we just went to a LA Quinta in Meridian on 1400 Roebuck Dr. in Mississippi. I was grossly disappointed it was the worst dump I have ever seen. the receptionist was disgusting
the place filthy and my husband got a room and I was horribly upset. But once in the room I could taste the smoke. I am prone to migraines and get sick from smoke and ta boot, the febreeze sprayed in there was enough to kill a person.
If that was not bad enough you employees sneered at me and told us they could not refund our money. One of the beds had sunk in the middle. It was not cheap and it was the worst place I have even seen. I love LA Quinta. we are from Texas and I cannot tell you that not only did we lose cash on our trip but I am no longer sure what type of caliber you are now going after.
we are so grossly disappointed. As a previous Prison worker for the state and my husband retired military we feel very dishonored. I have had to ingest my medication as the breeze made me ill and the background smoke I could taste. I taste that stuff.
I would like a refund, please. I will call and we are not done. We are sad you are allowing your fun and what was wonderful go down in this manner. This LA Quinta reminds me of a super cheap place that is totally and completely scummy.
Horrible customer service I have been trying to get reimbursed since Sept 28th and going around in circles with different phone numbers and reference numbers provided and emails going no where. Just received an email from 4037frontdesk@gmail.com telling me I am not eligible for my refund. When I spoke with Ms. May on the 28th she communicated with her manager and agree to refund due to Hurricane and flooding. I stay at La Quinta every year and will not recommend to anyone if this is what we have to go through for the $124.45 credit. Cancellation Number: 88722EE001793X. When you look for corporate phone number it provides you 1-214-492-6600 that goes fast busy that too isn’t working… I don’t want another reference number provided I want the credit due to me.
We are traveling with our service dogs..who are trained by wolfhounds legacy. These service dogs are medical trained 1 for mobility and the other is trained for sight and mobility. I am the president of wolfhounds legacy and train service dogs. We were informed by krystal at the counter we were not allowed to take the service dogs over by the food. This mobility service dog is the same as a walker, wheel chair..this service dog was denied access to the food area. Same as mine..when i asked krystal why, she stated no dogs allowed even service dogs. We left to get coffee elsewhere..however, we always stay and recommend la quinta to all out students, graduates. I am very disappointed since my own service dog was denied and i to have a letter from my doctor. These were not on line service dog papers or credentials. Please contact me asap
Stayed at the San Diego Zoo location Hotel Circle San Diego on Nov 10th.
Had called and reserved what I thought was a Handicap accessible suite. What I was given was a small room with no chair and the distance between the bed and dresser does NOT allow for a mechanical wheel chair to get past and into the restroom. Restroom nice and large but if a handicaped person cant get to restroom then it is NOT ADA compliant. I went to front desk to complain, had to pay extra for parking (Even though using handicap room). The new room was exceptible as far as space. But the lamp on table has a 3 way lamp but not using 3 way bulbs. So a flicker unless you hit switch 2 times. (Had to track down maintenance to find this out). No key to be able to lock up valuables in either room. The "night wanna be manager" Was very rude. Charged me extra $50 for "Incidentals" I asked what this is she said well if you make noise etc and i need to call security that is what it is.
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was much happier. I couldn't sleep due to the A/C's not working correctly. I worked 30 years in the A/C -Refrigeration field and thought this very unexceptible. I will probably not return to this property in future. I do get down to San Diego at least once a year and will look elsewhere and probably pay a little more for a better room. Motel 6 has better rooms than the first room given to us.

June 26 27 28 2021, departing June 29, We have been staying at La Quinta, 1900 Center Street, Campaign IL. Cleaning service is non existent and has been for 3 nights.. There's no phone in Room 118 to call front desk. We've had to get towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper from the front desk. Waste baskets are overflowing. Tub shower sprays water on the floor.
We complained twice. Tonight, our third night we were told we should "call the front desk" before 9:30 pm the night before we want a room cleaned and beds made. No one said this at check in, but there is a typewritten notice on an 8×11" paper. Not prominent and no verbal communication! Why is a hotel open with the expectation the guest will handle cleaning duties or report in by 9:30 am to beg for the room to be cleaned. We're on vacation. We don't return to the hotel until 10:30 pm. This LaQuinta deserves a minus 5 rating for cleanliness and customer service. Corporate office will be notified of tne appalling conditions.
Mercedes, TX LA Quinta has an employee by the name of Andy very unprofessional speaking of guest at the hotel front desk for others to listen on his opinions of the guest. Never once did he apologize or care to recognize his stupidty.
After spending the day at Six Flags 3/09/2021, my family and I were too tired to drive back home so we decided to rent a room for the night @ 10:30 p.m.. We found this one, once getting in the room we needed to ask a question since we weren't prepared for a over night trip and needed toothbrushes and other items. We tried calling down stair and the phone in the room wasn't connected nor did it work, so we googled thinking this was our location to stay a front desk personal said they had some (tooth brushes) for free down stair, but then to realize our La Quinta charged $2.00 for them. The next morning I went down to get what i needed and get some breakfast at 8:15 a.m. and there was a sign at the door stating " Only One Person In The Kitchenet At A Time" and as I waited to go in because there were voices in there and the persons weren't coming out, I looked in to find one of the ladies that worked the front desk the night before and guest talking in there and I had to go around to heat my food because they weren't leaving. I finally was able to sit to eat to hear that the kitchen was closing at 8:30 a.m.! My family hadn't gotten to eat and I told the lady from Columbia and only reason I know this because she told the guest where she was from. I asked the lady if the kitchen was really closing so quick, she said" yes, because it's been open since 6:30a.m." I told her we were from out of town and gotten in late and she walked off. I called my family to come get coffee and something for my grandbaby to eat since the coffee marker in the room didn't come with coffee to make. The lady asked me if I was going to eat anymore? I said ye in a bit since this all happened in 15 minutes! There was a half piece of biscuit left behind! and for the money I spent for two beds to sleep in only is ridiculous! I will not recommend this location to anyone! Also when one reads the printed out letter posted across from elevators about quiet times and to have respect for those that work in the medical fields and truckers also for the staff, how about us educators that are also under stress? This short trip didn't help at all!! I also have pictures.

federal way, washington.- laquinta, was great. the staff was more then accommodating and addressed our concerns right away! Megan, the front desk and Edgar, the manager went above and beyond expectations to make us comfortable for our stay. Rooms were clean. Very friendly staff. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future!

At the La Quinta Inn Germantown, Memphis, TN, I had an interaction with a “Cheyenne” at the front desk that can only be described as the worst I have ever encountered at any hotel. Rude, disrespectful, unable to grasp basic concepts and then refused to check me in when I told her I am a doctor at the hospital and there might be a reservation for me. She considered this comment “disrespectful” to her personally for some bizarre reason. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never stay at another La Quinta Inn.
