7/3/2021 i tryed to order 4 sway bar links from napa store route 13 cortland ny. i was told by parts man behind counter that they were not allowed to order parts on holiday weekend because their boss would not let them. i never heard of such a thing . i will not be going to a napa parts store ever again . i'm buying parts somewhere else. will not go to a store that sells parts and can not order + pay for them. why have a store ???

TODAY IS THE FINAL DAY THAT I AM GOING TO BE ABLE TO ATTEMPT TO SOLVE, WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE PROBLEM, WITH NAPA!!! I BEGAN WITH THE STORE THAT I PURCHASED FROM, WAITING FOR DISTRICT MANAGERS TO CONTACT ME, AND NOW WAITING FOR NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER TO RETURN MY CALL, I LEFT VM TODAY. IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANY COMPANY, NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR LARGE, TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY! WE ARE THE REASON THAT YOU EXIST, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS. I AM HOPING THAT IT WILL BE RESOLVED TODAY BUT IF NOT, I AM GOING TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION AS THAT SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY THING LEFT TO DO???!!! I HONESTLY HOPE THAT IT IS FINISHED TODAY BECAUSE THE TRUTH IS THAT, ALL I WANT IS WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY DUE ME AND NOTHING MORE. HOWEVER, IT SEEMS ONLY RIGHT THAT I BE COMPENSATED FOR MY TIME AND ENERGY AND HOPEFULLY PREVENT THIS KIND OF THING, IE: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, FROM HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE IN THE FUTURE.

was reading comments, and sounds like NAPA is preparing to fold….Comments like those don't get forgotten by the public and highly paid corporate could almost care less. my local store just got re-worked and is like california store because so many are moving in here. Not sure what I am going to do…

I bought a new sprinter motor home and the house batteries failed in less than a year, went to napa store in Harrison Arkansas to have them replaced and a smart ass salesman said he was doing me a favor by charging me 132 dallars exchange, said he didn't have to do anything, hey they are napa batteries, drove 120 miles and could have got them at walart the same number for 167,00 . Napa is a ripoff store.

Americans with disabilities act …. Evidently NAPA feels it's OK for it's assistant managers along with his buddy {a new employee}to harass it's disabled employees … then when the employee files a compliant with said agency, the Franchisee owner calls him and threatens him …… Not cool …..

After having, no surprise, some severe issues, as in a serpentine pulley came off on the interstate but I somehow got back, despite a battery light on, some acceleration, some steam, some other way to an auto parts store sans traffic, the store on 935 70 SE 28602 went above and beyond on getting the belt and "pulley" on

After reading all the above. I don't have a real problem I guess. I bought a VR38 regulator for my 91 Dodge at NAPA. I have been a customer for over 50 years with NAPA in places I have lived. It seems the past 10 years or so, NAPA sells junk products and does not care. If you have a part fail 2 to 3 times during warranty, I was told by the store manager they do not have to replace the item anymore and the customer needs to find a different item. REALLY?
The store manager went ahead and give me my 7th VR38 with in 18 months.
That was the last one I will get even though these units fails ever few months. So thank you to the store manager and its time to move on to a better quality product to buy elsewhere.

I called montgomery napa and the person was their first dayy looked up the wrong flywheel.the manager got on the phone told me it was my fault it was her first day.I was insulted and rudely talked to and disrespected.I told him I would never deal with that store he said really.he went on to telll me about his 30 years of exiperence and vast knowledge of autos.he went to great trouble to be little a customer and make me feell stupid. Thank you napa
