  • I have shopped at Pick n save in DeForest for many years and won't shop there anymore only because of one employee that's name tag reads Damien, assist store mgr. He must be newer since I haven't seen him there until recently.
    He makes me feel uncomfortable. always seems to be working when I come in. He stares at me constantly and I try to avoid him but he continuously, follows me around looking like he's doing something. Even when I when it's obvious from my facial expressions that I'm not interested. Otherwise the staff are helpful and kind. The store always looks great!

  • I have been shopping at pick n save since the 1980's. I went to the kohler location off of 23 in sheboygan. As i entered the door, having forgot my mask, i was told that masks were available for the cost of $5.
    Five dollars…while walmart is handing them out at the door for anyone who needs it to shop there. Walmart cares. What about pick n save?
    I did happen to have a mask in my car. Needless to say…i took me my car and my mask to walmart.
    No more. Your prices are outrageous and after this mask thing. I will no longer be shopping at pick n save.

  • Do you ever train some of your upper people how to treat employees they need to learn how to treat others with respect and not show favorites to other and let them get a way with stuff I think you need to send someone under cover in your west Bend wi south store.. They treat your employees very bad and you think they have never heard of respect I go shop there a lot during the week and I see and hear alot of stuff.. You get nothing from people with out respect. I think of it has how would u like me to talk to your child the way you talk to employees.. your supervisors and management need to be trained properly of how to talk to employees and how they talk to customers. I know some people that work there and their mom taught them to respect people and they are very kind to the customers .. but your other employess such i can name some,,,,, I think u need to go see how your employees are treat u jist make them not want to work there and how long before u have no one and they had enough……..

  • To Start off, I love pick n pull. It's a wonderful service for us car people.
    I have come up with an issue with buying and warranting a Automatic Transmission. I also bought a one year warranty. But the way the ATF is drained buy punching a hole in the stamped steel pan, damages the Valve body of the trans. I went back to get another valve body. I found one but it was damaged also. I found out all the transmissions are punched to drain the ATF which damages the valve body. How does pick n pull honer the warranty of a damaged auto transmission?

  • Wondering why you have to block one of the exist doors for the on line shoppers. Feel as if you do not value your customers that come in to shop. This is the Kenosha store on 75th street.

  • This is about the store on Calumet Street in Appleton. I went there at about 6:45am. When I finished shopping I went to check out and there were no lanes with a light on. There was a women by one of the aisles so I asked which lane was open and she said that only the self check out was open. I am recovering from a total hip replacement, I did not expect to have to work as a checker and bagger. That caused me a lot of unnecessary pain. Those are basic services that should be provided by the company at all hours of the day. Very disappointed. When I go back, if the same thing happens, I will leave my cart of food and leave the building never to return.

  • I am having problems with your fuel point promotion. On April 16, I went to a BP station to get gas and they used my April points instead of using my points from March. This is the second month in a row that they have done this. You need to make sure your program is working the way it is presented to the customer. I find this to be very frustrating.

  • Your latest ad running in southeast WI is awful. The teenage boy is certainly not setting a good example for young people watching. I'd be ashamed if that was my child. He takes all of the pancakes, doesn't offer to help his mother with dishes, putting away groceries or pumping gas. Shame on him, and shame on you for showing this to millions of people!

  • Store mgr Justin on silvernale is a very rude man. I ask him for help and he told me he was very very busy. I guess me spending over $150 a week in groceries isn't appreciated.

  • I wasn't going to complain about the service at Pick n' Save, but as time passes and there is no improvement I feel compelled to say something. I never experienced customer service as rude and as bad as I have at the Pick N' Save (Douglas Avenue, Racine, WI. I'm new to the area and Pick N' Save is the closest grocery store to our house. On my first visit I couldn't find an item that was listed as being on sale and I asked a man wearing a green shirt if he worked at the store. He responded, "Does it look like I work here!" I glanced at his shirt to communicate that he wasn't wearing a name tag. How is a customer suppose to know if someone is an employee or not. Wearing a hideous shade of green shirt is no indication that someone is an employee with the store. The employees at the deli counter flat out refuse to wait on me. I will walk up to the deli counter and they will look at me and will literally turn around and walk into the back stock area. One day I was shopping in the fresh produce section and one of the stock walked in front of me with her stock cart and I (!) said, "oh, excuse me. I'm sorry I didn't mean to get in your way." She did even look at me. She began talking to a "friend" and as I approached the Strawberries and Blueberries she literally looked at me and pushed her stock cart in front of the display to block me from reaching the products. When asking a bakery staff if they had a particular item, the response was, "if it 'ain't' out there; we don't got it." (grammar, please!) The cashiers are so rude. Yesterday, one of the cashiers wouldn't push the after checking out/bagging conveyer belt so that I could reach the bags to put them in my cart. I had to reach over the credit card stand to retrieve my bags which she had in a pile around her. Her only disdainfully, snippy comment to me was, "there you go." I suffer from an injured ankle and having to limb through the store and then receive such service from a cashier is unforgivable. The self check out people are just as rude. I do, however, find it curious that they have time, kindness, and smiles for their friends who stop in to chat with them. I have learned that attempting some form of cordiality with the employees is pointless, a waste of energy, and seems to only serve to make them even nastier. In other states, I have worked for Rite Aid, The Andersons, and Meijer's and NONE of them would EVER have allowed such behaviors form their employees. Poor pay? Short staffed? My attitude is take pride in your honest, hard work. One small gesture of kindness IS remembered by the customer. Work is like a relationship: Some days are good days, some days are bad days. If I can't make the problem right for the customer then I'll find someone who can. Time goes faster when I'm keeping busy. Working with the customers CAN be fun! If I have time to lean I have time to clean! Be proud of the store you are working for. The better the customer service the more likely that costumer will come back and spend more money and tell 10 of their friends who will then tell 1o of their friends, etc…More customers through the door= better pay, more staff, happier work environment. You see, you aren't just working at a (grocery) store, you're touching the lives of people, their families, and your co-workers. Everyone has days that they just don't want to go to work, but maybe on that day you'll really make appositive difference in someone's live just by a small gesture of kindness. maybe someone who walked in the door all grumpy will walk out the door feeling a little better because of the experience they had shopping at your store. And, maybe they'll drive home a little nicer and be a little nicer to their loved ones simply because you- the employee- took a moment to show a bit of kindness and decided NOT to be mean just because you can be. Maybe try being KIND just because you can be instead.

  • I shop at the store on hwy 100 & cleveland.the "workers" there are just as rude as the rest. I can't afford much there cause they're so expensive. 1 old man cashier gets pissed if he has to do a price check & refuses to bag. I too am disabled. The office lady makes you feel like an ass if she has to explain a question on a lottery ticket. But the worst is the pharmacy. I get pain meds ones that r xtremely popular on the streets. Every time I'm short 2 to 3 days worth.I've called them on it many times & they come back at me really fast with, it was counted 3 times & I say hey we're all human & make mistakes. I've made them count in front of me many times or i'll make them let me count & of course those r the only times the count is right. This has been going on for about 7 yrs. Be4 them it was walgreens. Also, last but not least they'd give a $1 coupon for each prescription. Every month or so i'd get about $20.worth &i'd cash em in to buy milk & bread. One day I had $20.worth & they took it away saying my insurance company said i'm not allowed these coupons any more. Well I let that go for a while. Even though it sounded like sumthin insurance would do. I decided to talk to ins.& they said they never said that, pns lied. So now it's time to use my name again, SUE. Thanks 4 your ears.

  • I like to thank pick n save for labeling the meat on where it is raised and prepared at. It's important to me. I don't want my meat coming from other countries

  • I shopped at Pic-N-Save on Jackson in Oshkosh. I purchased cooked,cleaned shrimp and when I got it home smelled like it had been sitting out in the sun for a week. That could have been a fluke but it has happened with cod and salmon also. I used to shop there because the Pig Wig. in Oshkosh is the worst. But after getting melons that taste like kerosene (at Pick-N-Save) I'm done with shopping ANYWHERE in Oshkosh.WHOLE FOODS HELP!!!!! WE NEED YOU!

  • I am writing about the Pick N Save on Sunny slope in New Berlin Wis.

    A while ago, I was in the bakery department, and a worker(older, "blond ponytail" glasses) was getting a tray of frozen rolls ready to bake. She dropped one on the floor, and picked it up, and put it back on the tray. I mentioned that I saw what happened, and she threw out a random roll…I said that it was not the one that fell. She argued with me and then turned and went on with her work.
    On another occasion, the butcher working on a particular day, sneezed, took his hands and wiped his nose and face, and went on with dealing with the meat.

    But today, when checking out, I mentioned a famous person who passed in conversation, and was told by her to "move on". Nice way to handle people.

    I also noticed that items are not being restocked on shelves as they used to be. Today, there was an empty space where a salad dressing used to be. When checking with the vendor, he said that there is no shelf sticker for that item. I then mentioned to his surprise, that I had purchased that dressing many times from the store. He said I should talk to the mgr. I have noticed other items gone as well. Is that store going to close??? Sure looks like it!!!

    I shopped at this Pick N Save Friday April 1st 2016. I always check my receipts when I come home from shopping. I noticed I was over charged for an item I bought by $3.79. I called the store to let them know about the error and some lady passed me off to a guy that was working. I wish he would have given his name or I would have asked. I assumed it was the manager. Whoever he was, He was working the morning shift as I called at 11:30am.

    He asked me if I wanted him to check the price and I said yes. He put me on hold and when he came back he told me yes I was overcharged. I asked him why the cashier or scanner didn't pick it up and I was told.

    "We are under staffed and under paid" I said so people are getting ripped off if they dont check their receipts? He said "most likely" He said "we aren't making any money here and they are so understaffed that they can't keep up".
    I was shocked as I shop here all the time. I will never go back to this store.

    Just a few things to say and I hope someone takes the time to read this. I have bought top dollar hamburger nice and red on the outside and when I got home it was a layer of red, new meat on top of old meat. $21.00 for 3# pitched in the garbage.

    The regular gross hamburger is better than the 90% lean… less grease and better quality. The meat department is in bad shape it stinks and some of the meat looks old and gross. The butcher's are lazy too. I had asked one of them to get my a 3 pound package of beef stew meat and he told me to come back in 25 minutes. Seriously? I did all my shopping and came back and the jerk was no where to be found!!

    Next let's talk about the produce dept. I refuse to buy anything due to the number of fruit flies PERIOD

    Let's move on to the bakery dept. I used to love to surprise the kids with a huge pack of donuts. Fresh? They're not bad till I saw fruit flies on them and paper the customers leave lay around very filthy area.

    Now lets move on to the old gossiping hags that have been cashiers in this store forever they talk to themselves while I'm checking out, they gossip about people who work there, the gossip or stand around talking about personal crap with other people while I stand there disabled waiting in pain in these long lines or checking out. One lady laughs so loud you can hear her the minute you walk in the store. Then we have the lady bagger and OMG every time we want a bagger we get her and she asks us to bag out own groceries. If I wanted or could bag my own I'd go to a lane that has no bagger right? Well she asks every stinking time we get her. I told her I cannot lift the kitty litter so she asked my husband and my son. My husband told her to do her job. To this day she still asks.

    I have shopped at this store since it opened and I've watched it go down hill in management and the employee's are awful they stand around and talk, talk. talk and take their sweet time.

    I was a very good customer ad we usually spend 400 plus weekly. A family of 5, dogs, cats, fish so we buy a lot there. I will no longer shop in the store which by the way is FILTHY. In the check out isle there was a half eaten cupcake someone set on the soda cooler. If the cashiers were not so busy yapping with the old hag group that works there maybe they would have seen it huh?

    I have been to other pick n save stores that are clean, the workers work and most of all it's kept clean. You lost a good customer with the "we dont care attitude cause your workers are understaffed and underpaid as I was told" Not to mention I was told that's the service I can expect.

    • I too had an experience at the location on 35th and Meinecke in Milwaukee, WI. The staff was nice but the parking lot was filled with trash and leaves that seemed to have not been cleaned in over two months. When I spoke with a staff member concerning it they stated that their managers act as if they do not care and they had personally put in for other locations to work because they hated coming to a place where their is no pride or value placed on the property. Pic N Save, this should not be as a national brand. Small mom and pop stores in the area take pride in keeping their curbside manner up and your organization should do no less. My next report will be to the local alderperson to demand that your corporation do better for the community.

  • I try to avoid Pick N Save at 6969 N. Port Washington Rd. because of poor customer service but today I needed stamps so stopped in at 11:05am.. As usual there was no one at the service desk so out of curiosity I hit the timer on my phone and waited. Two employees walked right past me without saying a word or helping me. Then a third came right by me and I asked her if the service desk was open- she looked right at me and didnt answer then unlocked the door using the keypad and went in, ignoring me, grabbing something she needed and headed back out. Enter Shannon. Shannon entered the service desk and also did not even glance at me but picked up a stapled document and started reading it. So I asked her if the service desk was open. I received a, "yea." but she continued to read whatever it was in her hand and ignore me. So I then asked for a book of stamsp. She got them for me and charged me without a word. Incredible. Could not imagine an employee being worse. Last time for me- I am done with the rude staff.

  • Checked in the room to greet me were stink bug.The. coffee pot had a molded coffee filter with hair growing on it. If this is Americas best. I would hate to see there worst.
