  • Over the years, I have seen enough commercials that aggravate me at best and disgust me at worst. But i'm taking a couple of moments here out of my busy schedule to bluntly tell you that I think your company's commercial with the bank guard who says he only monitors robberies in a bank but doesn't intervene – while frightened customers are lying on the floor – isn't just disgusting: it's SICK!! I truly hope that unless you withdraw this commercial, that your company goes outright bankrupt, since clearly your judgment and values about what you're going to put in a commercial are MORALLY bankrupt already.

  • They took $275.00 out of my checking account. That action made me have insufficient funds. That cost an additional $34.00. Customer "service" said (after the 4th person); that they would refund ALL of my money. This is after the "discussion" about me receiving notice that they were billing me. NEVER GOT IT!!! By the way, when I joined, it was $110.00 per year,,,,,,,,DON'T DO IT!!! IT'S A TRICK!!!! I asked "customer service" where the corporate offices were……She was not allowed to tell me……They stole my money, and then lied when they said that they would pay it back. "customer service" said " Oh, I'm sorry, once they decline payment, there is nothing we can do" They need MY $34.00???? I will cause them more than $34.00 worth of problems!!!!

  • I would like to say that my life lock account isn't helping me much. The information I am getting when I call in isn't accurate and they give me accurate information after the fact, two months later to be exact. I told them I wanted my online access to life lock, locked because someone is hacking to every online account I have including my government accounts. They are just now letting me know it can't be locked two months later. Same with the credit monitoring, they give me accurate info 2 months later and it is costing me an opportunity to buy a home. They don't seem to care when I call in about it so I am going to do some investigating and may cancel, never to return.l

  • I was going to open an account with you and now I am not since you dropped Rush. I am a 70 year old female and was listening the day the Sandra topic came up….I thought nothing of it. The Democrats say worse about Republicans. I will continue to listen to Rush and see if he takes you back. Shame on your company.

  • Very dissapointed since I was about to establish an account with your company. I have listened to Rush since his show started,and yes I have a Masters Degree. I hope you retink your position and when you do, I will open that account.

  • Boycott LifeLock and those who dropped Rush.

    In the past I and my family tried to do business with sponsors of Rush Limbaugh to show our support of him. Now we will make it a point not to do business with the sponsors who bailed on Rush. Most of my crowd is saying the same thing.
