  • this company is a rip off. they do not back their product and I have been given the run around since october. unprofessional, money grabbers.

IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT REDUCE ITEMS WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL 25% DISCOUNT, WELL MK REPRESENTATIVES INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING ON MY PART, NOT THAT SAID STATEMENT IS MISLEADING!!! AND EVERYTIME I CALLED I GOT THE SAME ANSWER…..OH AND BEST OF ALL THE SURVEY DOESN'T WORK SO YOU ARE UNABLE TO RATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU JUST DEALT WITH!!!

  • I purchased two items using a gift card. I got an email the next day that the items werent available (even though they are still on the website). I was told I would get an egift card in return. I have called over 10 times trying to get this gift card. I even got a call saying I would have it (four days after initial contact). It has now been two weeks and I still do not have my gift card. A gift card is like cash and I should have gotten one back within 24 hours of the email about the items not being available. I have never been so frustrated with a retailer before.

    • Wow, I see that NOTHING with the company has changed. I have a very recent and similar situation. The MK online shopping experience is TERRIBLE!!! Lesson learned – NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THE MK site.

  • I have tried 3 times to contact you. I have a story you might like to hear.
    I am a 75 year old retired teacher who has a foot problem-but I love shoes. A few months ago I saw your royal blue Fulton moc at a store in a town about 50 miles away. Love at first sight but I resisted!

    When I got home I looked on line for some green shoes and your lime green one popped up. I had to have it. But would it fit? So I drove back 50 miles to try on blue shoe to find correct size. Then I ordered online green, .yellow, and the blue. pairs. They came and the yellow was more gold and blue was a medium blue. Not my royal blue.

    I went online to Belk and found a blue and a pink. Now I had 5 pairs stashed under my bed. Shoes had arrived every day. I had a really hard time explaining what was going on. I sent back blue( it was not my royal blue) and gold to Michael Kors company. Then I called store 50 miles away and got my royal blue shoes!!! And went to Macy's and got turquoise ones, too. A few weeks later I finally gave in and got red ones from Zappos

    Two weeks ago my only grandchild got his Eagle Scout award in Boca Raton and this proud grandmother wore my royal blue Michael Kors Fulton moc to the ceremony. I looked great!!

    Upon leaving the church , I was getting into the back seat of my daughter's car when somehow she thought I was in and I wasn't. She ran over my toes 3 times!!! We went to a Trauma Center. One shoe off and one shoe on. We were quite a sight-I was laughing , my daughter crying. Soon everyone there knew about us!(It was a slow night!) After seeing 3 nurses, a doctor, and an X-ray tech the verdict was reached. My toes were just mashed, smashed, and bright red and white but not broken. But where was my shoe? We found it in the car. Unblemished-the M.K. emblem completely intact. And I firmly believe the M. K. medallion kept my toes from being hurt!

  • Many companies do their best to hide their corporate contact information in layer after layer of web pages. Also, they make you navigate frustrating phone trees just to reach a live person.

    CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com is dedicated to make those numbers front and center and easy to find. We also provide helpful tips to actually reach a live person without going through 5 or 6 steps of phone messages.

    This is not true – I have left numerous messages with customer service reps, to no avail, did I get any call backs. When I call the corporate office all you get is a message to put in the extension or dial 0-which is just a recording with no call back.

    It is very unfortunate that a business runs like this.

  • I contacted customer service in Oct regarding a replacement tassel for my purse. After dozens of back/forth – I was told a credit would be issued (I returned the purse and was told a replacement tassel was impossible). It is now Feb and I can't seem to get anyone to help me out. Is it MK policy to ignore product quality issues?
