Don't do business with Nettalk, they suck. I cancelled my account and now they are dragging their feet on my refund. I cancelled before the renewal date and was told it would be 15 to 20 days for the refund. It was way passed that now and still no refund.

DON'T USE NETTALK, THE SERVICE SUCKS AND SO DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HAVE E-MAILED TO THESE D%$# PEOPLE 27 TIMES AND RECEIVED THE SAME OLD FORM ANSWERS. THEY ARE SO IGNORANT THAT THEY KEEP ON ASKING FOR NAME, PHONE # AND SO ON. I HAVE 27 + E-MAILS, BOUGHT 2 NEW IN DEC2016 DEVICES BUT ALL 3, DUO II> NEVER WORKED. HAVE TO POWER OFF/ON THE DEVICE ON AN HOURLY BASIS. ANYONE INTERESTED IN FILING A CLASS ACTION "LAW SUIT AGAINST THESE MONKEYS", I AM READY AND YOU ALL CAN JOIN ME . I AGREE WITH ALL THE COMMENTS & PROBLEMS THAT YOU FOLKS HAVE MENTIONED. Nettalk is the worst. Sent me a notice to renew and when I click on the botton that reads "renew" nothing happen. I go on line to retrieve a number because the one on the web page doesn't work at all. After a hour of trying to log on with my user ID and pass word and another hour trying to contact this bum Company by phone to renew, I'm Giving up! There is no customer service at all, that I can find. A string and two cans might be better. MagicJack here I come! Oh and don't even think about submitting a troubleshooting ticket; a big waste of time. STAY AWAY, DON'T BUY!!!

I purchased the Nettalk with a 3 month subscription, so I could see how well it works. The outsourced tech support tries to resolve issues but if the issue is above something simple, the support person just disappears. The config software is suppose to be supported on windows 8.1, it isn't. It is an old design that they try to make it work using windows compatibility mode. On my system, I and 12 hours of tech support proved that Win8.1 will not run the software. Oh yes, one more item. If you have bluetooth on your PC, the Nettalk software will overwrite your bluetooth drivers on Win8.1. It happened several times, each requiring a re-install of bluetooth. Nettalk sells a lot of their eqjuipment, you would think they would update and test the software, but they obviously do not. About 2 years ago, I bought another Nettalk from Nrettalk, it worked just fine under Microsoft VISTA, I wonder how well the software will run under Windows 10. LOL…..

This is a PURE EVIL company. Signed up for 29.95 per year, they upped the rate against FCC regs and REFUSE to fix it. Just some PC jockey in who knows what part of the world for so called support and waiting for HOURS to chat. Someone at the FCC should really investigate these guys.
