  1. I have always liked Panera until I saw your commercial about your “contributions to those in need”
When one “Truly Gives” it is not advertised to show what a “good person or company they are”
You do it without fanfare and without thought of bringing in more customers…. Because you want customers to think you are so benevolent.
I know I am just one individual, but I will no longer go to your establishments, I was brought up never to advertise the good deeds one did.
I know this was done only to make you look like you care.
Good deeds are not good deeds if you have to advertise the fact….. and you show this commercial continuously.
Whatever fool came up with this exhibition..all the “top dogs” had to okay it.
    Disgraceful on every level.

  2. I am disappointed with the Westlake Ohio Panera’s. My friend and I come often to have our
lunch. Today 4/6 around 11:30 a couple came in
with their dog. I called and talked to the manager later to inquire about the policy. Her response was
that service dogs are permitted. I am aware of this, it is the Law. However this dog did Not have a service vest on, nor was it handled as a service dog. I would prefer not to frequent places that allow animal pets in their establishments. There are other options.

  3. I am a long-time customer of Panera and stuck with you guys even though my husband wasn't a big fan. he finally came around. Now I hear that you are planning to start using palm scanners. If yo do this, I will find another place to eat. We have had enough interference from companies/governments who want to use our information and control what we do. Maybe this isn't you right now, but if they try to implement another lockdown and mandate to control people, they will take businesses that can track their customers like you and use it for nefarious means. Stick up for your customers, not Big Brother Government.

  4. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

BREAKING: Panera Bread is implementing Amazon palm scanners at checkout by linking customer fingerprints to their loyalty accounts.

We need to boycott Panera Bread and any establishment using this technology.

    This is dangerous.

  5. Good Afternoon,
I moved to North Myrtle Beach from Towson MD where I frequented an excellent Panera for years. For the last year and a half I have gone to the Panera on route 17. Over that time I have been a part of the sip club which I used daily. Staff kim, utta, michelle, and Donna have been excellent. they are very personable and go out of their way to connect to their customers. The issue I have are the continued downturn of staff and PR they exhibit. This breaks my heart as I have had nothing but positives before them. In the evenings I see them out the back door smoking and talking while inside the place needs cleaned. often when I am one of the first patrons in there are dirty dishes left from the night crew. If there is an issue it is met with a very negative response. I also can not use cash unless it is exact. This is not a one time event but seen for over a year. I once saw a staff member in the bathroom fail to clean hands before returning g to making food. again specific names I said earlier but the rest of the staff needs to be retrained, supervised, or let go. many of the regulars and even Kim have left due to poor conditions. Please fix this before I leave as well. The young management to me is to blame because being friends seems to be more important than service.

  6. I just read the April 17, 2022 New York Times interview with Niren Chaudhary, the CEO of Panera Bread in which he expressed his committment to becoming carbon negative by 2050. I attempted to use my own cup (it keeps beverages warmer longer and eliminates using an item only once) when purchasing a latte at a local Panera (135th & Metcalf, Overland Park, KS)and was told that this wasn't allowed. I think you should allow this.

  7. Vancouver, WA. the drive-through on 99th Street on Jan. 17 had a woman taking my money with her bare hands. Then I watched as she put food items, including a salad, unwrapped bread in a sack and handed it to me. I told her I hadn't ordered a salad and told her my order. She went back to the counter and checked the next sack and handed that one to me. What is wrong? The fact that she is handling money And the unwrapped side of sourdough bread without wearing gloves or changing gloves while we are still in an epidemic with many sick here with Omicron.

  8. I went to the Panera Bread in Westworth Village in Ft Worth TX and was treated terribly in the drive through because their restaurant in doors is closed. The Lady at the drive through wanted to charge me $6.25 for broccoli cheddar soup and $8.58 for the flat bread pizza. There was an advertisement right before ordering that stated with any side, such as soup, the flat bread pizza is an additional $3.79. When I brought this to her attention, she asked me to stop arguing with her because she was stressed out. I told her I was not arguing with her and again corrected her on the pricing. She told me she was refusing me service and told me to go elsewhere. The line to the drive through was soo long that I had wasted almost 30 minutes of my lunch hour. I told her I would take a small sprite with my order and she said I didn't have an order because she was refusing my service and again, to go elsewhere. I was so shocked. I had to ask the car behind me to back up so I could get out of line. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! SHE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP!!

  9. Panera in Maryland owned by the jerk Brain Lemek, discriminates in hiring. These a – ho -les use a employees criminal background, even if decades old and unrelated to the position to fire SENIORS for!! Don't give them our business!!
