  • One of your delivery men literally opened my door, closed it and then rang the bell. It was the wrong address. Who does this?????

  • I tried calling your riverbank store and was treated rudely from the start of the call. The kid on the other line did not want to answer my questions and when he did he was rude and snapped back at me. I placed my order and wasn't asked if that was it. So I said I want extra ranch, cheese and paper plates and he responded to me with you'll get it. I said make sure because last time you guys forgot. He then yelled to where the person sitting next to me heard him yelling. I Said You'll Get It! And hung up on me. I called right back and asked to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager and gave me a different name. I called back today and that same kid answered I asked for the manager again and he proceeded to tell me that he was the manager, and their was nothing he could do gave me a third name, and hung up on me again when I asked for a corporate phone number….I will never order from them again. And no one else in riverbank should either……rude and unprofessional

  • I was in your Madera (Cleveland Ave.)location on November 3. It was a Saturday afternoon and not really very busy with the exception of the 16-18 person party in a private room. all in all there were only about 8 people total in the dining room. We waited over 45 minutes for our pizza and found that even others who had ordered larger orders behind us were being fulfilled. My niece (there were just three in our party) went to ask about our order. It was supposed to me a 10" Pikes Peak pizza, a mini pizza with ham, mushrooms and olives, chicken wings and a salad bar plus three drinks. We told the girl at the counter three different times it was to be a 10" pizza. She even told us the final time oh that's right you said that.

When the order finally arrived the pizza looked much bigger but I didn't have a ruler so I didn't think much of it. After we were almost done eating one of the girls said you know the bill seemed awful big for what we ordered. I looked at the bill and said you are right she charged us for a large instead of a small. A difference of $9.00 more. The bill was almost $54.41. When I brought it to the attention of the girl who took the order. She said oh your right my fault. But there is nothing we can do you ate the pizza. I said actually they did not finish it because it more than they had planned to eat. But it still your fault you took the order and you are now even admitting it. I said I need to talk to your manager. She said she's busy in the back. I said are you refusing for me to talk to your manager? She rolled her eyes at me and said wait. She came back and said the manager is too busy and cant come out. But she said it's your fault you ate the pizza and should have told us sooner.

First the manager should never be to busy to deal with a customer who has an issue. Second it was the mistake of the cashier.

Third we waited almost an hor for our pizza. Our order was delayed from a mistake in the back. To be honest they probalby mixed up the tags.

But all in all it was a unpleasureable experience. It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth on how customers are handled. And pushing blame onto the customer. The arrogance and I really dont care attitude makes me want to not return. Pizza a wings were good, but the service lack integrity.

  • This review is specifically for the manager/owner of the Mountain mikes on freedom Blvd. in Watsonville, CA, I went in to order a large pepperoni with a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper to go, got home ready to feed my 3 kids and wife, half the pizza was blackened, with 2 pieces that literally had No Cheese and No sauce, my wife called mountain mikes back to see if they were willing to correct the mistake, but the owner had no intentions on fixing the problem and didn’t believe us that there was anything wrong with the pizza, she wanted us to drive the pizza back, we offered to take a picture but didn’t want to drive back because our kids were tired and we wanted them to eat before they went to sleep. So the owner sent a driver to collect the pizza and after 20 minutes of My 5 & 3 year old staring at the pizza they weren’t allowed to eat and my son who fell asleep we got our pizza replaced with a SMALL pizza and oh by the way we had to pay the driver $2 extra because it must have been our faults the pizza was made bad. (Driver was great and has absolutely nothing to do with this review) so I’m taking my business somewhere else and I suggest everyone does the same, that branch is giving Mountain Mikes a horrible name. I suggest you look on yelp at all the problems they give customers. Oh but my Dr. Pepper tasted great thanks!

  • This is about the Mt Mike's in Gilroy, CA. Please, please improve the crust! More than half of the bottom of crust is hard. The top is raw. The bread is too chewy. Ive bought a few orders at different times and all the orders came with the same crust problem. Toppings and services are OK.

  • I am a huge fan of the pizza but not the idiots working there…Here is a jist of our families last encounter! By the way I posted this on FB and checked in to your location!

I'm pissed have to rant! Mateo has a scout planning meeting once a month. His troop holds it at the Mountain Mikes on Golf Club. We decided to have for dinner, so he went to pick up our order as the meeting ended. The kid behind the counter was apparently laughing and joking about my son in his uniform, it was obvious…then handed my son Mateo our pizza told him he looked like the little kid in UP. Really? You think my 14 year old son doesn't have a hard enough time from kids his own age making fun of him! Sometimes wants to quit because of it!
To you young pizza making FOOL and all others who dare to make fun of any Boy Scout!
My kid just flew an air plane last weekend, hiked up Mt. Diablo before that, he sets up homeless shelters, shoots rifles, takes mountain bike rides around the bay, participates in the largest can food drive in America, he can build a snow cave, sleeps on submarines no public is allowed, hunt and skin an animal, tie all sorts of rope knots, carry a 100 lb pack on a 30 mile hike, retire a flag with respect, snorkel the ocean, has woodcarving skills, can operate in wood working tool in a shop, identifies plants and berries safe for eating, kayak down a river, find and filter a water source for safe drinking, make you a shelter and fire to keep you alive in the wild!
All doing this with chronic lymphedma, in which his right foot and leg is in a constantly swollen state that has him in the hospital for 4-6 days at a time sometimes 3 times a year!
My son is 14 and has done more in scouts in two years than many will ever do in their lifetime! He will be considered for college and jobs before others and have far more letters of recommendation than others!
Now who looks silly in their uniform the pizza kid or my Boy Scout???
Even after talking to the manager on the phone with his half ass apology and trying to put the super smart ass pizza kid on the phone for his dumb ass attempt of an apology! Which you were soooo very lucky I wasn't standing next to my son when you so stupidly spoke, instead my polite son just walked out without saying a word…He may be far more kind and respectful than his mother…
I will make sure our troop of a 100+ and parents as well as all my friends and family do not visit this Mountain Mikes on Golf Club again!

Might be in your best interest to start training your employees on behavior in the workplace, they obviously don't have any training at home!

  • Your Capitola / Santa Cruz location is disgusting. Everything from your condiment shakers to your video machines were covered with greasy grime. The food prep area was littered with food and debris. Debris under the ovens and food prep areas offer no evidence of recent cleaning. An employee arrived and began making pizza without washing his hands. It wouldn't have done any good. The soap dispenser was empty.

My, my, what a sty. ick!
