Personal Creations Extremely Disappointed

Extremely disappointed! I placed my order almost a month ago and paid for expedited shipping. I entered a PO Box for delivery, but the online ordering system did not alert or stop me from doing so. They even shipped out my order, which made it all the way to my local UPS distribution center, if PO Boxes weren’t allowed then the personal printing and labeling of the box should’ve also caught it…so there is sat for a few days, then it got returned to sender. No one notified me from the company. I called the company to inquire what the problem was, they said it was due to the PO Box…which I don’t feel is an error on my part because the company ordering system should’ve notified me at the time of placing my order. On this inquiry call, I gave them an alternate address to resend it and was told I’d receive it expedited and communication with a new tracking number etc. NOTHING! I reached out again today, it’s made no progress from my last call and I was told they would submit another inquiry with the warehouse and someone would contact me. I declined and asked for a refund.

This is just absurd. There were so many errors in the process and no real progress ever made. So I’ve now requested a refund, and the company has also wasted their time and products on a personalized gift that will go in the trash.

The customer service reps were nice, but they can only do so much. Disappointed in this entire experience

I am furious with this company. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and paid expedited shipping as it was a gift. . The money was taken OUT of my account the same day. There are ZERO updates on my order. Customer service finally replied to my email and told me, “Sorry we can’t find your order! Call instead ” I’m I’m Canada. That’s a long distance. The order says I’m processing and the label made. Nothing else. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
