Highway 55 in Lugoff and Elgin has to really be the most untrained people I’ve ever seen. Rude, doesn’t know the products, walks away when trying to get answers, unaware of what’s on the app, says just because he’s hasn’t heard of it in three years must not be . What pathetic leaders at Highway 55
In the end poor service, unknowable staff will ruin the business and any chance of success. At one time these were good. Now it’s nothing extra and not good.
I work at high way55 in Waycross Georgia I don't think it's right that the assistant manager gets to waitress at the same time getting paid for manager when the waitress hours can be given to a employee bur instead that employee has to cook when they where highed for waitress

went to hwy 55 in jeffersonville, in tonight and had the worst experience.. got there at 705 pm and @ 8 pm got our food… we had to keep asking where our food. was.. our waitress said they had 2 new cooks and had a to go order and they were working on it.. the manager was talking for about 45 minutes to the guy that was waiting on the 2 go order.. when we finally received out order, i asked for a hamburger without cheese and of course i got a handburger with cheese, fries were cold.. my grandson got a blt and the bacon was so bunch up together that he could not get the bacon apart.. I believe the manager should have stopped conversing with the person waiting on the 2 go order and help the 2 new cooks.. they was only 1 other table of 2 that arrived after us.. we had a table of 4..
Horrible Experience: Today I ate at the Hwy 55 in Belhaven NC. It was the worst experience I've had in all the years of its existence. To start it all off, I believe I had a piece of raw hamburger on the paper in the basket. Then as I started eating, the hamburger was not done either. The person I had with me was also having the same issues, burger not done. We also go Onion Rings and Tater Tots which both tasted like they had been fried in old grease. They were strong to the taste and extremely greasy. Not only could we not eat our burgers because they were raw but the buns were so soggy they seemed WET. We couldn't eat our sides of Tater Tots or Onion Rings because of the horrible taste in the grease. Our waitress came to our table 2 times, Once to take our order and the other to deliver our food, never saw her again. Went up to pay, never got a ticket, wait staff all standing around and ticket couldn't be found. It was a horrible mess…… I have been a patron for years but after today's experience, it will be a long time before I go back to HWY 55 in Belhaven and pay $20+ dollars for horrible food. It won't happen again. Get this, there's not even a place on their website to send complaints.
Hwy 55 steel creek worst service have no ideal what in the Hell is going on. Called in @ 2pm got their @ 220 only made half of order because I ordered Andy's combo all the way so they didn't cook it be cause he didn't know what all the way was. I had to show him a picture in the menu and had wait another 20 minutes while the other food got cold they could have went ahead and cooked it then put toppings on when I got their. What really made me mad he stopped on my order to fix a couple hot dogs for a another customer. This is the third time and the last time I will eat their. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.Three strikes your out.
Highway 55 in Spartanburg, South Carolina @ Cedar Springs is also poorly run by management. They have lost a loyal customer in my family. Management and staff need to be trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a problem with fries and onions coming out with burgers and NO ONE seemed to care. When we were ready to leave and believe me after watching Manager and staff be so un-professional, we were ready to go. The waitress seemed to be struggling to figure out how to make change. Won't go back to this location.
The Hwy 55 in Richlands, NC was also one of the worst run businesses in the world. Very poor service and very clueless on how to run a place of establishment. Waited 15 minutes standing in front of the cash register to place an order and then once we were finally acknowledged and took our order, we waited another 15 minutes or more and order was still not ready. An order of fries ONLY! Worst Hwy 55 EVER experienced in my life! Employees were very clueless on what was going on around them. This place needs lots of help possibly beyond help!
