  1. Will never stay at another IHC property again. Checked into a filthy room and after being told that there was not another room that they could give me because they were overbooked, I watched attendant check in another guest who had just made a reservation from the parking lot. They are putting lives at risk and don't even seem to care. Front desk manager and hotel manager very unprofessional.

     
  2. I bought a Holiday Inn Club Vacation package for $249. Every time I've tried to use it there is some sort of stipulation as to why I cannot book it for the time requested. This particular package has a limited time of use, usually about a year. My year is almost up and I still have not been able to use it. This really disappoints me because I have been a Gold Elite member of IHG. This year along I’ve stayed at various IHG locations for over 20 days and sometimes recompensing multiple rooms. Please do not sign up for this package I believe it is a SCAM! I have reported it to the BBB and I am yet waiting for someone from corporate to call me.

    After staying the last 25 years at the Mark Hopkins in San Francisco Ca
    I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a manager to return my call! There is no corporate office number to call! They DON'T CARE!!!!

     
  4. The middle of August, I booked a suite at the Holiday INN Express in Fairmont, WV., for Sept. 5. Arriving to check in, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled the day before. Naturally, we did not cancel our reservation and then drive 3 hours to claim it. Someone with my name and confirmation number used this information or gave it to someone else. It was a very shabby and unethical thing to do. I can never trust a reservation again.

     
  5. i AM EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED IN THE CROWNE PLAZA IN SAN PEDRO CALIFORNIA!!!!!! I BOOKED A ROOM ON JULY 5th. I REQUESTED A WAKE UP CALL FOR EIGHT O'CLOCK THE NEXT MORNING.NO CALL… I WAS THERE FOR MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING!!!!!THEREFORE WITH NO CALL IT MADE ME LATE. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK. THEY SAID THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY REQUEST FOR A WAKE UP CALL. i WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND i WILL POST IT ON fACEBOOK TO INFORM EVERYONE OF YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. JULY 11th 2013
