  • stayed at Microtel in Harrisonburg, VA. Clerk was helpful. Room was clean. However I forgot to pack my Kindle as I used it the morning of the 15th before I took a shower. I got home that day & it was not in my overnite case. I left it on the bed which of course was not checked as I was leaving. I called the motel several time & they could not find it. I know for a fact it was in the room. I have never had a problem in all the years of traveling, once or twice things were left behind & returned. I will not recommend this establishment to other visitors…

  • The microtel inn and suites in jacksonville, fl is a bad business the manager BEN does not treat his employees fairly. Its sad when u have guest seeing him high on Weed and not making sure the hotel is ran correctly. The hotel does not have clean sheets. Last time in stayed I heard Ben the manager talk to his employee so bad… I really hope they fire him..I will never spend my money on that hotel again…. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER….

  • worst hotel ever! york maine microtel is a joke, the manager is rude and stupid and the cleaning staff doesnt even know how to do their job. i even overheard a cleaning lady talking about one of their customers in a negative way. pool feels slimy and looks cloudy. i'd rather sleep in a tent then go back there again. don't waste your money!

  • I seriously doubt I will ever stay in the Microtel in Marietta, OH again. After 3 stays and requesting AND GETTING my request for the same room for the 2 last stays, I was told a couple of days ago that they cannot reserve a specific room for a customer. This is the email I received:

    Thank you for your email. I am sorry that you feel our policy is wrong. A request is a request, not a guarantee. If a guest request something and they are not told in advance that the establishment will do its utmost but cannot guarantee the request is not following the correct professional way of doing business. It is our goal to make each guest totally satisfied with their stay, not to promise something that the hotel might not be able to perform.

    This tells me there is a performance problem when last year I requested a specific room and was given the reservation for that room TWICE but now I cannot request that particular room. The hotel is busy with traveling business men but has NEVER been full the 3 times I stayed there (1st time was given a room I ultimately didn't like; picked one I did like but now they won't let me request that room. Not to worry. I found a much better place to stay in Marietta .

  • The worst hotel experience I ever had. There was dead bugs in our room. the bathrooms was nasty and the manager was a but hole. We had a microwave and refrig. in the room but the kids could not bring their breakfast from downstairs up in the room. I called corporate and made a huge complain. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. IT'S THE WORST HOTEL IN LINTHICUM, MARYLAND.

  • My stay there was horrid! paid over 100.00 for a single night because of indoor pool access. There were people poolside with CASES of beer using profanity and my children did NOT get to swim the entire stay. Then the hotel worker took a towel away from my son and stated if we needed more towels to find the maid working our floor and she would give it to us! There was also a dirty washcloth hanging over our shower rod with a used bar of soap in the bathroom! The entire experience here was the HORRID! We waited in a long line for breakfast (like 35 mins) and before we even got up to the food the worker came in and started clearing everything out, my family waited for nothing and had to go our for breakfast. I have e mailed and called corporate numbers with NO responces and NO one ever answers the phone! Just terrible all the way around!

  • We recently stayed at the Microtel Inn in Eagan, MN the week of Nov 21 thru the morning of the 24th. Was not pleased as soon as we got there our 9 year old daugher was so excited to stay at a hotel she was being nosey and decided to unzip the pillow that was on her bed and found 4 hypodermic needles. Brought the pillow downstairs to the lady behind the desk showed her the pillow with the needles inside and insisted on getting different pillows. I asked her to please notify management what we found. Heard nothing from mgmt. Every night we went back to the hotel we checked our bedding and pillows. Not a pleasant experience. We don't travel much so you will understand how disappointing this experience was for my family. Someone really needs to let housekeeping know that once someone checks out to thoroughly check the rooms from head to toe especially the pillows that have zippers on them. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER>

  • We just stayed at Microtel in Roseville Mich.l will not stay there again.room was in bad shape and I took pics to send to corporate.And microwave was disgusting and frig was way over due to be defrosted.

  • BRIDGEPORT SUPER 8 MANAGER IS A FAT B###H!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!! She must eat all the food before 8 so nobody else can eat!! Share fatty!!!

  • I stayed at one of your establishments and was very dissatisfied with the room and also the maintenance of it. The hot breakfast was nothing but a joke for a breakfast. I will never stay at one of your establishments ever again because of the experience I have had.
