I need someone to call me asap have a huge complaint against the Florence SC store highway 55. it’s against the owner Tina.
We anxiously awaited the opening of our store in Lenoir, NC. Finally appeared to be open so my family and I decided to go. When we pulled into the parking lot we found it was just a soft opening for the families of staff (training purposes). Disappointed but we understood and started to leave when a manager stopped us and said since it was early and they were still a little slow she invited us in where we received incredible service and great food. A fantastic experience and they didn’t even have to. We were perfectly content to come back another day. Hats off to the Lenoir team for offering up a surprisingly pleasant experience and courtesy like it was 40 years ago.
