This company plays games with its customers. I have been trying to get my refund for over a month. Customer service is full of liars and offer no resolution to your problems.
please, please, please, post your customer service HOURS!! I have been on hold twice this morning, for 15 minutes each time. When do you answer calls??? It would be nice to be told when reaching the customer service recording the hours when you will be receiving calls. SO FRUSTRATING!!! I have been looking online for hours, I saw the message that you will have longer hours on June 30th. But what time can we begin to call in the morning???
