    "WORST DEALER EVER! "My buying experience was horrible at this dealer my boyfriend went in for a Mazda cx5 back in March, they qualified him than a week later they called him back because "he had forgotten to sign a paper" when we went in they asked him for more money because the bank didn't approve so I returned the car. We decided to give them another chance because he really wanted the CX5 and he called the previous sales man Rob my boyfriend called him 5 times and we never got a call back. They had offers of 90 day no payment, 500 visa credit card. When I asked the new sales man since Rob was so busy he said that it wasn't worth it because regardless I would pay for the visa credit. We then asked for the 90 day as advertised they said it depended on my credit. The price for this car was even more then the one I had previously gotten and it was the same one. I was there till midnight signing papers meanwhile Andy from financing kept calling me "MA" while smacking his gum. I didn't even recieve any of there special promotions. Yesterday I had to go back because the Bluetooth audio and the aux cable is not working properly David took it to the back and came back and said it was working fine. When I went to test it out with him it wasn't working and he said he was going to take it back. We waited for more then 30 mins and he came back and gave us a number to technical support and told us that if it didn't work then to call the dealer to set up and appt with them. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR A WEEK AGO AND NOW I HAVE TO CALL. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. If this car is so new why can't you just offer to fix it or do something about it there in the dealer instead of calling technical support. the only thing the sales man did was fill the gas for me and he's concern was CAN I COUNT ON YOU TO GIVE ME 10'S IN THE SURVEY. HELLLL NO you can't count on me to GIVE YOU 10'S THIS IS THE WORST DEALER EVER. I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO MY WORST ENEMY. RIPPPPOFFF!!!!!!!!!

    Miata and now he has not answered several calls or emails. I bought 2 cars from that dealer there will be no third,Very diappointed

     
  • I wish I knew how to get hold of someone higher than customer service, because customer service don't take the problem far enough. Here's the problem I paid for splash guards, but was told that they were on back order, Ok fine, but no one contacted the manufacture to find out when the supplier will have these available, any help would be nice, can reach me at rk67668@gmail.com

    • Many huge corporations have no customer service, and you can't talk to them–my fridgidaire fridge is almost made out of cardboard, falling a part in all doors,all compartments,even plastic slabs fall apart!!its not very old,it was new,i will never buy a new fridge,or a fridgidaire, again–only old fridges!!everything new falls apart,curse China.CURSE CHINA–may they all get the gambling bug, and lose it all to gambling!!(Chinese always loved gambling, even lost businesses.)You wanta make money off Chinese?get them gambling a lot.–espec. men.–they will bet every thing they own.–i'm not joking.

  • Anyone that has bought a brand new car from Mazda; did they pay for your tags and registration? I have had a HORRIFIC experience and of course now I can't get ahold of anyone when I need to. I am calling the Corporate office tomorrow and see if I have better luck. Then getting some legal counseling. I have no other option. Its been a whole month of stress, repeated visits to the dealer and a lot of mess ups!! Please let me know if your tags and reg were covered with the purchase.     • Me Disgruntled: I too when for leasing and got hosed .I cancelled the contract, stop payment on one of the checks, lower my insurance amounts and never took possession of vehicle because once you leave their curb, the problems begin.

  • My name is Berthold Meltz. I live in Puerto Rico. On february 2013 my wife and I purchased a used 2008 Mazda CX9. The vehicle have corrosion on the tailgate door. The vehicle was manufactured on 04/08. The 2008 Warranty Information (Anti-Perforation Limited Warranty) says about the corrosion: 1. WARARNTY: "The warranty period is for the first 60 months (regardless milage) from the earlier date of either retail delivery or first use of the Mazda Vehicle. During the warranty period, this warranty is transferable to subsequent owners".

    Since it could take months to the delivery of the vehicle from Japan to the United States (the vehicle was first bought in the United States and them imported to Puerto Rico), there could be a possibility that the vehicle is still covered by the warranty. Three weeks ago I went to Puerto Rico's Flagship Mazda Kennedy dealer and toll them about the situation. They told me that they will set a meeting to deal with the situation, since they could not tell me anything about the warranty, even having the vehicle's VIN NUMBER, PLATE NUMBER etc., etc., etc.. On Tuesday, August 6th, 2013 I sent a letter via email to Mr. Carlos Cruz, General Manager a Flagship Mazda Kennedy dealer (cruiz@bellagroup.com) telling him that his dealer should take action as soon as possible regarding the vehicle's manufacturing date (04-08), because there could be a possibility that the warranty could still cover the vehicle. On Wednesday, August 7, 2013, I sent Mr. Ruiz an email asking what does he think about the situation and reminded him that I will like Flagship Mazda Kennedy to issue and send me a Certificate telling if the vehicle is stiil covered or not by the warranty. I also reminded Mr. Ruiz, that Flagship Mazda Kennedy should provide me the evidence on were they got the information regarding the vehicle's anti-corrosion warranty, and to send me a copy, so I can verify it.   • I purchased a Mazda 2 on March 26, 2013 and 1 week later your offered a rebate of $1000.00 which would have helped me considerably since I am on a fixed income. When I contacted your customer service line to see if I have any way of qualifying for this rebate your representative was rude and less than helpful or considerate.     • Don't like your tv ad with the girl flying using a red balloon. very irresponsible! all it takes is one kid who can't or doesn't read your miniscule disclaimer at the bottom of the screen, to do something imitating her and get killed. i hope you're more responsible with the safety features on your vehicles. regardless, i will never buy a mazda product bc of this. it isn't even a good ad. wake up!
