  • Recently I purchased Queen Size Serta with an adjustable electric bed frame (Which I was talked into for $800+!) At the Middleburg Hts. Store where I had purchase a few thousand dollars worth of furniture in the past! I kept telling the sales person I didn't need to have a a Simmons for $1800, a Sterns and Foster for $2000 and didn't need an $800 frame like that! He took me to the Serta for $1200 which I was able to get a $300 discount! Wooo!
    We agreed on getting a mattress cover that protects the mattress and extends the warranty. We did not get "The Pillow!" They delivered the bed and it needed time to expand. The frame was installed and was extremely high but I didn't think much of it. I ended up not liking the bed and I tried the adjustable frame and realized I'd never use it! I called to have it taken back in less than 24 hours and was refused! One reason was I did not get the pillow with the mattress cover! What? At no time was I told all sales are final and it was "Store Policy". I asked to speak to the manager and he was mostly silent with the only words he had to say were "Store Policy". I wrote a complaint to the corporate offices with no reply! I never even slept in the bed after that out of complete resentment! Beware of their back stabbing ethics! I am looking to file a class action suit againt Levin's furniture trap!

  • Yes, terrible furniture and customer service! After less than a year on of pcs of our sectional broke waited 4 months to replace and now it makes a noise everytime lift up on recliner everytime!! Cushions sink in, sad part is still paying on it. Wrote to corporate and nothing from them!!! Never by furniture from Levin!!

  • Poor quality furniture and lack of customer service. Shame on you for taking peoples hard earned money and providing them with garbage furniture.
