Lifetime Las Vegas NV Customer Service

Rated 1.0 out of 5

Not adhering to Corporate Policy allowing members to date within same department and then harassing a team member for interjecting comments at a meeting and holding it against them, taking hours away from them, treating team members non equally is horrible. Vegas has a problem in Summerlin it honestly needs to be revamp with all managers as the GM does not see what he should beware and be selective on who joins Lifetime is discriminating.

You need to have a secret Corporate person in the gym to see what’s happening especially when you have valuable team members who don’t get recognized for being loyal to Lifetime and look into the Kid’s area it’s not run correctly nor do the supervisor know what the hell they are doing, lot’s of favoritism going on especially is your the right color…Violation Department of Labor Laws in NV can get Lifetime a fine, and investigation started if this behavior continues and the kids zone needs to be TOP notch in knowing how to deal with Special Needs children not toss them in a corner because dump supervisor or team member refuses to deal with them and let’s other kids bully them (that unacceptable). Time for CORPORATE to investigate what is actually going on with your clubs as Lifetime reputation is going to the DOGS.. Plus your department manager for Kids honestly does not know how to do her job professionally far too much favoritism, the well to do members children get away with not adhering to rules, run it right or close it up if you can’t do the JOB being equal to all workers and children then it time to leave and find a professional skilled person who can have an OPEN MIND to run the children center correctly and have all members trained correctly equally, it’s a shame you put children of all ages at risk..

LifeTime Sugar Land TX Issue

Rated 2.0 out of 5

Too hot in the swimming pool area! My experience with Lifetime and overall I like it a lot, but in Sugar Land TX, Hw-6, the swimming pool area is so hot and humid.

Since this month, the outside temperature has been so cool, but the employees do not open the door to let the cool air in to cool down the inside temperature.

I respected the place, so not try to do anything wrong.

Please look into this issue.

Lifetime Fitness Sterling VA

My company has a corporate membership with Lifetime Fitness in Sterling, VA, Reston VA, and Gainesville VA. The agreement is if my company employees do not use the gym a minimum of 2 times then we are charged a fee of $150.00 instead of $70 On three separate occasions I was overcharged 3 times. I had to deal with Jamar at the Sterling location who is simply rude. Each time I tried to let him know I was there no less than 2 times he stated you need to check your app to make sure you have been signed in. I even asked them to take a look at their security cameras to see the times that I came. Basically, my word/ my Lifetime Fitness App is against the system at Lifetime Fitness. Called corporate to to Steve he was just as arrogant and rude as Jamar and stated he would email me a cancellation notice to cancel, my membership that is all he could do. Neither Steve or Jamar offered anything to help solve the situation or anything. I was honestly blown away. I have already written a Yelp review and intend to go to the BBB to file a complaint.

LifeTime Fitness is Punishing Silver Sneakers Members

Rated 1.0 out of 5

Since this company was unable to retrieve more money from our Health ins. company you are punishing members by changing hours on when we can enter the L.T. I know you were hoping we would quit and it would be over with but no we came back and had to wait till 9:30 a.m. to enter the gym, you’re hrs. for us. This morning was a nightmare, reserving a spot for classes is useless, and we lost our reservation because the class starts at 9:30 it’s not like you are not getting paid any money for us to join your club you do, but you want more to cover your new building remodeling, new roof, new a/c, new pickle ball court, and all the security cameras installed. I hope you never get old enough where you’re not discriminated against again but you will. This will come back and bite you in the butt. The Forringer who founded this company doesn’t care as long as his money comes in. We are the highest attendees for L.T. and they could care less. So continue to downgrade us it might backfire.

Expansion of LTF

I Love Lifetime in Beachwood Ohio, but traveling to the Eastside from the far west makes it very challenging, especially in the winter season. Are there any plans to Build on the Westside of Cleveland, say, Strongsville, Parma, North Olmstead, North Ridgeville, and Brecksville areas would love it more if there was another club on the Westside of Cleveland Ohio. If one were on the west side, I believe it would surpass Beachwood in several ways.
