  • My to go order included 6 salads which upon getting home, I became aware the salads were limp and brown. We were frightened to eat them as they were obviously old and possibly were not refrigerated properly. I notified the Aurora CO Southlands manager who sent me a $10 coupon. Yes, $10 for 6 salads!!! I will not go back….

  • Not a big deal, but I wanted to mention that the female who does your commercial regularly mispronounces the word "garden" in your restaurant's name, which I have found "off-put-ting." Actually, just this week…someone seems to have CORRECTED HER..so good… but..you should have handled this MONTHS ago. The word is pronounced (at least in "Standard American English") as "gard'n," …NOT "gar-den." THANKS!!!

  • Went to the Olive Garden in Liberty Missouri on Wednesday 4/7/22. I can tell you from going there … why you are losing business. #1 – You doubled your prices. and #2 – you made your portions smaller. Ehen it cost me $70.00 for two people to eat. I'll never go back. Seeing two families coming in, looking at the menu, seeing the prices, then getting up and leaving, should tell the management your decisions are not what the public need or expect from (A Family Friendly restaurant. Posta is not that expensive to prepare, and you do not pay your staff full minimum wage to require these Prices.

  • I just wanted to say how great the manager at Amarillo, Texas, Zane Hannah responded to my request after leaving a very expensive pair of progressive glasses on my table while eating there. Zane received my call the day it happened and overnighted the glasses to my PO Box and they were there to use for work the next week. Thank you so much for your timely response to an important customer matter.

  • Hello corporate! My name is Rosa Leon and I need to inform y'all of server Edwin Lalama's exceptional performance (at your Whittier,CA location-A AKA The Quad).
    His high energy is cboth impeccable and contagious. His customer service should be recognized and awarded. He has the qualities to become a manager.
    During my November visit Mr. Lalama tended to half of the restaurant.I say again, HALF OF THE RESTAURANT! I was extremely impressed with his service. I did not need to flag him down or ask for anything. He was on top of each and every table and handled it with ease.
    I waited to speak to a manager just to inform him of the exceptional service we had received.
    I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years and Mr. Lalama is a rare breed.
    Please acknowledge and honor his amazing work. I have shared my experience with friends and family and hope to see Mr Lalama in management soon. I truly hope to see an employee of the month plaque or another form of recognition. He is without a doubt the best server we have encountered.

  • I am sorry to say that OG has gone downhill this year. So, I will find a different Italian restaurant in Omaha< NE. The lasagna has about 1 tablespoon of sauce and the pasta is too thick and I found one piece of meat! Been a customer for ages but no more.

  • OLIVE GARDEN IS HORRIBLE FOOD, THE MANAGERS DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THEIR EMPLOYEES. MERRITT ISLAND LOCATION IS DISGUSTING. BUGS CRAWLING EVERYWHERE. BLACK MOLD ON THE DRINK DISPENSERS SO IT ENDS UP FLOATING IN DRINK OR CHANGING COLOR OF CLEAR LIQUID. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. BONEHEAD GENERAL MANAGER. WILL NEVER EAT AT LOCATION AGAIN AND WILL MAKE IT MY SOUL JOB TO MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW GOES THERE AGAIN. I HOPE A HEALTH INSPECTION GETS CALLED AND THEY GET SHUT DOWN.

  • Please note that I had excellent food and excellent service last night while dining at your location in N. Richland Hills TX. However, my dining experience was dismally clouded by the arcade atmosphere I experienced by one of the game apps played on the Ziosk tablet at the table behind me. The volume on the game was cranked all the way up and at times made it necessary for us to talk louder at our table to be heard over the loud missile-type firing created by the game and the subsequent loud conversation the child had with his parent while commenting on his skill at the game. Truly, had I wanted to eat in an arcade I would have gone to a game arcade and ordered my dinner there. If your establishment wants everyone to have an enjoyable dining experience from the 10-year old who has to be entertained with electronics while at the dinner table along with the adults who want to meet and enjoy their evening out by talking/drinking/eating you must find a better compromise. Perhaps have a designated seating area where families accompanied by young
    children have their own arcade play space and a designated seating area for adults without young children? With all the consumer information your corporation has available I'm sure you can come up with a viable compromise.

  • My wife and I just enjoyed a nice Friday lunch at the Olive Garden in La Mesa. We have done this many times before, but this visit was outstanding and what made it so was a wonderful new server who waited on us. She had indicated that it was her first day on the job. Let me tell you – she is a "keeper" – she was helpful without being intrusive – she was friendly without being overbearing – she was immediately there to help when help was needed. Her name was Diana and I do hope this commendation on our part will raise her value at the restaurant a couple of notches. She aimed to please and please she did! Thanks Diana. We wish you the best in your new job at the Olive Garden in La Mesa, CA.

  • Very dissappointed. We had dinner at the Port richey location this past week. Worst experience ever. Bring soup to the table and tell us the spoons are dirty. How would you like us to eat our soup. Then tell us you ran out of pasts. At a pasta restaurant. Wow the manager never gave an appoligy. I sent an email this week and still have not even had anyone send an email back. I will let it be known that olive garden does not care. We all know that it doesn't matter how long a company is in business it still can go under. Look at sports authority.should have never happened. Should have had a sorry.

  • I just had to drop an e-mail to give a shout out about your awesome staff at The Olive Garden in Cerritos California. We had a small wedding party come in on Saturday April 16th at 2:00 p.m. and had the best experience! The manager had informed us that while they couldn't take a traditional reservation, send someone about an hour early, and they would do their best to get an area set up for us. Well the manager and wait staff really went above and beyond the call, and gave us a super memorable experience! Even though we were less than 20 people, and the store was busy, they set us up with a semi private room and the most excellent service! The food was excellent also as usual. Thank you and your extremely professional staff and management for a fantastic experience!!!

  • I received a gift certificate so my husband and I went to the Olive Garden in St. George, Utah. Nice building and nice wait staff. Food has been McDonaldized. It was very bland and starchy and terrible. Even your salad dressing recipe has been dumbed down. Italian food is garlicky and oniony and spicy good. How do you find tasteless romano cheese? My family agrees my food is so much better. Won't pay your prices again I will just buy a box of mac and cheese and a can of Chef Boyardee and have the same experience at home for a couple of bucks.

  • I visited the Olive Garden on Western Blvd in Jacksonville, NC on Thursday, 2/11/2016. The hostess Victoria was an absolute doll. She knew the menu,was very informative and helpful. She was great with my children. My complaint….the manager. She came out from the back and was yelling at the staff in front of customers. I am also a manager where I work and would NEVER berate my staff especially in front of customers. I wanted to say something to her, but my husband asked me not to. Angela, as I found out her name from a staff member, was completely unprofessional and rude. She should be ashamed of herself and be spoken to by upper management. I will be calling the restaurant today to talk to the General Manager. I just wanted my complaint to be heard because I know how management works. No one should be talking to other people the way she spoke to those staff members!!

  • Visited the Olive Garden in Easton Md. Big mistake. The waitress was all over the place and we had to wait forever to order. Never recieved our entire order then had to wait even longer for the rest of it. Used our gift card only to realize she added another tables order onto ur gift card and over charged the difference on my credit card by $17!!. That took an additinal 15 minutes to correct because they didnt belive me the first time that we had not used the gift card prior to that day. The food tasted like frozen lasagna, not fresh and they charged us $2 to play their stupid table game while we waited. I've been to other restaurants and they never charge to play these digital games. For example Applebees-they certainly do not charge us to play. The gift card was also usable at Lone Star. We shld have gone there. Never again will we eat at Olive Garden. If I want frozen processed lasagna, I'll buy Stouffers. It'll probably taste better. They might as well add on a drive thru window since it tastes Italian fast food anyway.

  • We live in the St. Louis area which was recently flooded by the Meramec River. On 12/31/15 we went to the Olive Garden Restaurant on Gravois Bluffs in Fenton, MO. In addition to dealing with flooding, all landlines had been disabled, affecting internet service. When we went into the lobby, the hostess very nicely and politely informed us that we would be unable to use a gift card if we planned to, but that they would still accept credit cards, but there would be about a 25-35 minute wait.. Our wait was maybe 10 minutes. Our server was very nice, very professional and the service was very quick. Both the server and the manager(s) made it a point to stop by our table numerous times and apologize for the service. If we had not asked, we would not have known that only about 1/4 of the waitstaff and very few of the kitchen staff had been able to get in because of the floodwaters. Throughout the entire time we were there, our server was very pleasant, the manager was pleasant, and there was no complaining among the staff. I was very impressed with the entire experience and wanted to let you know. I want to commend all those who were working under adverse conditions, but still kept their professionalism.

  • BY NO MEANS IS OLIVE GARDEN ANTI-COP OR LAW ENFORCEMENT. JUST THE OPPOSITE! THEY KNOW GUNS KILL. POSSIBLY IT WAS A MISTAKE BUT IT CERTAINLY WASN'T A BIG DEAL.   • Saw on the Internet that the Olive Garden restuarant in Kansas City MO refused to serve a armed police officier for lunch Oct 2015. You have lost a few customers from TN who saw the article. SHAME ON YOU !!! Our senior citizen friends will also try another chain to eat for lunch and dinner in the future !!! You best train your employees regarding the law in MO. Hope you lose a lot of customers in the future because of un-educated staff….EJH

  • Our 2nd visit to the Orange, Ca. location ( Same as the 1st) There were 2 gnocchi in the chicken & gnocchi soup. Had to ask that 2nd bowl could have more. (should not have to ask that). Also we had a coupon, so we got a bowl of lettuce ( in large chunks)…… 1 tomato slice the size of a quarter, 2 olives.
    The 1st visit we had to wait for bread sticks, (ate soup & some salad ) then we got them. When we wanted more bread, we had to wait again, (they are in the oven ~ we were told) ~~~Now on the other side we have gone to the Brea, Ca. location ~ " great food & service " – looks like Brea, will be our pick in the future.

  • I went to eat at Olive Garden in Baton Rouge, La today. I get there and I was greeted politely but I over hear a manager talking to one of the other employees about other co-workers. I Do NOT think that is professional at all. I can tell there is a lot of favoritism being played there.

  • I have a friend who works in your restaurant, the managers there always make her either cry or really upset because of the way they treat her, always taking her hours from her, or writing her up because other servers don't like her for no apparent reason, its ridiculous how she is treated there

  • I was at one of your Olive Garden locations last night for my daughters 12th birthday, and it was the WORST experience ever. I was truly disappointed as I truly cannot afford your restaurant as it is, but that is what she wanted for her birthday and my oldest daughter and my mother have never been so I thought it would be perfect… Well it was nothing BUT AWFUL.
    Our party of 6 people arrived 10 minutes before our reservation which was fine as the host was very nice and sat us right away as it was not busy at all. After sitting at the table for about 10 min our waitress finally came over and greeted us and took our drink orders. She walked by again with a try and put down a basket of bread sticks “She said oh I only have a small basket, but I’ll be right back with more” I realized after my girls ate the rolls that it was a tray from another table and she actually gave us the left over bread from a table that left it had 3 bread sticks in it. About another 10 min went buy and she finally came back with our drinks and asked if we are ready to order. I said some of us have never been here so we will need a couple min, but can we have some bread and I asked if we would get the salad now with the bread? She said UMM that usually comes with the meal but I will check. STILL NOT EVEN A BREAD STICK WHEN ALL THE PEOPLE AROUND US THAT JUST GOT THERE HAVE BREAD STICKS AND SALAD.
    She came back again with NO bread or salad and took our order and left. Another 15 min went buy and I finally called out to another waitress. “I’m sorry I know you are not our waitress, but we have been here 35 min and have not gotten bread salad Nothing” She had a look of OMG are you serious, and asked if she had at least taken our orders, and I said yes. She said I will be right back and brought us some bread and salad. 10 min later they bring my daughter “the birthday girl her food and No one else” 10 min go buy and the waitress comes back oh she was supposed to get that with all the other meals…. I said UM YEAH I know.
    We finally get our meals when the birthday girl was done with her food. The waitress comes to check how things are and I said I am just trying to get this dry chicken down, but can they have more salad and bread.. my chicken parm was dry and tasted burnt. At that point I needed to excuse myself to the bathroom before crying right at the table and made a seen.
    As I was walking to the bathroom my waitress pulled me aside and said she took my meal off the bill and did I want anything else. I said NO this is the worst experience I have had here 35 min just to get FREE ALL YOU CAN EAT BREAD, and just wanted my daughter to have a good dinner and it has been NOTHING like it should be. The manager over heard me talking and asked what was wrong…. Long story short they thought that they did me a favor by taking my food off the bill “which I only could eat a couple bites it was so bad, and giving my daughters her app free and a cake, but NO. I went without eating… It was her birthday we are supposed to get a free app, and the cake was frozen. That was the worst

  • I was at your Myrtle Beach restaurant on highway 17 in South Carolina with four other family members. It was a special occasion celebrating my cousin coming to visit from California. Olive Garden was our first choice for our celebration because we always make a point to visit when in MB. Following 5 delicious dinners and great service my engagement ring slipped off my finger. When I searched everywhere I thought about the restaurant and was relieved when the manager assured me the ring was safely locked away in the safe. The waitress had found it and handed it over to the manager on duty that night. I collected it the next day and was very gratefull to the wonderful staff. Hugs were exchanged all around. I have never been disappointed at any of the Olive Gardens I have dined in. I have eaten many of the the top restaurants in NYC and Europe and don't understand the undeserved bad rap that Olive Garden receives. Keep up the good work!

  • I was at your restaurant at 532 Jefferson Rd in Rochester NY on 31/05/14 with my daughter's soccer team. While everyone else had a good meal I was the lucky one who had the worst meal ever at a restaurant and I'm Italian. What I got looked like dog food. Pasta with sparingly placed tomato paste and hunks of sausage. The restaurant' s saving grace was that they agreed that I did not have to pay. This was my first time AND my last at the olive garden.

  • I would like to report that Olive Garden located at 1710 Old Fort PArkway, Murfreesboro TN 37129 has illegal immigrants working there. I know for a fact there is a Mexican employee there working as a server and sometimes as a bartender that goes by the name of (escribe todos los nombres que usa) and he does not have a valid working permit to be able to work in the United Sates. He is using someone else's Social Insurance and he also uses a false alcohol permit when he operates as a bartender. When he works as a bartender he offers other services to customers for an extra charge and steals coupons to sell/use for his own benefits. It's a disgrace knowing that Olive Garden is a prestige American Restaurant and knowing that hires people that have no permit to work in the country and are stealing the jobs of many other legal Americans (Citizens and Residents).

  • My friends took me to the Olive Garden in W.Spfld Ma. for my birthday recently. Sadly, when i got home i realized that i had left one of my gift bags containing a jewelry box with two pair of earrings on the table. When i called and spoke with the manager i was told they didn't find any bag but she would call me back tomorrow. Tomorrow came and she never called so i called back and spoke with another manager and explained to him what happened and he said he would speak to the other manager and one of them would get back to me. Well, i never heard a thing from either of them. You can imagine how i felt having lost my birthday present just by leaving it behind on the table. It should have been obvious to the waiter or bus boy, who ever cleaned the table could not miss it. We used to go there at least once a month and now i will likely never go there again. Your staff should be trained to look out for things that may have been left behind and turn them in and your managers should be taught to be more respectful and follow through. The patron is already feeling bad enough. So, it's important to remember if you eat at an Olive Garden be sure not to leave anything behind or you'll never see it again!!!!

  • Today is October 29, 2012, i live in Rhode Island and we are in a state of emergency due to Hurricane Sandy. Everything in our state is closed, but low and behold, THE OLIVE GARDEN IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Shame on your company for putting your employees at risk. No one should risk their lives to HAVE TO WORK when no fools will be going out to eat. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.

  • On Aug 19, I had the opportunity to host my daughter's bridal shower at Olive Garden in Kansas City, Kansas.(Legends Speedway ) It was truly a wonderful experience. I had called ahead a week before, and the manager I spoke to made me feel everything would be in place on that Sunday. It truly was. That morning the manager called me and verified that we would still be visiting that day.That was a nice touch. When we arrived the manager Juan came and spoke to me , assuring me that if I needed anything for me to feel confident to ask. We had a party of about 20 and the staff couldn't have been any more attentive, friendly, professional and ready to serve us with anything we needed. I can't express enough how welcomed we felt and how enjoyable our visit was. The setting was beautiful and all of our food and drink was above exceptional. We definitely felt like family and we look forward to our next visit.

  • my daughter and i visited the olive garden in inverness fl.the noise was unbareable.before we ordered we deceided to leave.we stopped to tell the hostess why we weould be addressed about the noise.thank youre leaving.after we left the register i turned around to see the hostess sticking her tounge out at us.i love your food but now i am not sure if i will ever go back.the one in the villages is also very noisy.something should be addressed about the noise level.thank you

  • On 7/19/2012 myself and my sister in law and neice were planning on having dinner at the Olive Garden on Route 211 Middletown NY 10941. As soon as we walked in we detected a god awful smell, it was a total turnoff, I can't really say what this smell was but I have smelled it before in this particular establishment but not this bad. The hostess went to seat us, thought maybe it would be better in the other room, but it was not! we left immediately,and went to a different restraunt up the road. I called the Olive Garden and spoke to a manager "Jose", who was simpathic to our plight, and suggested maybe it was the carpeting(Maybe it was), but they really need to do something about this problem, I can't believe I am the first person to complain about this. PLEASE DO SOMETHING with this location,its BAD.

    • Referrring to Olive Garden on Rt 211 middletown NY. Hello. Well… I had a very bad experience today there with my family and I ate almost an entire bowl of zuppa tuscana soup then realized there was WORMS in my soup. Yes worms. OMG i immediately started gagging. our Waitress was embarassed she took the bowl of worms to the kitchen and then the supervisor came to me and applogized and said it came from there vegtable supplier and appoligized and OLIVE GARDEN PAID FOR THE WORM SOUP. CAN U IMAGINGE!!!!??? How many have i already aten prior to noticeing? Just literately sick over this. I can deal with hair but PARASITES REALLY???? I am furious and want to take further action. NO APPLOGY from the female supervisor whom said "no not our resturant we dont operate like that" then the male supervisor just applogized as if it was no big deal!. Ive been mentally ill all day and have vomited several times. I can assure you i will never eat there again.Poor customer service.. Have tried reaching coorporate but no response.ANY SUGGESTIONS ??
