I took an Oreck Magnesium vacuum in for repair. It is now over three weeks and I still don't have it back. Will never buy another Oreck!!!
I TOOK A DYSON VACUUMN TO THEIR STORES LOCATED ON 5626 FM 1960 & CHAMPIONS ZIP 77069. THYE SAID MY VACUUMN REQUIRES A FILTER WHICH COSTS $ 49.99,I AGREED. AFTER 3 DAYS THEY CALLED ME TO INFORM THAT MY MACHINE WAS READY,WHEN I WENT OT PICK UP THEY CHARGED ME $ 79.99 & WHEN ASKED THEY SAID THE EARLEIR QUOTE WAS AN ERROR,I CHECKED DYSON FILTER PRICES ONLINE & FOUND A SET OF 2 FILTERS COST $ 20.39. I CALLED THIER CORPORATE OFFICE WHO SAID SINCE IT WAS A DYSON VACUUMN THEY CANNOT HELP ME, BUT THEY BILLED ME UNDER MY ORECK STORE,I FEEL THE ENTIRE ORGANISATION IS A BUNCH OF DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS. SHAME ON ALL OF THEM.
I am a very satisfied customer. I have no complaints. The store employees (the Arlington store in Jacksonville, Fl) have always Ben very helpful. If I ever need to I would by another Oreck.
Use social media to get this out they have the worst vaccums and service reps..use yelp,Facebook,Twitter,better business bureau and all media complaint reporting.
I have been waiting 6 months for my vaccum to be repaired and the wait continues.

Wow, I guess Ledgewood NJ does not have the only rude unreliable people working in there Orek Store.. I am totally disgusted with the service and people that work there.

My Vacuum was clogged up, we normally unclogg it ourselves, but sometimes had them unclogg it too. In 15 years I was never charged for an "unclogging". This time, a new salesperson, Mirem, charged me @ $40.00 – to unclogg plus labor !
I will have to find another Oreck place, Mirem was rude and pushy, I was barely in the store with my Vacuum Cl. and he started his stupid sales pitch. Never again will I buy an Oreck Product.
I can buy a NEW Vacuum for a little more than what this guy charged me to unclogg that lousy machine, plus labor. Some kind of customer service.
