fell off the table and broke. Within hours, they called me to let me know they had found another table. At that time, we were not sure if there were any more tables left; being it was a clearance item. On 8 March 2018, they called and told me the new table had been assembled and was ready for pickup. There are certainly more positive matters surround this situation but the overall point is that the employees at this Home Depot are friendly, profeesional, and above all problem solvers.

  • WOW!! I should have looked at these UNSATISFIED customers, when spending all my money there.I bought a refrigerator model RF28HMEDBBC,thinking it was the black stainless steel that my wife wanted for christmas.but NO!! all three colors where $1,798.some how that number is different thenthe one I thought I ordered RF28HMEDBSG,WOW BBC-BSG WAS A $900 mistake, all three where same price.but since I signed that delivery guy did not put all the scratches, and some factory samsung dents,my home depo manager DAN from Oviedo store#287.after 4 and a half hours trying to get what I thought I ordered was going too take the one that I am not happy with, and charge me $700 to take back, and order the one I thought I ordered in the first place.sell has ended and now is 2,699.00.but they price match,so the $900.00 that I would save take away $700 to return,DAN the manager would pick up and order the $1,798.00 refrigerator that all three colors where same price.I spend alot of money there,NOT NOW!!should have read first because the customer of 20 years should be treated better.lowes is 2 red lights past,That is where I will be.putting new roof on after hurricane, lowes will take my money.HOME DEPO has no respect for loyal customers!!

This does not have any new info for me to try and find the correct order. I need the phone number that the order would have been under when it was purchased or a order number. I have no other way to verify proof of purchase with the vendor without that info. Also I need to know if you purchased it through this particulr store or if you happened to order it from another store. The card number will maybe help us to be able to look up the order info. Are you positive that it was purchased through Panama City Home Depot and not the one on the beach or Destin? Also if you have the phone number that you could provide me from that particular time frame I could possibly look it up with that as well. I do not remember if I would have used my Crestview phone number ( 850-682-7559 ) or (850-682-4831) or my cell phone inwhich i can not find that number. The flooring was bought in your store. I am waiting in my old credit card number from chase and the date it was bought. Purchase was made on 10-22-2010 in your store on twenty third street. Thanks

Good Morning Mrs. Lundy, I was able to locate the credit card statement that you dropped off. I have looked at it as well as my assistant manager and neither of us are able to locate that particular purchase. The only receipts that we are able to see with that credit card number are from 2008 and 2013. I know the statement shows a purchase on 10/11/2010 at Home Depot 6303 for $1,689.62. Unfortunately that is not much help for me to be able to look up the actual purchase which is what I have to have for the manufacturer to do the claim. I am not sure if you can contact the credit card company and get some kind of transaction ID number off of the purchase. The only possible way for me to look up an order that is more than 2 years old I have to have a combination of things. One thing is I have to know which store it was bought at, we know that it was bought at this store so that is not a issue. However I also need to have one of the following 3 things….the original order number, the original PO number OR the original phone number that the order was possibly purchased under. I have to use one of those 3 combinations to be able to look it up. Maybe the credit card company can tell you what phone numbers you had on file when you made that particular purchase. I have exhausted every possible method to look the order up and without that proof of purchase they will not warranty the claim. Please let me know if there is any other information that you could give that may help.

  • Not sure if anyone will answer me on here since nobody can in the store can seem to give me a straight answer. I am looking to purchase at 22kw whole house generator. They have it on the website for a great deal but no military discount is offered unless you purchase it from the store. I have a SKU number so why cant I go into the store, order it, and receive the 10% discount?

  • I am a 100% Disabled Veteran & I live in Casselberry,Fl. 9 months ago I had spoke with a Rep. from the local store to have some work done, not a whole lot. So after making an appointment they all came on a Sat. set up
their tent and out of a list of say 10 things – they completed 3.
We will be back next weekend, well it was around the holidays and I did not see anyone for 3 months. Finely the man with any talent showed up to
complete his task(Retired LTC Combat engineer USA retired).
As these 9 months plug away I get unannounced visits to try and complete another task – most to no avail. My living area has been in such disarray
That I had to cancel friendly functions and company in my home many times. Sure there were times that I had numerous Doctor app. or were not
feeling well, I am 100% Disabled w/ Multiple Sclerosis, Sleep Apnea and
    many other ailments.
Don't get me wrong, I am very grateful for what Home Depot has tried to
do for the last 9 going on 10 months and I won't even go into the damage
they have caused trying to complete some of their tasks.
I am sorry but this has been totally unacceptable, and If you could see what they have left to do. The common layman would laugh. !!!
I, on the other hand am not laughing, I am ashamed & disappointed in my
    local Casselberry – HOME DEPOT.
I expect someone from corporate HOME DEPOT to contact me in a timely fashion.
Tim Filer 407-353-8474 Under no circumstances is anyone from the Casselberry store allowed to contact me, or come to my home.

  • We purchased new granite countertops through Home Depot seven months ago and we are still waiting for the job to be completed satisfactorily. The contractors Home Depot used, Hoffman Kitchen and Bath in Tulsa, OK have botched the job up from the start. The first individual that they sent out, who was "teaching" a new employee put holes in our walls, installed the countertops incorrectly, did not seal the granite properly and left without rehanging the mirrors after telling us that it was not his job. The result is we have two countertops in our master bathroom that have no mirrors and side splashes and backsplashes. After asking for compensation for the inconvenience we have been forced to endure and to be advised as to when the contractors are going to return to correct the problem and finish the jobHome Depot has not returned our calls. My advice to anyone considering a remodel is to go to Lowe's or find a reputable contractor in your area, but whatever you do do NOT use Home Depot!

  • We went to the Home Depot store at 1880 N Bechtle Ave. Springfield Ohio 45504 and my husband was denied a military discount. He showed the cashier his DD214 and United States Veteran ID card, both times the cashier said she could not accept them. When I informed her the ID was issued by the State of Ohio and you could not receive one unless you served in the military, I was informed by her 'The state also issues driver license, but we do not accept them either'. Just what kind of ID does this store accept? We asked to speak to the manager and when he showed up he pulled up the Home Depot web site to show us what was accepted. The ID card was listed, but it showed a woman's picture on the card and he pointed to that and said ' see it does not match'. I pointed out to him the only difference was the picture. He then said 'out of the goodness of his heart he would allow the discount, but his time only'. We have never had a problem with other Home Depot stores and we will never shop at this store again, even though it is closer to us. Please train all your employees, and that includes managers, as to what your policies are. I await your response and consideration in looking into this matter.

  • We contracted with Home Depot on July 28th to renovate a kitchen, just cabinets, no floors and no appliances. They gave us a price and we were going to provide our own electrician and our own plumber. We got a call that the cabinets were ready and then we were asked, by the subcontractor who was going to do the patch work? I said what patch work? The long and short of it is that the sales person gave us a price and the subcontractor wanted more than the $3000.. You have 3 days legally to cancel the contract, but the problem is they told us a month out. I called the main headquarters and they were going to try and work this out. In the meantime I called the attorney general and was told to get a private attorney, they can not just add additional prices and the job didn't even get started. BUY BEWARE
