Although the products are good, once you open the caps, they will not close. Unless you correct the packaging of these products, I will no longer buy them. This is not a fluke…it has happened on all purchases.
I have loved the Feria line if hair color but recently I decided to try the new "Red Velvet" color. I absolutely loved the color and it was true to box picture…unfortunately after just a week the vibrant red tones were gone and it left it a dull brown color. Figured maybe a fluke I waited a few weeks and true the "Intense Medium Violet" and again absolutely loved it. I was then kinda super pi*@y when in less then two weeks all of the violet coloring is gone AND it left my hair 3 different shades of brown that range from dark brown all the way to dark blonde. And I don't mean some strands are dark brown and some other strands are dark blonde…i mean from root to tip I have 3 colors. I am 37 and have dyed my hair since I was 15 using mostly Ferria colors so I'm positive it's not my hair. Anyone else had this issue, need to recolor but kinda gun shy about sticking with the brand if I'm going to have to keep redoing every two weeks
Why do you always have to change a good product just for the sake of change. I used your double extend mascara for years. Now you have changed the formula. It does not extend to the end of lashes as well and it clumps. I don't like the way it removes off your eyes like spindles. Also if your eye gets a little moist, the mascara starts to do the same. Bring back the old double extend.
I see you have discontinued Loreal HEALTHY LOOK Hair Colour. I found this product to be excellent ! Do you have plans for a similar replacement ?

ON 06/21/2013 I PURCHASED AN ITEM: MASCARA (POWER VOLUME 24H) AT THE NEAREST WALMART IN ELK GROVE, CA 95757 SKU 007124922454. IT WAS UNTIL AFTER OPENING THE PRODUCT AND THREW THE BOX INTO WALMART TRASH BIN AND PUT THE PRODUCT INTO MY PURSE. THE NEXT DAY I TRIED OUT THE MASCARA THINKING IT WAS GOING TO GIVE ME VOLUME, WELL IT WAS DISAPPOINTING THAT WHEN I APPLIED THE PRODUCT ONTO MY LASHES IT WAS: CLUMPY, MADE MY LASHES STICK TOGETHER, MADE MY LASHES LOOK CROOKED, IT DRIED UP WAY TOO FAST AND I CHOSE THE NONE WATER PROOF ITEM. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WAS SO NOT SATIFIED AND WAS LET DOWN THAT I COULD NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT AFTER I THREW THE PACKAGE AWAY BUT I STILL HAVE THE RECEIPT AND PRODUCT. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY TO PURCHASE ANOTHER, I JUST LOST BUT $6.97. FOR WOMEN WHO LIKE TO WEAR THE PRODUCT MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE PACKAGE. YOUR PRODUCT SUCKS
Purchased Maybelline (Division of L'Oreal) Master Drama by Eye Studio for $7.99. I LOVED IT. Until it was gone after a week. Customer service appologized and sent me a coupon. I bought another one hoping the first was a fluke. I drew a simple line on my top lids each day for a week and the product was gone, again.
How can a company think this is acceptable?
I like the True Match blush. I like the produce, however, the packaging is very cheaply made. The lid broke off the first week I had it; returned to store for a replacement and that broke too.

The product is the L`oreal Extra Intense Liquid Eyeliner, the product itself is great however, there is NO way to sharpen the tip so you basically spend $9.00 on the product only to be able to use a handful of times. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
